    Perfect for those traveling on ANA domestic flights.

    Although the reservation was made at the last minute and was a bit expensive, it is very convenient to go directly to the security checkpoint right after checking out of the hotel.

    Convenient for departures from Terminal 2

    The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Terminal 2, which was perfect for an early morning flight. The dinner Pescatore spaghetti was delicious and served in a generous portion.

    The front desk service was terrible.

    After realizing I had forgotten something after check-out, I immediately returned to the Hotel. When I explained the situation to the staff (a Japanese staff member) at the self-checkout machine, they gave me a very unpleasant look and did not assist me promptly. Is such an attitude appropriate for a hotel staff member...?

    Thank you for your hospitality. When I requested a Room near the elevator at check-in, I received very courteous assistance. Thank you very much. Is it possible to accommodate requests (Room preferences) in advance even with automated check-in? It would be even more convenient if face recognition could be used for check-in. I look forward to staying with you again next month.

    Staying without breakfast is the best option.

    Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 2, making it an excellent location for ANA users. The facility shows some signs of age but is not an issue. The main concern is breakfast, priced at over 3,000 yen but offering quality and variety worth around 1,500 yen—perhaps due to airport pricing? At the restaurant entrance, staff hand out "Dining in Progress" signs; however, they handed me one previously used by another guest without proper handling. This rough service should be improved in the future. There are plenty of shops within the airport open early in the morning, so staying without breakfast included is recommended.

    I used this hotel for a pre-stay before a domestic trip. The view of airplanes from the window delighted my grandchildren. The breakfast buffet was calm and enjoyable. I would love to stay here again for another pre-trip stay. Thank you very much!

    Conveniently located near the second airport

    Used for an early morning flight. The room did not have a view of the runway, but it was quiet and comfortable at night. The bed was firm, and I slept well. I had dinner at the airport, but overall, very convenient.

    Far from Terminal 2 International Flights.

    I stayed here to catch an early morning ANA international flight. The Hotel is located at the far end of the international arrivals floor, not on the departure lobby floor, which felt a bit far. The Room rate seemed high, but I chose it for its convenience. I enjoyed the view of airplanes from the Room. I had checked in advance that basic skincare products were not provided, so I brought my own. The bathroom only had a low handrail on the wall side of the bathtub. A vertical handrail for support when standing up would be appreciated. Since there are no other nearby Hotels in Terminal 2, I plan to use this Hotel again in the future.

    Direct access to the airport is so convenient. The bathroom is clean.

    I stayed in an Excel Double Room. Although the view from the room was not great, the bathroom was clean and spacious enough to stretch out and relax, which I personally found satisfying. The direct connection to the airport and the convenience store open until 11 PM were very convenient. If you have time in the morning, you can buy souvenirs at the airport before checking out, return to the room to organize your luggage leisurely, and then check out, which is especially convenient. The only downside was the lack of a coin laundry. I wanted to reduce my luggage a bit (unfortunate). I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A Room Without a Runway View... Understood.

    Last time, I enjoyed the excitement of watching ANA planes take off and land from a room with a view of the runway. However, this time I checked into a "Room without a view of the runway" with mixed expectations. As expected, there was no view of the runway; instead, the window faced the roof of another Facility extending towards the sky, offering only a small glimpse of it and creating a sense of confinement. I've decided not to choose "Rooms without a view of the runway" in future stays. There was an unsettling rattling noise coming from the air conditioner's vent. Since I had an early departure in the morning and was concerned about not being able to sleep well, I called reception for assistance. A maintenance staff member promptly came to check it out. They courteously removed their shoes at my room's entrance before entering, set up a stepladder to inspect and replace the filter in the vent. This reduced most of the noise, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Thank you for your swift response. The bathtub is spacious enough to stretch out comfortably, which is great! However, I noticed several spots with black mold between the wall and bathtub gap—these are minor details but visible when sitting in the tub. It would be appreciated if this could be addressed in future maintenance efforts. Thank you again!

    I Love Okinawa

    I stay here the night before my trips to Okinawa every month. The staff always leave a great impression from the moment I check in. The room is excellent, and the bath is spacious enough to stretch out comfortably. I plan to stay again next month as well. Every month, I always choose Excel for my pre-trip stays and make a reservation here. Looking forward to staying again!

    The convenience is excellent.

    Located right inside the airport, you can stay with peace of mind. The Room offers a direct view of the runway, and I found myself gazing outside endlessly. However, it was disappointing that the staff nearby did not explain how to check in and that there were no hand towels in the guest room. That said, the ReFa hair dryer was absolutely fantastic!

    The children were thrilled as we stayed in a room with a view of airplanes. The accommodation provided helpful items like a child’s toilet seat and a step stool for the sink, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was excellent. We would love to visit again for the kids!

    Perfect for a pre-stay.

    I have used this service for two consecutive years. When departing early in the morning, parking reservation issues can arise, but staying the night before allows stress-free parking, which is great. Haneda Airport at night was also wonderful. This time, my room was on the opposite side of the runway, so next time I’d like a room facing the runway again. Thank you very much.

    Check-in and check-out are smooth anytime from early morning to late at night, which is very convenient. Although payment was made through a machine, staff were always available to assist, providing peace of mind. The location is very easy to find and convenient, so I decided to stay again on short notice before leaving.

    Conveniently located inside the airport!

    This was my first stay. Since my flight arrived late, the direct connection from the airport was very convenient. The twin room was clean and tidy, but it was disappointing that there was no view of airplanes from the window and it faced the hotel wall, which felt quite claustrophobic.

    Room Cleaning

    Hair was scattered throughout the Room, bathroom, and toilet, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. It was so unclean that it made using the bath or toilet unappealing. Additionally, while I do not expect extensive amenities, there was absolutely nothing provided. It seems no consideration has been given to female guests.

    Extremely convenient

    I traveled to Tokyo by plane for errands in the city. While I considered staying at a Hotel near my destination, I chose this Hotel as it was more convenient for traveling with my elderly mother and carrying luggage in the heat. The Hotel is easily accessible right after arriving at Haneda Airport, has excellent transportation access, and offers plenty of dining and shopping options within the airport. Additionally, being able to use the Room until just before my return flight made it an excellent choice.

    I stayed in a room on the runway side because I wanted to watch airplanes. I spent my time with the room lights dimmed, watching planes come and go late at night and early the next morning. It was great that they stored my luggage before and after my stay, allowing me to move around freely. The noise from the runway didn't bother me much, but I was slightly disturbed by voices in the hallway late at night. Overall, I am satisfied and would like to stay again.

    Love staying the night before!

    I have stayed here multiple times for pre-stays. While I also use other hotels near Haneda, I am very pleased with the kind response of the staff at Excel and the spacious rooms.     Perfect Hotel for Morning ANA Flights

    Stayed the night before for an 8:30 domestic flight. The direct connection to the terminal is extremely convenient. Depending on the Room, you may have to walk quite a bit from the elevator, and thin walls can make noise from neighboring Rooms or hallways noticeable. However, I think I will continue to stay here repeatedly in the future.

    The bathroom cleaning was not satisfactory. It would have been better if the odor was removed more thoroughly. Also, the Room cleaning could be improved... There were a few crumbs from snacks eaten by the previous guest on the floor. The staff's service was good, and the view was excellent.
