    Conveniently located near Minatomirai Station!

    I stayed on Mountain Day. It was extremely crowded, but the staff were very helpful, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet—especially the croissants and orange juice—was delicious. If I had to ask for more, I wish there had been a bit more variety.

    They handle last-minute requests smoothly. This time, we also used the night pool.

    I’m a repeat guest who uses the Bay Club. Each time, I relax and unwind at the Hotel. The small welcome gift at check-in is a lovely touch. This time, with concerns about the typhoon, I was in a rush and forgot my iPhone charger, so I asked the concierge. I was happy to hear, “We’ll bring it to your Room” right away. Every service period was also relaxed and delicious. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we couldn’t go to the breakfast buffet at Tosca. However, dining on the usual club floor offered an even wider variety of bread than before, and the roast beef was very tender and tasty. Perhaps because guests were split between the 2nd-floor buffet and the club floor, it wasn’t crowded as usual and it was quiet as well. The night pool is for adults only, so even middle-aged guests like me, seniors, or solo travelers can enjoy a wonderful time while taking in the night view. I highly recommend using it. *In this Room, however, I noticed rust around the bathtub drain area. It felt like bathing in a rusty tub, so I’m giving 4 stars.*

    The Best One-Night Stay

    As always, the Room, breakfast, and service were all excellent. I prefer a park view, but this time we chose a city view due to our budget. However, the night view was beautiful and it wasn’t bad at all. Since we stayed on the Bay Club floor, we also enjoyed the lounge. That said, there were no Chinese-style items (such as shumai) at breakfast. It may have just been that day, but that was the only disappointment. At check-in, my wife forgot to present her TCM points card, but they seemed to infer it from my name or address at check-in or our past stay history and extended our checkout time from the start—very thoughtful. It also seems you can no longer earn double points by combining Rakuten Points or TCM points with other point programs. That’s understandable and I’m fine with it.

    Wonderful no matter when you visit.

    This time, as the Sky Duck collaboration with Conan is coming to an end, I fully enjoyed the night views, Noge, and Chinatown for that purpose. Ever since I stayed here four years ago on my way back from an Eikichi Yazawa concert, I’ve been completely hooked on Yokohama’s charm. Mr. Chen’s restaurant on the 3rd floor was also extremely delicious—I’ll work hard and come again.

    A Short Getaway

    It was my first stay at this Hotel in a while. As always, it was clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the refrigerator did not cool well, so the drinks I brought never got properly cold, which was very disappointing.

    For the first time in a year

    We stayed with you last year as well, and we made a Reservation again this year hoping there would be fun events for the Hotel’s 29th anniversary. At tea time, I meant to order the drip coffee but missed it and was told it had already ended, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the aroma of the coffee was very soothing. We were very happy that you arranged our two Rooms close to each other. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration. The roast beef at cocktail time was exceptional. I also appreciated the staff member who kindly let us know that window seats had become available and invited us to move. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

    This was my first time using the lounge, and it truly confirmed how wonderful this Hotel is every time I visit. I honestly regret not making a Reservation with lounge access before. It’s a Hotel I’d love to return to again and again. Thank you very much to all the staff.

    As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

    Relaxing.

    I have stayed here several times a year for the past 20 years. In recent years, many new hotels have opened in Minato Mirai and I tried other places, but after staying again for the first time in a while, I was reminded that this is still the best. However, during check-in, the registration panel terminals set up at the Hotel front counter made me uneasy from a privacy standpoint, as people waiting behind could see my address and phone number displayed on the screen.

    Since the Pan Pacific era

    Although it opened in 1997, I mistakenly thought it had been operating since a bit earlier. You can certainly feel its age, but it’s well maintained and comfortable, and the staff were calm and reassuring. I’ve stayed here occasionally since around 2000, so this stay also felt nostalgic. I hope it will continue to be part of Yokohama’s scenery for many years to come.

    Dissatisfied with the check-out process.

    The only disappointment was the check-out service: the staff member was unfriendly and did not answer my questions, and I was shocked by the high parking fee. This happened because I was not given the discount tickets for my Multiple Night Stay, but it was resolved after they called the parking attendant to assist. The view from the Room was amazing—especially the night scenery—and everyone was impressed. The cleaning and upkeep were also excellent.

    Stayed here to atten...

    Stayed here to attend an event at Pacifico Yokohama. Luckily, I was upgraded to a Room with a beautiful night view. The spacious Room was very relaxing. This was my third stay, and the staff are always excellent.

    The Ferris wheel was...

    The Ferris wheel was easy to see when we stepped out onto the balcony or moved closer to the edge of the window, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was convenient, with plenty of sightseeing spots and dining options nearby, and my family would like to stay again. The breakfast buffet was especially excellent. There was some dust around the notepad area, which was disappointing, but otherwise we were able to relax!

    The bath is amazing.

    Soaking in the bathtub while looking at the Ferris wheel was wonderful—my daughter, who usually takes quick baths, said she ended up staying in for 30 minutes. Since there were three of us, it was great that we could book a triple room. Even though it’s a high-rise building, it has a balcony, and relaxing in the night breeze while gazing down at Cosmo World below was the best.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    I have stayed here many times since it first opened. This time, I stayed for three nights.   Perhaps because it was a busy period, I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. Even though I was staying on the Bay Club Floor, I was told to line up at the front desk. After asking them to confirm again, I went to the lounge, but service there was also slow and I had to wait quite a long time.   Also, since my companion would arrive later, I asked the lounge staff in advance so that we could receive an extra key without having to line up at the front desk; however, we still ended up waiting in the front-desk line. It was hot as well, and it left us exhausted.   In recent years, new hotels have entered this area and I have stayed at them several times too, but I have never experienced such poor handling elsewhere.   The lounge tea time and cocktail time were crowded, and there were many disappointing points such as tables not being cleared promptly.   Compared with various hotels, it did not seem like there were too few staff members here, which made it all the more puzzling.   For breakfast, we used three venues—Oshima (Taishiman), the lounge, and Cafe Tosca—and all of them were delicious.   Because I have stayed here so many times, this left me truly disappointed.   I would like to continue staying here in the future as well, so I would appreciate it if you could look into these issues.

    Executive Park View Two-Room Suite

    We stayed as a family of four to celebrate our son’s birthday. The Room and the view were wonderful, just as we had researched in advance. They upgraded our Room to the club floor, and we even received a music box as a birthday gift for our son. He was truly delighted, and it became one of the most memorable Hotels for our family. Thank you very much.

    About in-room facilities (damaged tiles and refrigerator)

    During my stay, I encountered the following issues: - Damaged tile: I stayed in a Room with a bathroom overlooking the night view, but the countertop tile in the shower booth connected to the bathtub was completely cracked and appeared to have been temporarily patched. Because it was visible along with the view and to prevent injury when barefoot, I covered it with a towel while using it. - Refrigerator power: Although I had a free drinks Plan, the refrigerator was not turned on, so nothing was chilled by the next morning. I pointed out the tile issue at checkout and later received a response by email. I am stating these facts here.

    Bay Club Lounge

    From the top-floor lounge, we enjoyed views of Yamashita Park and the Bay Bridge, and could also see the Ferris wheel, making our stay very relaxing. The cocktail hour was excellent as well. We would love to visit again.

    It was a great stay!

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with the Room—spotlessly clean, and I could even see the Ferris wheel from the bath. It’s not cheap, but it felt well worth the price. The location is also convenient, right next to Cosmo World. I ordered Chinese food for takeout, and it was authentic and delicious! However, the lounge and indoor pool were extremely crowded and not very relaxing. I hope this improves, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Satisfied.

    The Room is very spacious, clean, and has a balcony. I especially liked that the bath and shower are separated into different rooms. The Hotel staff were very kind and attentive to small details, which was really helpful. Even though the Hotel price is a little high, I think it’s worth it. Breakfast had the same choices every morning (only the fish changed—salmon one day and mackerel another), so I felt that having a bit more variety would be better for a Multiple Night Stay. However, the pool was also great. I was able to enjoy a fun vacation with my husband.

    A Girls’ Getaway for Three Generations

    Thank you very much for upgrading us to the best Room. It was a lively girls’ trip with my niece’s elementary-school daughter, my niece (her mother), and her great-aunt. For our 8-year-old, it was special to stay at the Hotel where her parents held their wedding 10 years ago—she’s now old enough to stay overnight even without her parents. From the balcony and bedroom, she was captivated by the breathtaking, picture-perfect view. Forgetting the heat, she became completely absorbed in sketching on the balcony. I also fondly remembered chatting late into the night in this Hotel on the day before that wedding 10 years ago, in a Room with a Ferris wheel right in front of us—together with my late mother. With such an incredible view and a luxurious Room, we enjoyed a fruit platter as a late-night snack. We also visited the Hotel lounge for matcha shaved ice and club sandwiches. And to top it all off, Snoopy, Disney, and Sanrio—her favorite shops—were just a one-minute walk from the Hotel. That dreamlike page of summer vacation passed by in no time. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

    A Wonderful Stay to Enjoy the Views and Breakfast

    This was our first stay, timed to coincide with my daughter’s birthday month. Although it is a five-star Hotel, it felt comfortably casual and easy to relax in rather than overly formal or ultra-luxurious. Check-in was at the lounge on the 25th floor. While enjoying delicious sweets, we were assisted by an international staff member with exceptional courtesy, for which we are truly grateful. We also received birthday wishes and a message card, which made us very happy. Our Room was a twin Room on the 24th floor. When we entered, the curtains were closed and the Room was dark, but as soon as we opened them, an incredible harbor view spread out before us—it was breathtaking. From the bed by the window, we could even watch the Ferris wheel while lying down, and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the night breeze and skyline view was simply wonderful. It was also convenient to be able to watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Regarding the bathroom, there was a slightly strong chlorine smell upon entering. We requested an additional air purifier, and by evening it had faded to a level that no longer bothered us, which was reassuring. This may be due to thorough cleaning standards, but I wanted to mention it just in case. We used the night pool during adults-only hours, so it wasn’t crowded and we were able to relax comfortably with a float ring. Most memorable of all was breakfast in the lounge. The omelet topped with truffle and the roast beef were outstanding, and we enjoyed a luxurious morning at our own pace in a calm atmosphere. Since we arrived by car, we also really appreciated the reasonable parking fee of JPY 1,600 for 24 hours. I have stayed at various Hotels in Yokohama before, but this has become another favorite that I would definitely like to return to again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to our next stay in November as well."""

    Consistently reliable hospitality

    I’ve stayed here many times. The Facility isn’t new, but the location is excellent. Depending on the Room, the view is also outstanding. One minor concern was that the staff at check-in can be hit or miss, to put it bluntly. This time, I couldn’t clearly understand the explanations or even some details about the Room, and it felt like a routine process, which was disappointing. Still, overall I was satisfied.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    It was so comfortable that I ended up staying in the Hotel and relaxing without going out. Thank you to the lounge staff for your thoughtful attention to detail. I understand it may be difficult to offer Japanese-style options at breakfast in the lounge, but I would be happy if there were mini rice balls available.
