    I used this Hotel fo...

    I used this Hotel for a pre-trip stay. I had reserved a twin Room for one person, but I thought such Hotels usually allow two people to stay at the same price if requested. I decided to reunite with a friend I hadn't seen in a while and have them stay with me, but an additional fee was charged. It was quite expensive, so I should have changed the Reservation as soon as I realized it. The Room was spacious enough, and although it wasn't on the runway side as expected, it exceeded my expectations by offering distant views of planes at another terminal. Above all, staying in the same terminal made early morning departures very convenient, and at night I enjoyed the nighttime view from the observation deck. I would like to use this Hotel again for pre-trip stays!

    The location is excellent.

    Located within Haneda Airport, the location is excellent. The Room is spacious enough to open a suitcase. The service feels straightforward. It's convenient, so I think I'll use it again.

    Fun Place

    It was my first stay, and I’m so glad I chose a room with a view of the airplanes. I’d love to live here! The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious and convenient bathroom. Even though I had an early departure, I could stay in the room until the last minute, which allowed me to start my trip without feeling tired in the morning.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    This is my second stay as I had a great experience last time. A self-check-in machine was introduced, but a very friendly female staff member with a lovely smile kindly assisted me, making the check-in process smooth. For check-out, all I had to do was hand over my card, which was very convenient as I was in a hurry for an early morning flight. The room is clean and spacious enough. The large table is also a nice touch. There was an option to decline the use of amenities displayed, but since I hadn't prepared in advance, I used them this time. It would be helpful if this information could be made available during the reservation process so guests can prepare accordingly. As I prioritized sleep during this stay, I didn’t have breakfast; however, next time I'd love to try both breakfast and room service!

    Perfectly Convenient Hotel for ANA Users

    I usually stay at hotels in the city center, but this time I chose this Hotel as I only had one night in Tokyo and was departing on a midday flight the next day. Being directly connected to the departure floor of Terminal 2, it is extremely convenient if you are flying with ANA. The guest rooms are equipped with all the functions of an urban hotel, allowing for a comfortable stay. While there is a restaurant within the Hotel, there are also plenty of dining options around the airport. We took advantage of the free shuttle bus between terminals to visit Airport Garden at Terminal 3 for dining and shopping. Using this Hotel as a base for staying in central Tokyo might be slightly inconvenient, but for morning departures or evening arrivals, it’s very convenient as you can avoid rush hour congestion on public transportation.

    The Facility is relatively clean and well-maintained. The stay was comfortable and worth the price. Initially, I was disappointed with the Room on the 3rd floor, but it turned out to be very convenient as it was close to the lobby floor. The large TV was a great feature.

    Perfect for a Pre-Stay

    I stayed the night before my flight. Since Haneda Airport parking is often crowded, I parked the day before and stayed overnight to ensure a smooth departure on the day of my flight. The staff provided attentive service, making me feel comfortable and supported. The room was clean and equipped with sufficient amenities for a no meals included stay. Having dining options within the airport for both dinner and breakfast was also very convenient. *Please note that I did not use the Onsen or bath facilities, so my 5-star rating does not reflect those aspects.*

    Thank you for arranging the bed relocation and bed guard as requested in advance. With a 4 AM departure, I was able to stay comfortably for one night. I would like to make a reservation again when departing from Terminal 2 in the future.

    I chose this accommo...

    I chose this accommodation to stay overnight after arriving at Haneda on an evening flight from Kagoshima and before taking an early morning flight the next day. Due to bad weather and airspace congestion at Haneda Airport, my flight was delayed by about 3 hours, leaving me completely exhausted. Since it is adjacent to the airport, I could check in immediately and have some time to relax, which was truly a relief.

    Convenient for early morning flights

    I stayed the night before for a 9 AM flight. The Room was very clean and easy to use. I chose a Room with a view of the runway, but unfortunately had little time to enjoy it. Very convenient when using Terminal 2.

    The dried fish served at breakfast...

    The breakfast included dried fish as mentioned on the elevator notice, but the horse mackerel was served cold on a large plate. I was expecting it to be freshly grilled or at least warmed, so it was very disappointing. For 3,300 yen, I felt the quality did not meet expectations.

    The Room amenities w...

    The Room amenities were environmentally friendly and appreciated, but the attitude of the front desk staff during check-in (at night) was truly disappointing. Despite being available, they did not provide guidance promptly and started explaining rules one-sidedly without even looking at us while processing the check-in. I have never stayed at a Hotel with such poor service before.

    Always reliable and safe to use.

    I use this facility about once a month. The Room is always clean, and I appreciate the eco-friendly aspects. The restaurant is comfortable and reassuring. Although the selection of glass wine is limited, it is delicious. It would be perfect if you could increase the variety a little more. Thank you for your attention.

    View of Mount Fuji

    It was stated that reception is open until midnight, and due to a flight delay, I contacted them via email. I apologize for not being able to call. I'm grateful for their assistance despite having hundreds of guests staying. The room is simple and might feel lacking for women... I was able to sleep comfortably, and when I opened the roller curtains upon waking up, Mt. Fuji was right in front of me. There was construction going on... Also, the checkout process is flexible, which is helpful for those continuing their journey. The meals are simple but enjoyable. It has a Tokyo vibe which I like; it's rare to find places serving dried fish (himono). For those with time constraints, a hotel close to the airport is best. I think I'll visit again someday; please take care of me then as well.

    I used this Hotel for a domestic flight departure in the morning. The staff's service was excellent, and everything from the Room, amenities, to breakfast was great. Its proximity to the departure lobby is also a plus. I would love to use this Hotel again.

    Reliable Breakfast

    A plastic bottle filled with liquid (water?) was found on the spot where the sofa is placed. I wonder if it was overlooked during cleaning. It made me think that the cleaning might not have been done properly.

    Peace of mind that comes from being located within the airport

    I use it when I have an early departure flight the next day for business trips or travel. This time, I used it twice within the month, and both were for early international and domestic departures, so I was glad to make a reservation and stay. Next time, I hope to stay in a way that allows me to enjoy breakfast as well.

    A warm welcome from check-in, the Room is clean, and I have used it several times. A few years ago, when I was with children, they kindly changed us to the runway side. I always use it for early morning flights!

    Directly connected to the airport, I use it for early morning flights. I love watching airplanes, so just being in the room lifts my spirits. The front desk staff were also very accommodating during check-in.

    The best as a Business Hotel!

    Direct access to Haneda Terminal 2, very convenient. The Room was not spacious, but it was clean and very comfortable. It was refreshing to see the runway right in front of us. The breakfast was delicious.

    I was really happy to see the airplane.

    You can see both arriving and departing flights from the Room... When they return, the planes face directly in front of the Room... It was truly an ideal Room, and I was extremely happy.
