    The breakfast was delicious!

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay as a family of four. The staff's attention to detail was evident in every Facility, including the front desk, restaurant, and spa, ensuring a comfortable stay. The convenience of being located within the station was especially appreciated by elderly members. Breakfast was particularly delightful; we enjoyed both the buffet and Japanese set meal, which offered a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes that satisfied everyone in our group.

The Room on the 34th floor offers a great view, including the Rapid Airport train and other trains passing below, which I shared in a video with my train enthusiast friend.     This is my regular accommodation when visiting Sapporo. I love the cleanliness and calm atmosphere. This time, it seems my room was upgraded, and it was spacious with a great view—absolutely perfect. Meals included only breakfast. I made the reservation through IKYU at a reasonable price with excellent service, and I would like to use it again.

    It was excellent.

    We enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay. The location is convenient, right next to the station. The Room is stylish and clean, with a spacious bathroom that includes both a washing area and a bathtub, making it very user-friendly. Although the spa now requires an additional fee, it was actually more relaxing without noisy children around. The jacuzzi helped us unwind from our travel fatigue.

    It was the best birthday ever.

    I stayed at the accommodation for my birthday. I truly appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as upgrading my room and preparing a gift in the room. The view from the high-floor room was stunning, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious! I ended up eating too much. Next time, I would love to stay with friends or family.

    Enjoy a Comfortable Hotel Life.

    About 40 years ago, I lived in Sapporo, so I am familiar with the area. The location is very convenient with JR and subway access, and you won't get wet even on rainy days. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The spacious Onsen large bath is well-equipped and outstanding, with attentive staff providing great care.

    Hotel to Stay in Sapporo

    I visited 5 years ago upon a travel agent's recommendation and had such a great experience that I decided to stay again this time. I was considering having dinner outside but couldn’t decide on a restaurant, so I consulted with the Hotel staff. They kindly made a reservation for me, brought the restaurant’s brochure to my Room, and even explained how to get there in detail. The breakfast I had last time was incredibly delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn’t have it this time due to my schedule. Next time, I plan to visit with a more relaxed schedule so that I can fully enjoy my stay. Thank you so much!

    I have visited Sappo...

    I have visited Sapporo many times, but this was my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend in Sapporo. Directly connected to JR Sapporo Station, the room and spa were clean, with great views and a very satisfying breakfast. I asked the front desk for recommendations on good restaurants, and they responded kindly—thank you! With Daimaru Department Store nearby, it’s incredibly convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    A Hotel Suitable for Both Business and Leisure

    I have visited Sapporo many times, including for business trips, but this was my first time staying at an accommodation. I chose this accommodation because I wanted to stay near Sapporo Station for a game at Escon F, and the weekday stay offered a reasonable price. On the day of my stay, I had an online meeting scheduled and was able to use the room with an early check-in. I appreciate the flexibility in allowing me to access the room earlier than usual. The room seemed a bit aged, but I appreciated that the bathtub and washing area were separate. For breakfast, I enjoyed the buffet; not only was the food excellent, but also the staff's service was outstanding—not just in the restaurant but throughout. I hope to stay here again in the future!

    This was my second stay in two years. The direct connection to the station made it convenient with minimal luggage carrying. The room offered a great view, adequate space, comfortable beds, separate bath and toilet, and sufficient amenities for a pleasant stay. I chose the Japanese-Western buffet for breakfast, which featured local ingredients such as seafood for sashimi bowls (a Hokkaido hotel staple), rice, vegetables, and dairy products—all fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. The rich corn soup was exceptional—something you can't experience at hotels on the mainland. The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in onwards; those on the floor also provided precise answers to any questions I had. It’s been a while since I’ve encountered such a highly satisfying Hotel experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Sapporo next time!

    If you don't mind the price, it seems like a good Hotel.

    As one of the luxury Hotels in Sapporo, the staff are efficient and professional, with thorough Room cleaning and well-prepared amenities. The view is excellent, the Wi-Fi connection is reliable, air conditioning is quiet, and bedding is clean. Unlike many cost-cutting Hotels offering nightgowns, this Hotel provides proper two-piece pajamas for added comfort. On the other hand, the spa closes quite early at 10:30 PM considering Sapporo's nightlife in Susukino. Additionally, towels in the spa Facility feel somewhat basic. Room service starts only after 6 PM, which also reflects some visible cost-cutting measures. While prices during peak seasons are set high and may make you hesitate about value for money, it remains a good Hotel if these aspects don't bother you too much.

    It was very comfortable!

    I stayed here for my first trip to Sapporo. The location is directly connected to JR Sapporo Station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. This time, we chose a Double Room for two as a budget-friendly option. Despite being compact, the room was functional with all necessary amenities provided, and the bathroom with a washing area was truly comfortable. The breakfast buffet included seafood rice bowls with plenty of salmon roe, which was absolutely satisfying! It would have been even better if there were more fruit options. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Thank you so much! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    Annual Sapporo

    The room was still small despite the renovation, and the shower room was extremely cramped, which was disappointing. The Onsen cost 2,200 yen, but it did not meet expectations. For that price nowadays, having such a small toilet and washbasin seems unreasonable. I stayed here in the past due to its convenient location but found the space too tight back then as well. I had hoped for improvement after reading about renovations, but unfortunately, it was disappointing again.

    Relax in Early Summer Sapporo

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to watch the interleague game between the Nippon-Ham Fighters and Hanshin Tigers at Es Con Field. The view from the upper floors (north side) was great, and the room was clean, allowing me to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. The amenities were well-equipped, and as it is a new Hotel, the room layout was functional and comfortable. With redevelopment around Sapporo Station, the underground pathways have changed significantly. Although not related to the Hotel's responsibility, I almost got lost in the station's underground passageways due to limited signage. It would have been helpful if maps of the under-construction pathways were available at the Hotel front desk.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed as a family and had a wonderful experience. The staff's hospitality and greetings were excellent. We made a reservation with access to the spa. Since we stayed for two nights, we received one usage ticket per day, but after using it once, we were given an additional ticket valid for the same day. It would be even better if this was clearly stated at the time of reservation. Although it is not a new facility, it was well-maintained and provided us with a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was just right, and my mother particularly enjoyed the apple juice, having several refills. Is the apple juice something special? The location near Sapporo Station was very convenient for my elderly mother as well. If I have another opportunity to visit Sapporo, I would love to stay here again!

    Safe and Comfortable Hotel

    I always use this place whenever I visit Sapporo. The service is consistent, and they respond to requests with a smile and precision, which makes me feel at ease. In 2025, it will celebrate its 22nd anniversary; while there are minor areas like carpets and bathtubs that could use attention, the overall cleanliness ensures a comfortable stay. This time, I chose a plan that included spa access and breakfast, which I found to be worth more than its price. I also had dinner through a separate reservation, and as always, the service, taste, and content were excellent. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    Your favorite spot in Sapporo!

    After about a year and a half, I enjoyed a 3-night stay with my husband. Thank you for the kind and detailed email response to my inquiry after making the reservation. The attentiveness of all the hotel staff was delightful, and I truly felt their high level of professionalism. (It made me realize what staying at a great hotel feels like.) I loved the view from our room and was fully satisfied with breakfast and the spa! (The Dyson hairdryer in the spa and ReFa in the room were also wonderful touches.) We took it easy, enjoying our hotel stay rather than focusing too much on sightseeing or shopping. Thank you as well for the adorable birthday gift bear! (With this 20th-anniversary bear included, we now have five lined up at home.) I’m looking forward to visiting again in autumn next time. (I’m also curious about afternoon tea at the lobby lounge.) Can’t wait already!

    First-time Use

    After 12 years, I visited Sapporo again. Since I also wanted to explore Otaru, I chose this hotel directly connected to the station. Although it rained on the first day, the underground passage made it convenient to move around without getting wet. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. However, there are two points I noticed: ① Regarding the Facility in the room, the suitcase stand is placed on top of a drawer containing pajamas and has a relatively narrow width. When placing my suitcase sideways, it felt cramped and inconvenient. A foldable luggage rack would have been more helpful in this case. ② While having pajamas provided is convenient, a separate set rather than a nightgown type would be preferable (though bringing my own would solve this issue). Despite these minor points, it was an enjoyable trip even within such a short time!

    A bit disappointing

    As a member of the Hotel Nikko, I was allowed to check in before 12:00 PM. The bed and bathtub were spacious and comfortable. However, it was unfortunate that the noise from being near the high-speed elevator made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

    Appreciation for the cleaning staff: The smartphone charging cable was neatly organized. Slight disappointment: The bathing fee for the large public bath feels expensive, leaving an impression that it is not very accommodating for guests.

    This was my first time staying here to visit my daughter who recently moved from Kyoto to Sapporo.     A Hotel with a Sense of Hospitality

    I recently stayed at R Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo after a long time. The hospitality from the front desk and bell staff was truly impressive. It’s a hotel that made me want to stay again after such a long time. The location is perfect, and the bath on the 22nd floor is excellent (I especially enjoyed the reclining bath).

    The view and spa were excellent.

    The first night, I stayed in a south-facing room with a great view of Sapporo's cityscape. The room also had guides explaining the mountains and buildings visible from the window. Breakfast was delightful, offering high-quality dishes and even Hokkaido seafood bowls while enjoying the view. For the second night, I chose a spa course. Although it was not a Multiple Night Stay, I stayed in a north-facing room with a different but equally enjoyable view. The spa facilities were luxurious and relaxing, with special options for women to unwind completely. The location near the station was very convenient, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

    Comfortable time

    We arrived quite early, but we are very grateful for being allowed to check in without any issues. It was a great help as we had plans to attend a concert and could check in beforehand. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. However, the washroom seemed a bit small for my husband, who is quite tall. The breakfast buffet was full of Hokkaido specialties like seafood bowls, soup curry, Genghis Khan barbecue, and more—it left us completely satisfied. Thank you very much!
