    The foreign Hotel st...

    The foreign Hotel staff were always smiling and provided very polite service, which was wonderful. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected, and I was happy to be able to see airplanes as well. I would like to stay here again.

    First-time use

    This was my first time staying here. I chose it because my return flight was early in the morning, and I had attended a live concert the day before, so I wanted to minimize travel time on the day of departure as much as possible. After checking out, the departure lobby was right in front of me, which was extremely convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied; however, if I had to mention one thing, it would be adjusting the shower temperature. This is just my personal impression, but even when I turned up the temperature, it took quite a while for hot water to come out. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay here again.

    Always satisfied every time.

    Whenever I travel from Haneda, I always stay here the night before. I gave the bath 4 stars because it’s a unit bath. Still, it’s comfortable.

    The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.

    The bathroom had a strong damp smell and a strong drain odor, so we requested to change Rooms. The airport boarding gates are nearby, which is very convenient, and the service is good, so I would like the cleaning to be done a bit more thoroughly.

    The service was excellent, and the Room was spacious and clean—this has become my favorite Hotel. I think it’s a great Hotel for sightseeing in Tokyo as well.

    A familiar Hotel at Haneda Airport Terminal 2

    It was my first stay in a while. I stayed the night before the arrival flight and picked up my family who were returning from a temporary visit home. The Excel Hotel has a layout with long side corridors. In other words, parts of the doors are painted red to help prevent collisions at slightly curved corners when walking down the corridor. The Room is the same as before. No improvements. This Hotel charges today’s higher prices for only the bare minimum functions of a Hotel.

    This is my second stay. Both times, I stayed in a Room with a view of the runway. As an airplane enthusiast, being able to watch takeoffs and landings from the Room was such a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The sunrise view is also beautiful. Since the Hotel is right by the airport, finding food is never an issue. I only interacted with the Hotel staff during check-in and check-out, but they were very pleasant and accommodating. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

    Disappointing

    I have used this Hotel several times for early morning flights, but this time I was horrified to find the toilet seat dirty, which left me feeling terrible. I stay at various places, but such an experience is rare. I strongly recommend reviewing your cleaning procedures, revising inspection checklists after cleaning, and ensuring thorough implementation of inspections. This is the minimum duty expected from a Hotel towards its guests.

    Stayed the night before departure. The Room was spacious, with enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. Directly connected to Terminal 2, making it very convenient.

    Thank you for your excellent service. I use this facility every month. The direct connection to the airport terminal is very convenient. The staff provides polite and pleasant customer service. The rooms are impeccably clean and outstanding. It would be helpful if there were monthly usage benefits. Looking forward to staying again next month!

    Truly convenient

    This was my third stay. I use it for my return flight, and the staff's pleasant demeanor always eases my fatigue. The moment I entered the Room, its tidiness further relieved me. The bathtub fills quickly, and the shower angle is perfect. I can relax and recharge for tomorrow. This time, I especially appreciated being able to stay late due to a flight delay.

    Great Hotel for a Pre-Trip Stay

    I stayed the night before an early morning departure. I arrived around 9 PM after work. The room faced the parking lot, unlike my previous stay where I had a runway view, which was fantastic. The difference in views is significant but somewhat understandable. However, if you're just staying overnight, it's not a big issue. Since I checked out at 6 AM, the view wasn't a priority anyway. It's a good hotel for an overnight stay before departure. Its location at the far end of Terminal 2 is slightly inconvenient but manageable.

    Fulfilling Parents' Dreams

    I chose this accommodation as the final stay for my airplane-loving parents during their trip to Tokyo. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were given adjacent rooms for our two families, and the runway view from the room was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for assigning us such a wonderful room. We enjoyed exploring the airport at night, admiring the night views, and indulging in airplanes both day and night—ending with a flight home. It became a perfect conclusion to our trip with an unforgettable experience. We were incredibly lucky to see the Star Wars C-3PO plane, which will cease operation in January 2026, right in front of our room—it was so exciting! As they are elderly, I can't say when we might visit again, but we were able to create truly memorable moments. Thank you very much!

    A Wonderful Time

    This was our first time staying at this accommodation. My spouse and I are huge fans of ANA. We thoroughly enjoyed watching ANA planes, as well as other aircraft taking off and landing right in front of us, while listening to the radio—a pastime we both love. It was a truly fulfilling experience. The room we stayed in this time was absolutely perfect. Earlier this month on the 2nd, I had planned to stay here with my mother, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. My mother also loved airplanes very much. This time, my spouse and I made sure to enjoy it on her behalf as well, and we’ve already made our next reservation. We would be delighted if we could stay in the same room again. The room was impeccably clean with attention to every detail. Both the pillows and bed were excellent, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. The temperature of the room remained perfectly comfortable without any adjustments needed throughout our stay. All staff members who assisted me provided exceptionally polite service. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience!

    I stayed the night before my flight. The location within the terminal was convenient and made early mornings very easy. I would have preferred pajama-style loungewear in the Room. The Facility is not new, so it feels less user-friendly compared to nearby Hotels.

    Hotel I would like to use again

    This was my first time using this accommodation as I arrived on a late-night flight. Although staying at the Third Terminal accommodation was an option, I chose this hotel considering my return flight, and it turned out to be the right choice! The interior was clean, and the housekeeping was very thorough, making me want to stay here even when there's no specific reason. I had a meal at the restaurant on the first floor, and it was absolutely delicious. The view from the room was great; we could see planes taking off and landing at the Third Terminal, which delighted my grandchild. Overall, what stood out to me most were all of the hotel and restaurant staff I interacted with—they were polite and provided such pleasant service that it left a lasting impression. I'll definitely stay here again!

    I stayed here with my parents. Our flight arrived late at Haneda Airport, and since my parents had an early morning flight the next day, the direct airport access was extremely convenient. In the morning, the view of airplanes parked on the tarmac with the sunrise was beautiful.

    Avoid delays and unexpected situations. Taking the first ANA flight in the morning offers significant advantages, doesn't it? The Room is clean. From the Room, you can enjoy a great view of airplanes (as it was a Room with such a view). Whether you're an aviation enthusiast or not, watching planes never gets boring.

    I stayed at the accommodation for an early flight the next morning. Since I was using ANA, it was convenient to access the airport immediately after checking out. I had breakfast, but as I was short on time, I couldn't eat much. The food was delicious. The pajamas were a one-piece style without pants, which felt a bit cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no skincare set provided, which was also disappointing. In terms of location alone, it is an excellent place to stay.

    Convenient for stays before and after using ANA flights.

    This was my second visit, and I stayed here for a pre-flight night with ANA. While there are many accommodations around the airport, having one located directly within the departure floor of Terminal 2 is incredibly convenient. Whenever I need to stay before or after an ANA flight, I always choose this accommodation. The rates are more reasonable compared to staying in the city center, yet the rooms are clean, functional, and comfortable. After check-in, I enjoy leisurely exploring the airport or visiting Terminals 1 and 3 for some fun.

    This is my regular accommodation for early morning departures from Haneda.

    As an ANA user, the excellent access to the boarding gate is unbeatable, and the staff's service is always attentive. The breakfast buffet is also incredibly delicious. I have no reason to choose anywhere else. Additionally, while I don't use it every time, having a standing ironing board available is very convenient for tidying up before departure. This time, I was lucky enough to receive a room upgrade due to availability!
