    The food was delicious.

    We stayed in a room for two people with one night and two meals for just under 100,000 yen. We chose it because we heard rumors that the food was good. Indeed, the food was delicious, but I got the impression that the service and facilities were not up to par. First, regarding the room's wifi, there was free wifi, but it was not password-protected, which I thought was very dangerous. Also, the lights in the toilet and other areas would turn off after a certain period, which was a first-time experience for me. There were no blackout curtains, so it was bright early in the morning, and I woke up. Overall, I felt that information was not being shared properly. I recommend researching other hotels and ryokans of the same class.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    As expected from its reputation, the accommodation provided a relaxing and elegant experience. I am glad I chose to stay at Yutorogitei. I would like to give an overall rating of 5 out of 5, but there was one thing that caught my attention (the reason for giving 4 points for the meals). It was regarding dinner at the dining area. While having meals in a private room allowed for a calm and undisturbed atmosphere, the timing of serving the next dish was considerably delayed. There were several moments where I finished one dish and found myself waiting too long for the next, wondering when it would arrive. Previously, during my stay at another accommodation with an open dining area instead of private rooms, staff attentively managed both clearing dishes and bringing out new ones with perfect timing, allowing me to enjoy my meal seamlessly through dessert without feeling any delays. The quality of the food itself was excellent; however, I understand that managing timing in private rooms can be challenging. If this aspect could be improved, everything would have been completely satisfying. It stood out because everything else was so good overall!

    I was glad to meet the young master.

    I was happy to meet the young master. The location was good, with a view of the rice fields, which was peaceful and nice. The Onsen was spacious, and the open-air Onsen bath in the room was also pleasant. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, and I was surprised when the head chef came to greet us. The service was excellent, scoring 99 out of 100 points. The only deduction was for forgetting something we requested during the meal, but everyone was a wonderful staff member. Overall, it is the best Ryokan and Hotel I have ever visited. The young master's passion was inspiring, and it was a Ryokan that made me feel energized and motivated to do my best again from tomorrow. It is a wonderful Ryokan.

    Not as expected...

    I have visited numerous properties, but this hotel was disappointing, perhaps because the reviews were too good. This is a critical comment. The sink is not separate and is in the bedroom. The usability of the room is extremely poor. The inclusive is nice, but there are too many people and no seats available. I gave up this time because taking it to the room is not allowed. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It's a shame because the staff's response was excellent.

    An inn that conveys a sense of the seasons and consideration

    We stayed at Bettei Kodabuki-tei for a weekend trip as a couple. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were informed that we could use the free drinks, and we were allowed to spend time in the lounge, which was a considerate gesture. The meals were good in both quantity and taste. The seasonal tableware and presentation were very nice, allowing us to enjoy the dishes visually as well. I thought that the different seasonal presentations could be a reason to return. The large public bath was clean, and the washing area and changing room were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to use them without worrying about others. The staff's attitude was good, and the attention to detail made it a wonderful trip.

    Impressive

    I made a reservation after reading the reviews, and it was more delicious than I imagined. The seafood was, of course, excellent, but the meat was also incredibly delicious. I always thought Kobe beef was the best, but this place was the best. The breakfast was also wonderful. I will definitely book this hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

    The sauna and bath were nice.

    The sauna and large public bath were spacious, allowing for a relaxing experience even with many people. The room was compact and user-friendly. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was delicious.

    I learned about this...

    I learned about this inn from YouTube and was able to fully enjoy my first visit to Awara Onsen. The lounge offers inclusive services at any time you like, and the meals, both breakfast and dinner, did not disappoint and were exciting. The nigiri sushi was especially delicious! The hot springs on the 5th floor of the main building were nice, but I also enjoyed relaxing in the hinoki bath.
