    The front desk was crowded and messy, which was disappointing. After checking in, it felt like we were left to our own devices. The service was vastly different from that of the Rihga Royal Hotel in Hiroshima.

    I was able to relax.

    The location is excellent, being close to the station. It was a bit disappointing that there was no large public bath, but the bathtub was spacious, clean, and comfortable to use. The French kaiseki cuisine was very delicious. I was able to relax. Thank you very much.

    I want to go again!

    I think this hotel offers great value for money, and since I stayed on a Sunday this time, it was even more affordable. The main purpose of my stay was to visit the hotel's pool, so I enjoyed playing in the pool and relaxing in the room, which was very comfortable. The room was spacious, so I felt like I could take my time and relax more than usual. I will definitely stay here again!

    A hotel I want to visit again

    I stayed for work. The room was wonderful above all. The service and the restaurant meals were impeccable, making it a satisfying hotel. I hope such a hotel continues to shine in Kyoto forever.
