    Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    They prepared lovely flowers for us upon arrival for our celebration trip and arranged a wonderful Room with a full view of Tokyo Tower. Thanks to the warm welcome at check-in and thoughtful attention to detail, we had a fun and memorable stay. We sincerely appreciate it and look forward to visiting again.

    It was a high-quality Hotel that felt a step above.

    The location requires a slightly longer walk than Shinagawa Prince Hotel, but the area is calm even at night. It felt like there were fewer business travelers, with more families and groups staying. The upgraded Room was spacious and clean. The view was great, and with convenience stores and cafes nearby, it was very convenient.

    The view was great.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service, and I was able to check in and check out smoothly, which made my stay feel very reassuring. It was raining on the day I checked in, but the next day was sunny, and I was impressed by the Room with a panoramic view of Tokyo Tower. The Room was spacious, and both the bath and toilet were comfortable to use. There is a Hiten venue in front of the Hotel, and I was happy to take commemorative photos there. Thank you very much.

    Spacious and relaxing

    I’ve been staying at Business Hotels a lot lately, so it was wonderful to relax in such a lovely lobby and a spacious Room for the first time in a while. The beautifully maintained garden was especially soothing. It truly felt like the Prince standard.

    The facilities are standard. This facility is well-suited for events and festivals. The uphill road to the Hotel may be tough as you get older. A van-class Shuttle Service would be desirable.

    My skin has gotten really bad—maybe because of mites?

    My family stayed here, but my son and I woke up with painful red bites, like mosquito bites, on the beds we slept in—possibly from mites. Since many international guests stay here, various insects may get in, but considering the price, I was concerned about cleanliness and will avoid staying here again.

    At this price,

    Given the price, I don’t think it’s fair to be too picky. It was simply very affordable for this location! So cheap that I wondered if it was even less than a Business Hotel. The Room was a standard twin—nothing special, but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was buffet-style, and for this Accommodation Fee, having breakfast included was more than satisfying. Considering the cost, with this location and breakfast, I have no complaints at all.

    It was very comfortable.

    My wife, my daughter, and I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation ceremony. We were given apple juice as a graduation gift, and it was very delicious.

    This time...

    Upon entering the room after check-in, I noticed that the bottom sheet on the bed was disheveled. This was the first time I had experienced this in my previous stays, so I was a little surprised. I was very satisfied with the warm hospitality of your staff and with the meals. That is why I found this point somewhat disappointing.

    A luxurious Hotel near Shinagawa Station

    My daughter and her husband came to Tokyo by bullet train to introduce their great-grandchild, and we stayed at this Hotel for a reunion with my mother, who is over 90 and cannot walk without a walker. It was close to Shinagawa Station, had a luxurious feel, and offered plenty of dining options. Because I had shared our situation in advance, they arranged my daughter’s Room directly across from my mother’s Room, which was a huge help. My mother, who is unsteady on her feet, was also pleased to have a Room near the elevator. For dinner, we chose the buffet on the first night and MOMIJI in the first-floor lounge on the second night. At both restaurants, they were considerate of our family—traveling with a 9-month-old grandchild and an elderly mother—and prepared seating where we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. While the Rooms do show their age, both the younger and older members of our family were able to enjoy a satisfying three-day/two-night stay. That said, due to my own lack of attention when booking, I now regret not requesting a Room with a shower booth for my mother, since she cannot step over the bathtub edge.

    Everything was wonderful.

    We usually stay as a couple and use the club lounge, but this time we stayed with our children (all adults) and others—8 people in 4 Rooms. Last time with this group of 8, we had Rooms on a lower floor such as the 12th floor, and we had dinner inside the Hotel. When traveling with a large group like this, we can’t all sit together in the lounge, so I think a smaller group is better. However, the lounge is wonderful and very enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for staying with us again after a long time.

    I stayed the night before my son’s wedding. My wife and eldest daughter booked a twin Room, and I booked a twin Room for single use, but the room grades were different. The hotel upgraded my Room to match the twin grade and arranged our Rooms next to each other. Thanks to that, we were able to spend meaningful time together. I’m truly grateful.

    Enjoy lounge hopping.

    When I stayed in Takanawa for the first time, I discovered how fun lounge hopping is, and this is my second stay at Shin-Takanawa. I also enjoy that the sweets and food change a little each time. This time, the cute heart-shaped monaka in the Takanawa lounge—where you can choose and fill the inside yourself—was especially memorable. It’s also wonderful to look out at the seasonal flowers in the Japanese garden, the small birds they attract, and the colorful koi in the pond, and to enjoy the magical bamboo lights at night. My husband seemed to really enjoy the whirlpool bath at Sakura Tower as a perk. Although it’s a bit far from the elevator, we also like our spacious Corner King Room.

    Petit Vacation

    I stayed on the club floor with my daughter. The Hotel grounds are spacious, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without even leaving the Hotel. The lounge dining, Room, and views all had an international feel, while also incorporating Japanese elements, which made it very appealing. I’m grateful for such a special getaway.     Great value for money

    I think the Facility is quite old, but it left a very positive impression thanks to its convenient location, ease of use, and a high level of hospitality—something that has been feeling increasingly rare in Tokyo. There was a major corporate event on the day I stayed, so it was extremely crowded and somewhat inconvenient, but the overall positives more than made up for it. I chose the Japanese breakfast, and both the food and service were excellent. I would like to stay again. Another great point was being able to order necessary items (amenities, glasses, etc.) via QR code/online. I thought it was a very convenient service for both guests and staff.

    It felt like another world.

    I stayed here while I was in Tokyo on business, and it was a very good Hotel. Many Hotels are polite and well stocked with amenities, but this Hotel truly felt genuinely kind and welcoming. In addition, I was satisfied with the on-site convenience and Facilities. It felt like being surrounded by nature in the middle of the city. I would like to stay here again.

    I enjoy it every time.

    Thank you as always. When I’m feeling stressed, I stay on the club floor Plan at Takanawa or Shin-Takanawa. This time as well, I ate and drank plenty, ran in the fitness room, enjoyed the spa, and then came back.

    A Safe and Refreshing Hotel in Tokyo

    After spending time at the Aqua Park—enjoying the dolphin show and interacting with penguins—I checked in. Of course, I used my Accommodation certificate to get discounted admission. I took an afternoon break in the lounge with cake and chocolates, then headed to the bath and sauna. After a zero-gravity massage, I refreshed while still warm at the Takanawa lounge with Japanese sweets and chilled tea. After a short nap in my Room, I grabbed a light bite in the lounge and went back to the sauna—then returned again for a cold drink. Repeating that routine, I eventually fell asleep while enjoying night views of Tokyo Tower. The next morning, after breakfast of perfectly chilled freshly cut fruit, a delicious omelet, and just-right pickled plum, it was back to the sauna—and then another cold drink in the lounge. This is an excellent Hotel for truly refreshing yourself. I avoid it on crowded days, but what’s great about this Prince group Hotel is that you can simply enjoy things as they should be. I cut my finger and received a bandage at the gym reception—thank you very much. A couple of issues: push doors that are hard to get used to, and how difficult it is to make a Reservation through the Prince members website. It’s also slightly inconvenient that the nearest ice machine is on the 12th floor. Next time, I’ll use Oiso for golf.

    The cleanliness was disappointing.

    I have stayed here several times, including at Takanawa Prince. Overall, it was very good, but I had concerns about whether the room was properly cleaned, which is a negative point. My preschool-aged child crawled under a chair to play, and when they came out their clothes were completely black. Not only dust but also mold-like grime had stuck to the clothes, so it didn’t feel like a one-off—I felt the area may not have been cleaned for a long time. While I wondered if this might be due to staff shortages, I would like to stay again, so I’m posting this with future improvements in mind.

    The lobby is spacious.

    The lobby is exceptionally spacious, creating an incredible sense of openness. The adjacent lounge also has high ceilings and offers a great view of the garden. Together with Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa and Autograph Collection The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, the scale of the overall Facility and the excellent range of restaurants and other amenities are among the best in Tokyo.

    My Father's Birthday

    Although there were periods during the pandemic when I didn’t stay here, I used to spend my January birthday at Shin-Takanawa or Takanawa. I was disappointed that after the lounge-hopping system changed, I could no longer go to the Sakura Tower breakfast venue with its slightly international atmosphere. They also announced a time limit for the lounge, but I was still able to relax and enjoy my time there. It was a shame that the newspapers were put away at night. I asked a staff member, but it wasn’t possible (my father reads the newspaper). I felt that there were more international staff than before. It was a nice discovery that they now offer events such as feeding the koi, and the nighttime illumination was beautiful. I was also happy with the birthday gift. There was an unexpected incident late at night when an emergency light turned on and it was very bright. At checkout, I heard it happened throughout the entire building, so it became a rare but memorable experience. I really like being able to count on consistently reliable service!!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Although the property felt a bit dated overall, the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The garden illumination at night was beautiful, and it felt great to take walks both in the evening and in the morning. It’s close to the station, and having a convenience store inside the Hotel as well as a food court at another Prince nearby was very convenient. Amenities did not include toner or cleansing products, so I bought them at the convenience store in the Hotel. I was looking for something around 10,000 yen per person, and this was better than newer casual hotels that are smaller but only a few thousand yen cheaper.

    When I stayed in the summer, I had misunderstood and thought it had reopened after the redevelopment. Since Shin-Takanawa is closing this year... it’s inconvenient being up the hill, but I really appreciate that you provide a shuttle bus. As always, the restroom is old and makes a very loud noise when flushing, but thinking this may be the last time even that feels a bit sad... Thank you for taking care of me.

    It was an elegant stay.

    It was a one-night, two-day weekend stay away from weekday work, and I was able to spend my time feeling elegant. This historic Hotel exudes a sense of history in places, but the interior and Room are very clean and comfortable. This time, I had breakfast, and the Japanese dishes included original side dishes. Both the menu and taste were highly satisfying. I would love to visit again for a refreshing stay if I have the chance.

    Comfort & Elegance

    As my regular accommodation, I once again appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff. I was upgraded and my requests were accommodated. The room assigned to me was a spacious king with a desk (with power outlets nearby), making it convenient for PC work. On the other hand, the king bed had lighting and a low board on only one side, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom had not been renovated yet. Despite these minor points, I have stayed here multiple times and it remains an excellent hotel. I will definitely use it again next time. Looking forward to staying again!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Despite being a spacious and tranquil hotel, I was able to stay at an affordable price. The quality of the breakfast was particularly high, and I was very satisfied. The wide variety of large-cut fruits, fresh salads, diverse Japanese dishes, and deli options made for an exceptional breakfast while enjoying the view outside. The staff's service was, of course, excellent as well. It is truly regrettable that operations will end in 2026.

    A quiet and relaxing Hotel

    Despite the large number of rooms, the room was quiet and very relaxing. Additionally, there is a garden where you can take a morning walk, making it easy to refresh your mind during business trips. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

    Pre-stay

    We decided to stay overnight with a friend before attending the party held in the Hotel hall the next day, as traveling early in the morning would have been tiring. We had dinner outside, enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the Hotel in the morning, and were able to get ready at a relaxed pace, making our decision to stay overnight a great choice. The atmosphere of the lobby was pleasant, and the Room was comfortable. I plan to stay overnight again next year.
