    Very convenient for staying in Sapporo.

    It was very convenient with direct access from the station. The view from the Room was beautiful, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    We had an amazing time.

    I’m not comfortable flying, but for the first time in 25 years I worked up the courage to visit Sapporo, bringing my family and friends. The Hotel’s service was outstanding, the Room was spotless, and the spa was clean and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything tasted delicious. Since a Hotel is such an important part of any trip, I’m truly glad we could spend our time here so comfortably. When we checked out, I strongly felt that I would definitely come back to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A convenient, comfortable, and satisfying Hotel

    When I went to leave my luggage in the morning, I was able to check in as well, and they told me they would bring my luggage to my Room, which was a great help. It is directly connected to Sapporo Station, with department stores nearby, so it was easy to find and very convenient. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a washing area. There were also bath salts, so I could relax. The amenities were great, and the ReFa hair dryer was excellent too. For breakfast I chose the buffet, and there was seating guidance as well. Having breakfast while enjoying the wonderful view was the best. There were many options, and everything was delicious—I ended up eating a lot. The staff kept everything clean and well organized, so I felt comfortable enjoying it. I also requested courier service delivery pickup, and they came to collect it from my Room, which really helped. My friend liked it very much too, and we said we’d like to come back to Sapporo again just to stay here. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

    It had been a while ...

    It had been a while since my last stay, but it reminded me what a great Hotel this is—both the Room and the service were excellent. Among the Hotels I’ve stayed at recently, this was the best. Breakfast was also very satisfying; if I had to mention one thing, I’d appreciate it if egg dishes could be made to order.

    The location is excellent—I don’t think there’s a more convenient place. The hospitality was attentive, and I had a very satisfying stay.

    Everything was great.

    After being worn out physically and mentally by transportation disruptions caused by heavy snow, I was able to relax in the spa and unwind in my Room. The Hotel staff were kind, courteous, and truly hospitable, providing clear and accurate answers. I could clearly see the difference from a Business Hotel—impressive as expected. That said, the single Room felt noticeably smaller than at other Hotels.\nFrom now on, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation. The spa baths, dry sauna, mist sauna, cold bath temperature settings, and the Onsen quality are among the best in The whole country.

    Directly connected to JR Sapporo Station, it was convenient and comfortable. The spa.de was excellent. It was disappointing that the Room toilet was small.

    I always enjoy a comfortable stay here.

    I stay here almost every year. I’m truly surprised by the recent surge in Hotel rates in Sapporo, but even at those prices, it was a comfortable stay that felt well worth it. The Room is gradually showing its age since the renovation, but it’s still very clean, and the maintenance is well done—no issues at all. I use the spa every time as well, and as always, both the views and the Facility are outstanding. Breakfast also comes with attentive service and an excellent selection of dishes—I end up eating more than I should. When I’m in Sapporo, this is definitely the Hotel I want to stay at again.

    It was a memorable and wonderful stay.

    I booked this convenient Hotel in Sapporo for winter, considering transportation and bad weather. The spa was incredibly relaxing for my chilled body, and the breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western dishes that I enjoyed without getting bored for two days. Above all, the front desk staff's hospitality was excellent, making my trip to Sapporo truly enjoyable thanks to this Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Wonderful Hotel

    I had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel that is usually hard to book. In Sapporo, where a heavy snow warning was issued in the afternoon, I wanted to leave my luggage and head to my destination, so I consulted with the front desk. They kindly agreed, allowing me to visit with ease despite being unaccustomed to the snow. The luggage I left was delivered directly to my room—such attentive service! I was able to relax and enjoy my time in a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed choosing and eating what I liked. There was Asahikawa ramen available for breakfast ("morning ramen"), which was also delicious. This is definitely a hotel I'd like to use again. A beautiful and luxurious accommodation—simply excellent!

    The Ultimate Hospitality

    During my summer stay, I was deeply impressed by the night view from the window and the hospitality of the staff, which led me to visit again. Despite it being a busy New Year’s holiday season, check-in was smooth. Although the weather was unfortunate, I was touched by the New Year’s gift prepared in the room—what a wonderful surprise! The croissants at the breakfast buffet were crispy and paired perfectly with haskap butter. There were also fruits available, which I enjoyed with yogurt. Additionally, the gelato had a mild sweetness that made it easy to eat and left me wanting more. Both within the hotel and at the breakfast venue, it was quiet and relaxing, making for an extremely satisfying stay.

    I found a very affor...

    I found a very affordable plan and stayed for the first time in a while. The location is excellent, especially now in winter when walking outside can be unsafe, allowing me to stay comfortably without going out. There was staff at the entrance who greeted me immediately, making check-in smooth. I would like to stay again.

    The Hotel kindly upgraded our Room. The bathroom had a washing area, making it very convenient to use. All the Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this Hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo.

    A bit disappointing

    This was my second stay. I had a great experience with the service, hospitality, and meals during my previous visit, so I decided to stay at the Hotel again for a relaxing time. Once again, the hospitality, meals, and service were excellent as expected. However, one disappointing aspect was the Room cleaning. When I entered the Room and went to the unit bath, I found hair on the floor. It wasn’t a pleasant sight. Later on, while using some amenities, I noticed hair inside the amenity box as well. Since I had already used it by then, it felt quite unpleasant. I hope more attention is given to checking inside amenity boxes during replenishment in the future. It’s such a wonderful Hotel that this small issue made my stay slightly disappointing.

    We enjoyed winter in Sapporo again this year!

    I visit Sapporo every year during this season to enjoy the Munich Christmas Market and receive a Hamaya at Hokkaido Shrine. This is the Hotel I always stay at, and seeing the Christmas tree in the lobby makes me feel like I've returned home. This time, I stayed in a Room with a view of the southern scenery. The snow-covered mountains were soothing to look at. I bought a cake from a department store and contacted the front desk to request "plates and forks for cake." However, they brought "paper plates and plastic forks," which felt inconsistent since there were beautiful glasses, wine glasses, and mugs prepared in the Room. For breakfast, my favorites are the seafood rice bowl and croffles. I definitely want to visit again next year. Thank you for taking care of me again this time!

    Where are you staying today? When I mentioned JR Tower, they said, "Nice. It's expensive as expected." When asked how much it cost, I hesitated and gave a lower figure of tens of thousands of yen. It was a bit embarrassing. Reflecting on the difference between my sense of value and my friend's, I felt grateful for being in such a luxurious situation and returned to my daily life.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Directly connected to Sapporo Station, the access was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for the upgrade. The Hotel staff were polite and left a positive impression. The spa attached to the Hotel was clean with various options, perfect for warming up both body and mind during the chilly season. The breakfast venue offered great views and featured a wide variety of delicious Hokkaido specialties. While the facilities show some history, I would love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    The staff's warm smiles will brighten your day.

    My elderly mother has difficulty walking, so it was very helpful that we could reach the Hotel from JR Sapporo Station without walking outside in the cold. I also forgot something in the Room's refrigerator, but it was safely returned to me. All the staff were incredibly kind and responded with warm smiles. I would definitely like to stay again!

    I stayed at the accommodation during a busy season again this year and had a comfortable stay. However, there was one thing that caught my attention. Around noon on the second day, while I was in the room, there was a knock on the door. When I answered, it was housekeeping staff asking about cleaning arrangements. Was this because I hadn’t hung any card on the door? Since this is not something I’ve experienced often, how should I have responded in such situations? When leaving for an outing, I called housekeeping to request cleaning. As someone who has stayed here several times before, it would be helpful to know for future reference. Thank you for providing me with an enjoyable trip this time as well. I look forward to visiting again soon!

    This is my second stay this year, and every time I step into the hotel and approach the front desk, it feels just like being at home. The room is comfortable, the amenities are well-equipped, the large bath on the 22nd floor is fantastic, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing a pot of warm coffee for solo guests during breakfast! I would love to stay at this hotel again.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    Our first trip to Sapporo with my parents. We chose this Hotel to make the trip as comfortable as possible for them. The convenience of being directly connected to the station, the hospitality of the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the quality of breakfast... Everything was perfect, and my parents were very pleased. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful time. If we have another chance to visit Sapporo, we will definitely stay here again!

    Thank you for arranging the Executive Twin Room for our 2-night, 3-day trip. The service from all staff, breakfast, and spa (which we used multiple times during our stay) were all excellent.
