    A lounge where noise from the front desk area can be heard.

    Stayed on the Executive Floor with breakfast included for 3 nights. Satisfied with the room, fitness club, and the service provided by many staff members. Concerns and dissatisfaction: - The variety of light meals and breakfast in the lounge was less than expected. I had been looking forward to my stay and even checked YouTube beforehand to see what it would be like, but I was a bit disappointed. - In the lounge, we were informed that two people could not sit at larger tables. Some seats had signs saying "For groups of 3 or more." However, foreign couples or single guests (such as an overweight woman) were enjoying themselves on large sofa seats meant for about six people without any staff intervention, which felt unfair. Shouldn't there be consistent guidance? - Just beyond an automatic door near the lounge is a check-in front desk and sofas used by general floor guests. Groups of foreign tourists often lingered there or excited Japanese guests from general floors spoke loudly in high spirits. While it was very quiet inside the lounge itself, every time the automatic door opened, noise from near the front desk entered the lounge area unpleasantly—even at seats far from the entrance—making it quite bothersome. - One evening after returning from exploring town, I got into an elevator intending to close its doors when a nearby staff member asked me to wait so they could let several general floor foreign guests board with me instead of using another elevator (despite multiple elevators being available). It puzzled me why they insisted on cramming everyone into one elevator when others were operational; is it unreasonable not wanting to share such spaces unnecessarily? Personally, I don’t think so!

    Thank you to the friendly, wonderful staff.

    We stay overnight in the Tokyo area a few times a year, but since my spouse developed mobility issues, it has been difficult to try a Hotel for the first time. This time, however, I contacted you in advance with several questions and decided to stay. Thank you to the person who emailed us during the Reservation process, and to the bell staff at the entrance for their quick assistance when they saw my husband’s difficulty walking. In particular, I am truly grateful to the woman in charge of fitness for her sincere support both before our stay and after check-in. Thank you as well to everyone at the club lounge and at the sushi restaurant—professional yet friendly, and always kind. The view goes without saying, but above all, it is the people who make this place exceptional. It was completely different from my old image of an Odaiba Hotel. The building has some age, but unlike newer Hotels, it offers generous public spaces with an elegant sense of openness. Everything was kept clean, and we were able to relax. We would love to visit again.

    The staff's kindness and warm hospitality were outstanding.

    I stayed for one night with my elementary school-aged son, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind and attentive, the room was clean, and I was deeply impressed. Thank you for preparing a room with a great view despite our last-minute reservation. My child loved the scenery, and the night view was stunning. I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. We also used the pool, and my son was delighted by the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff members. The pool had just the right size for us to relax comfortably. We enjoyed summer fun in the pool as a parent-child duo while feeling safe throughout. The warm hospitality of all staff made our hotel stay an unforgettable summer memory. Thank you very much for everything. If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay here again!

    The ultimate refreshment.

    We visit twice a year and always enjoy a luxurious and refreshing stay. However, we have concerns about the morning restaurant service. While we understand it can be busy, the reception staff could be more welcoming. Even when standing right in front of them, they often fail to acknowledge us until another staff member steps in. This creates an unpleasant start to the day. Additionally, we would appreciate proper management of children running around in the restaurant for a more comfortable dining experience.

    Relax with your family.

    A 1-night, 2-day stay with my grandfather and children. We were able to check in early, which allowed us to fully enjoy the lounge, sauna, and pool more than we expected. The pool is 20 meters long with three lanes and also features a jacuzzi. The bath area includes a sauna as well, and the sauna temperature was perfect. From 5 PM to 8 PM at the lounge, there were alcoholic beverages and light snacks available. We enjoyed dining together while making our own cocktails for fun. The food was delicious, especially the mini hamburgers which were easy to eat. We had breakfast at The Grill on 30th. Guests could choose between Japanese or Western-style meals while salads and fruits were served buffet-style. The smoothies and melon juice were incredibly tasty, and the dishes had generous portions that allowed us to relax during breakfast. Throughout our stay, all staff members provided excellent service with warm hospitality. Although it was just a one-night stay, it felt as relaxing as if we stayed for two nights! We would love to visit again as a family!

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed on the Executive Floor. I went to have a drink 20 minutes before the lounge closed as my errands ran late, but unfortunately, all the snacks had already been cleared away, and it felt like they were eager to close early. The breakfast I had in the room was Japanese-style with a variety of dishes and was delicious. It would be even better if the rice were slightly tastier. The view from the room was fantastic, and although the room itself wasn't very spacious, the large windows made it feel open and not cramped. The bathroom was well-designed and easy to use, allowing me to spend a comfortable night without any inconvenience. I would love to stay here again.

    Enjoyable Holiday

    The lounge staff seemed to be new, as I was guided to a dim two-person table in the corner despite it not being very crowded. I asked a more experienced staff member to change my seat after some time. I had high expectations due to the good reviews, so this was a bit disappointing. The hors d'oeuvres were limited in variety but enjoyable, and it was fun making cocktails and pouring craft beer myself. The room was compact yet comfortable and cozy. However, the bathroom felt outdated, and I could hear water running from other rooms at night, which made me think the facility might be slightly old. Overall, it turned out to be an enjoyable holiday. I'd love to visit again. Thank you!

    The Hotel is old but well-maintained.

    Stayed at Grand Nikko after a long time and enjoyed afternoon tea and breakfast buffet. The accommodation is old but well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The peach afternoon tea, though offered by other accommodations as well, had excellent volume and balance. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing. The glass plates for salad caused the vegetables to return to room temperature quickly, and the small dressing containers required frequent refills—better attention to replacements before guests notice would improve the experience. The yogurt was also served at room temperature without being placed on ice, which felt unsatisfactory. Additionally, the curry lacked ingredients compared to JAL Curry's strong image; it seemed like a cost-cutting measure and was quite disappointing.

    The service and meals are excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights during Obon. Chose the Executive Floor for a relaxing stay, which included free access to the spa area and lounge use. The evening cocktail snacks were delicious, seemingly made with ingredients from nearby Chinese and Italian restaurants. There were three types of sparkling wine available; however, aside from the French one, the others seemed selected based on cost considerations, which was slightly disappointing. The red wine was also average... but considering it’s free-flowing, it’s understandable. The pool is 20 meters long and quite well-maintained for a Hotel pool. It also has a sauna where I could relax comfortably. The gym area is well-equipped with plenty of machines to use. The Room wasn’t very spacious but was clean and comfortable to stay in. Personally, I loved the view from the lounge on the 27th floor—it was stunning! I’d love to come back just to read there again. Lastly, all staff members were excellent! It reminded me once again of Japan's high-quality service standards—thank you very much!

    Thank you for taking care of our family again this year.

    We stayed at the accommodation with our family again this year, following last year. The meals were very delicious. However, the light snacks in the lounge seemed to have decreased in quality compared to last year. Additionally, although the humidifier in the room was operating, just like last year, its tank was not refilled with water.

    Highly recommended!

    We reserved an Executive Room with Club Floor access. The night view was excellent, and although we had two children, including a 0-year-old in a stroller, the staff were very accommodating during our restaurant visit. The amenities for children were also well-prepared. The Odaiba area offers many attractions, and it was convenient to reach Decks within about a 5-minute walk.

    The toilet cleaning was disappointing.

    There was dirt (excrement) stuck under the toilet seat, which was disappointing. It made me imagine similar cleaning issues in other areas, leaving me feeling uncomfortable.

    It was a Hotel I would like to use again.

    We were upgraded to a higher-grade Room and enjoyed a comfortable stay in the spacious Room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and although we couldn't try everything, the taste was delicious and satisfying.

    I had a fulfilling time.

    Stayed in a room with access to the Executive Lounge, perfect for enjoying a nearby getaway during the holiday. Check-in was smooth at the dedicated counter, and we headed straight to the lounge right in front of us. We started with sweets time and also enjoyed cocktail time, indulging in a variety of drinks and flavors. The selection of drinks was extensive, allowing us to try many options. The small portions of both sweets and dishes made it possible to enjoy a wide variety, which was great. The salmon terrine, chilled chicken, and mussels were particularly popular with our family. We felt full just from the lounge food—it was delicious! The night view from the 27th-floor lounge was stunning; we found ourselves captivated by it for hours. The room amenities were well-equipped, and the bed had just the right firmness for a restful sleep. After check-in, we also took advantage of the sports club facilities available on-site. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations—an incredibly satisfying experience! Since it's less than 30 minutes from home if traffic is light, we'd love to come back again anytime!

    It was a safe and reliable Hotel.

    This was our second stay, this time as a reward for my daughters. Due to work commitments, I couldn’t arrive at the hotel until after 8 PM. I considered canceling the plan but decided to consult with the hotel instead. Although it wasn’t a hotel we usually use, I explained that I would arrive late and asked if my daughters could check in ahead of me. The staff responded with warm and thoughtful assistance. Since hotels are used by various people, there can be concerns about safety; however, despite being busy, several staff members from different departments kindly looked after and assisted my daughters during their check-in process. Thanks to their support, my daughters felt safe and were able to reach the room without any worries. The service hotline in the room was also very prompt in responding to our needs. The night view from the room was stunning as always, and waking up to such sparkling scenery provided an excellent refreshment. For breakfast this time, since we weren’t big eaters in our group, we decided to enjoy bread and cakes from an outside shop in our room instead of dining at the hotel restaurant—it was worth waiting until 10 AM for them! The delicate cakes and mousse were incredibly delicious, as were the high-quality breads. Highly recommended! The clothing selection at the shop on the second floor also matched my daughter’s taste perfectly—it was lovely! Whenever visiting Odaiba again, this will definitely be our first-choice accommodation.

    The image has changed.

    I had the impression of a luxury Hotel, but it has turned into a Business Hotel catering to inbound travelers. While it may be inevitable due to the times, I felt a bit saddened. There were few Japanese staff members, and while I was expecting traditional Japanese hospitality, it felt more like being in a Chinese Hotel. It might be comfortable for inbound guests, though.

    A highly satisfying accommodation that became a great memory!

    This plan, which offered free accommodation for elementary school children, allowed us to stay at a very reasonable price. As a parent with an elementary school child, I truly appreciated this plan. This trip was our first visit to Odaiba with my mother and my child, and the hotel was directly connected to Daiba Station on the Yurikamome Line, making it easy and stress-free to reach. There are many tourist spots nearby, making it a great location. Since this plan did not specify the view from the room, we were excited as we headed to our room. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy a relaxing time while admiring the night view from our room—it was truly delightful. Additionally, the staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel provided excellent service; choosing this accommodation turned out to be an excellent decision. My child especially loved the view from our room and spent most of their time by the window. Despite just finishing our stay, my child is already asking when we can come back again! My mother was also deeply impressed by the scenery. We hope to visit again soon as a family of three. This is definitely an accommodation I would recommend!

    It was excellent!

    We celebrated a 60th birthday with three women and enjoyed the Club Lounge. The staff was attentive, and the Room amenities and towels were plentiful. We used the gym pool and took baths in the gym facilities both at night and in the morning, so we didn’t use the Room’s bathtub, shower, towels, or bathrobes. However, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. We look forward to staying again!

    The commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction was evident throughout. They carried luggage to the Room and prepared the air conditioning in advance. The Room amenities were highly satisfactory (such as providing two bottles of mineral water per person, along with thoughtful touches beyond just good amenities). The lounge on the 27th floor with a night view was also excellent. There was a wide variety of alcohol in the lounge, and the food was great too. The sushi breakfast set was authentic, and the seafood hot pot was delicious. Hotel cookies and dorayaki made for great souvenirs, receiving high praise for their taste. Although it is located away from downtown, it is very convenient being close to the station. The service exceeds its price point, and the views are wonderful as well. I would definitely like to stay again!

    It feels very pleasant.

    This was my second stay at the accommodation. I stayed with my dog, and all the staff at the reception were very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served as room service, and the Japanese-style meal had a generous portion and was very delicious. The Western-style meal was also tasty, but I preferred the Japanese one. It was convenient that my dog could move around in a cart inside the hotel lobby. There were also pet shops nearby, which was great. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    The room did not get dark.

    The lighting switch seemed to be malfunctioning, and I was unable to turn off the room's indirect lighting. The bed in the Universal Room was an excellent electric one, but for someone with limited mobility, there are restrictions on sleeping postures, making it difficult to avoid glare. Having a brightly lit room throughout the night is unacceptable. Although repairs were attempted, no solution was found. As a temporary measure, I used towels and bed covers to block the light with staff approval; however, this poses a fire risk and is not ideal.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    I stayed on the Executive Floor, but the view from the room was slightly disappointing due to a wall obstructing the scenery. However, the staff were very kind, so I made a Reservation for the Premier Floor next time. This is a Hotel that makes me want to visit again.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    We stayed at the accommodation on our wedding registration day. We had informed them in advance about our registration and requested a plate for dinner, and we were grateful for the thoughtful gesture from the staff who assisted us during check-in. The view was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We hope to make this an annual tradition for our anniversary.

    I was very satisfied again this time.

    It had been six months since our last visit, but the staff remembered us and welcomed us with warm smiles. Upon arrival, we immediately enjoyed tea time in the lounge, where the cakes and other sweets were as delicious as ever. After returning to our room to relax and take in the view, we headed back to the lounge for cocktail time. We had a blissful experience enjoying a variety of food options and drinks tailored to our preferences by the attentive staff. The quiet and luxurious room provided a perfect setting to enjoy the night view before falling asleep. The next morning, we had breakfast at the restaurant on the 30th floor, opting for a Japanese set meal this time. The buffet offered an abundance of salads and fruits, leaving us fully satisfied from early in the day. Once again, it was an absolutely delightful stay at this accommodation!
