    Everything was excellent.

    Everything was excellent, from the lounge to the pre-dinner snacks and drinks, and the refreshments after using the large public bath. The facility may be old, but it has been renovated and feels very clean and well-maintained. The gazebo is completely different from a typical family bath—it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided outstanding service. Although it's far, our family unanimously agreed that we would love to stay here again!

    As per the reviews, it was an excellent accommodation.

    Meals Everything was delicious. The tofu served at breakfast was particularly delightful, and upon inquiring, I learned it is handmade in the kitchen every morning. The fact that they don't overly emphasize this handmade touch seems to reflect the unique charm of this accommodation. From the sashimi and abalone at dinner to the simmered dishes, small bowls, and pickles, everything was truly enjoyable. Bath The private bath called "Gazebo" was excellent. Not only does it offer a stunning ocean view, but each bath also has spacious washing areas and reclining spaces for ultimate relaxation. Service The service was impeccable. Not just those who assisted us in our room or dining area but everyone we encountered in the hallways greeted us with promptness and warm smiles—it left a lasting impression. The flowers arranged throughout the facility were also lovely touches. Amenities In many traditional Ryokan accommodations, amenities for women are often limited or nonexistent; however, here they provided wonderful items like shampoo and body gel. I took home a set of their shampoo and conditioner amenities—they had such a pleasant fragrance that even after returning home, they brought me happiness. Thank you very much!

    This is my second time.

    Second visit in 10 years. The private bath was excellent. The newly built one is clean, but the free one shows significant wear and tear over time. The meals were delicious with an appropriate amount of food. The staff at the dining area were kind and attentive. For young children in lower elementary school, the meals are almost identical to adult portions, which they couldn't finish—this felt wasteful. It would be helpful if smaller portions or child-friendly meals were offered at a reduced price. The lounge service has improved significantly, and the sweets were delightful! Regarding room attendants, since this Ryokan already operates more like a Hotel, perhaps it's time to discontinue this service? A simple explanation at check-in from the front desk should suffice. I felt their approach was overly assertive and slightly intimidating... as I did during my previous visit as well. The public bath is small, old-fashioned, and dimly lit—I didn't feel it was worth using it specifically for that experience. Although prices have increased, the service quality remains excellent and satisfying overall! I look forward to visiting again someday—thank you very much!
