    It was great.

    It was a lovely, very clean Hotel. The night view was beautiful. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido. The concierge staff were also kind.

    Birthday

    I stayed for two nights. Breakfast was included, and I had dinner near Sapporo Station at a restaurant I’d been wanting to try, then relaxed at the spa. I had a very restful stay and was extremely satisfied with the comfortable hospitality from the Hotel staff. The night view was also outstanding.

    Futon

    The futon was heavy and made it uncomfortable to sleep. In other Hotels, I think lighter down duvets are more common—maybe it’s because this is Hokkaido?

    Reliable service and facilities

    I stayed here for the first time in almost a year, and was able to relax thanks to the consistently reliable service and Facility. This time again, I was upgraded to a twin Room, so it was spacious and very comfortable. It also helped that the bathtub and washing area were separate. At the spa after 6:00 p.m., complimentary ice pops and rich milk are available, which was a nice touch. For dinner, as usual, I dined at Sky-J. The seasonal menu was excellent, with a perfect balance of herbs and spices. However, this time it felt like guests were seated in groups all together, so I could hear the neighboring table talking loudly, which was disappointing. This time I made a Reservation for a Plan without breakfast. While Sky-J’s extensive buffet and Tanchou’s wide variety of Japanese set breakfasts are both satisfying, I tend to overeat there—and the lively atmosphere can feel a bit too busy—so I tried the morning set at the 1st-floor lobby lounge instead. The breakfast was carefully prepared in detail, and I enjoyed it in a quiet setting. By the way, if you Reserve premium bread in advance, you can take it out—highly recommended as a souvenir as well. In any case, this Hotel is essential for my stays in Sapporo, so I’d definitely like to return again next time.

    Thank you for your support.

    This was my first time staying here. The front desk staff were especially attentive and wonderful. I also enjoyed using the spa, which was very relaxing. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. I would like to make a Reservation again the next time I stay in Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    A bit disappointing.

    I was looking forward to the view, but after checking in I realized it differs depending on whether the room faces north, south, east, or west. I had assumed—on my own—that it would be a south-facing view of Susukino, but the north-facing view was also great. Next time I’ll try requesting a south-facing room, though it may be better to wait a few years until the large-scale redevelopment construction on the south side in front of the station is completed.

    Perfect.

    I have stayed here many times. Everything is thoughtfully taken care of, down to the smallest details, so I can relax with complete peace of mind and without any stress. I always look forward to the flowers in the lobby, on the restaurant floor, and on the spa floor. With its great location, this is an Accommodation I would recommend to friends and acquaintances.

    We were able to spend a very peaceful time.

    I’d been wanting to stay here for some time on my business trips, but the timing never worked out. This time, I finally got to enjoy a long-awaited 2-night, 3-day stay with my family. The scent throughout the Hotel was wonderful and very relaxing, and both the Japanese breakfast and the buffet were absolutely delicious! The spa was also excellent (however, since there is no “Karnia Isle” for men, it felt a bit disappointing—so I’m giving it 4 stars). Each of us was able to spend a truly enjoyable time. Everyone at the Hotel was kind, and we felt very comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The guest-only menu at Mikuni Sapporo that you recommended was also outstanding—overall, it was a highly satisfying 2-night, 3-day stay. For future visits to Sapporo as well, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Everything was excel...

    Everything was excellent except for the parking. The Hotel staff’s service was especially outstanding. If I had to ask for one thing, I’d love it if the price were a bit lower—then it would be perfect. But that’s probably unrealistic (laugh).

    Great location near Sapporo Station.

    The staff provided courteous service, and I had a very pleasant stay. Although it was raining, the property is directly connected to Sapporo Station, so I arrived without getting wet. When I checked in at 9 p.m., feeling tired, the staff quickly handed me the Room key. The Room was spacious. The Room amenities included automatic curtains, and the air conditioner seemed new and brought the temperature to a comfortable level right away—overall extremely comfortable. I’m considering staying here again next time.

    It was a reassuring stay.

    I visit from Chiba Prefecture and stay here almost every month. Once again, thanks to the wonderful service from all the staff, I had a truly relaxing stay. Thank you very much for upgrading my Room this time as well. After using the spa, I enjoyed the night view, and breakfast was consistently varied and delicious. While I asked my daughter to handle check-in, I accidentally dropped a medicine cap in the lobby, and I was impressed that a young female staff member noticed immediately and picked it up for me. I would love to continue staying with you in the future.

    The staff were wonderful, and the Room was very clean! The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious! With direct access from the station, easy to get to, and excellent service, I felt this price was a great value.

    Hinoe-Uma 60th Birthday Trip

    In Sapporo, I chose the reliable JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo. The higher floors have great views, so you can truly unwind. The spa is also quiet and relaxing. And breakfast— miso ramen and seafood rice bowls, too. You can even make waffles using croissants. After the meal, I also enjoyed melon sorbet. Since this was a trip to celebrate my 60th birthday, a cute teddy bear plush was waiting to welcome me in the Room. Thank you very much. I’ll stay again when I come back to Sapporo.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I have stayed here many times, and this time I chose your Hotel because it was our wedding anniversary and our first visit to Es Con Field, and it is conveniently close to Sapporo Station. It seemed the Hotel staff were aware that we were staying for a special occasion, and the pleasant surprise made us truly happy. It was my first time in a corner Room, and it was spacious with a great view—absolutely wonderful. Since we were sightseeing, we didn’t spend much time in the Room, which almost felt like a waste given how comfortable it was. We also used the spa and were able to relax. The only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend at the Hotel. We will continue to stay here in the future, and we appreciate your continued support.

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station with a spa.

    Conveniently located near the station, and all the staff were smiling with excellent hospitality. It would have been nice to have something like a welcome drink. There is also a spa, which was relaxing and satisfying, but it was disappointing that the cafe in the spa closes early and was already closed by the time I returned during my Multiple Night Stay. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the men’s skincare lotion, shampoo, and other amenities in the spa were different from what I had expected. The Room was on a high floor with an outstanding view, and it was spacious and comfortable, but due to an issue with the walls (?) the sound of the neighboring Room’s sliding door closing echoed quite loudly. Breakfast was simple but tasty—especially breakfast, which was excellent.

    It was a Room with a wonderful view!

    This was my first stay at your Hotel, and since we booked a Deluxe Corner Twin Room, we were given a high-floor corner Room. With the corner walls fully glass, the view was fantastic! The front desk staff also kindly asked whether I would like to use the One Harmony member benefit of late check-out at Okura Hotels. I hadn’t really been aware of that benefit, but since rain was forecast all day on our departure date, they gladly arranged a 2:00 p.m. check-out so we could relax in the Room. However, although it couldn’t be helped, demolition work on the neighboring building started early in the morning, so it wasn’t as peaceful as I had hoped. Aside from that, I thought it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Your First Time in Sapporo

    The view is great, the Room is clean, there’s no noise from upstairs or next door, and all the staff are very kind. If I had one complaint, could the toilet and washbasin be separated into different spaces? There is a bidet toilet seat, but it’s an older add-on model, and compared to modern ones it’s not very user-friendly. Also, since the toilet and washbasin are separated by just one thin door with a mesh-like opening at the bottom, all sounds can be heard clearly in the Room—this design is questionable.

    My favorite place in Sapporo!

    I stayed again for the first time in seven months. This time it was four nights—I really enjoyed a relaxing Hotel stay. I’m truly happy and grateful that I could spend my birthday here again this year. Thank you very much for upgrading my Room as well. (And thank you again this year for the little bear.) Every time, all of the Hotel staff are wonderfully attentive and considerate. (Everyone is pleasant, from younger staff to seasoned professionals.) I also enjoyed the spa and breakfast, and thanks to you I was able to fully enjoy a special getaway. Even if I can’t make it in time for the spa hours, having a bath with a washing area means I can take my time and soak for as long as I like, which is really helpful. I also love how comfortable the bed is—I slept soundly every night. And being directly connected to JR Sapporo Station makes it convenient to go anywhere. It’s difficult for me to visit often, but I hope to come again around autumn. I’m looking forward to it already! Thank you very much.

    Accommodation for a couple in their 60s

    With direct access to Sapporo Station, it’s a great base for your stay, but compared with my visit a few years ago, the quality of the breakfast buffet (variety, taste, etc.) felt slightly lower. I was also disappointed that the early-morning spa no longer allows sauna use. Since the rates are not exactly budget-friendly, I hope the services offered will be reviewed from a guest’s perspective.

    The view is nice, but...

    I stayed in a Corner Deluxe Room. As it was on the 32nd floor, the view was wonderful. However, as can be said of Nikko Hotels in general, this Hotel also has very limited space around the toilet and washbasin. At least for a Deluxe Room, the toilet and washbasin should be in separate areas, and having the toilet separated by only a thin door—so that sounds are clearly heard in the Room—feels like a cheap apartment. I strongly request improvements. For breakfast, the Japanese set is quiet and enjoyable, but while the buffet offers many items, many guests’ manners are extremely poor, so I think it would be helpful if staff could remind guests to behave appropriately.

    It was a first-class Hotel.

    We stayed for two nights for our daughter’s wedding. Even before check-in, you welcomed us with a smile and kindly showed us to our Room, for which we are very grateful. Every staff member was wonderful and consistently friendly, allowing us, even as older guests, to spend our time in comfort. Being able to be there for our daughter’s new beginning, along with the excellent service at this Hotel, made it a truly memorable experience for us. Thank you very much.
