    It is a Western-styl...

    It is a Western-style Hotel, but it also has a Japanese-style aspect, reflecting Tokyo as Edo, and the guests were diverse, ranging from elderly people to visitors from abroad. The Room was clean, and although the luggage staff took a bit of time in some instances, they were kind. There are many shops inside the Hotel, and I would like to try the other shops I didn't use this time. Thank you.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay. I thought the staff at the Hotel were very accommodating. I chose a Plan with breakfast included, but there were about 30 people waiting. They were lined up on folding chairs, and it seemed impossible to get in by 10 a.m., so I gave up and didn’t eat. That was a bit surprising. The Italian restaurant I used for dinner wasn’t very tasty either. I also attended the strawberry fair, but the taste didn’t quite match the price. Since it’s a budget Hotel, I guess I can’t expect too much luxury. However, I do hope they improve the breakfast arrangements.

    We requested two connecting Rooms for our family of four. We appreciated the provision of two bottles of water per person. However, there was a significant disparity in the level of service provided by the staff (including the reception at the sports gym), which left us feeling uncomfortable. Trying to enjoy the areas with good service ended up feeling bothersome. Therefore, it is difficult to assign a score for the actual "customer service." Honestly, considering the lack of peace of mind during our stay, I would rate it as "0." This is a very unfortunate and regretful comment for the many staff members who strive to provide excellent service. Additionally, the items provided in the lounge were surprisingly modest, leaving me, a foodie, feeling unsatisfied. For those planning to visit with high expectations for the lounge, I hope this serves as a reference.

    The First Experience at the 29th Floor Lounge

    As always, it was a comfortable stay. The 29th-floor lounge, which I visited for the first time, was pleasant. The Room's size and cost performance are excellent.

    On New Year's Eve, although it was a bit early in the afternoon, we were allowed to check in as the Room cleaning was already completed. We brought our luggage to the Room and were able to head out. The 29th-floor lounge after 3 PM was not as crowded as expected, and we enjoyed several types of delicious cakes while having a relaxing tea time. During cocktail time, we were promptly guided to our seats without waiting and indulged in a variety of hors d'oeuvres. We had made a Reservation for New Year's soba, so we went to the banquet hall in the basement at the designated time to enjoy it. Later, when we visited the lounge on the 2nd floor, we found different cakes from those on the 29th floor, and they were equally delicious, leaving us very satisfied. We then relaxed in the 27th-floor lounge while enjoying the night view, and as it neared midnight, we headed to the countdown venue. Together with everyone at the venue, we welcomed the New Year while listening to pleasant music. It became a wonderful memory. For breakfast, we ordered a Japanese set meal on the 30th floor. Being New Year's Day, the set included traditional New Year's dishes. Additionally, we enjoyed ozoni soup, salad, bread, donuts, mushroom soup, seafood pilaf, and more. Everything was delicious, and as a foodie, I was in heaven. This was our first time staying over New Year's, but the staff's warm and smart service made us think we would love to stay again. Thank you to all the staff members.

    The hairdryer was disappointing!

    After taking a bath, I was told that the hair wouldn't dry, so I thought such a thing wouldn't happen in such a splendid Hotel. When I went to the bathroom, the hairdryer was old and made noise but was completely useless. Not only was it old, but the air intake was clogged with dust, putting a strain on it. I felt very disappointed, and everything started to seem unclean. I travel 3 to 4 times a year, but this is the first time something like this has happened.

    It was fun.

    A long-awaited trip to Tokyo. I was able to spend the best time as usual at my usual Hotel. I think the satisfaction with dining and Stays depends on the people... I am grateful to all the staff working there. I want to visit again.

    We had a wonderful time.

    Previously, I stayed with my daughter. I was impressed by the view from the Hotel, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making me want to use it again. This time, I planned a girls' gathering, so I reserved a Room with access to the club lounge. We enjoyed the lounge, starting with afternoon tea and enjoying alcohol and snacks during nighttime. The Room was spacious, and even the refrigerator was free, making it a wonderful stay at a fantastic Hotel.

    We had a comfortable time with the children. Thank you very much. We paid an additional fee for breakfast to enjoy Eggs Benedict, and it made us happy.

    The hospitality and service were courteous, polite, and impeccable. However, there were some stains such as water scale in the bathroom, and improvements in maintenance are needed, including the aging of the toilet and telephone. Additionally, the introduction of an access card for the elevator is necessary for safety and security.

    It was a very nice Stays.

    The hospitality in the lounge was wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was quiet and spacious, allowing us to relax leisurely. The food was very satisfying in both quality and quantity, to the point where the staff remarked, "Oh, did you make a dinner reservation!? The lounge alone is more than enough (laugh)." The room did not have a Rainbow Bridge view, but the night view was very beautiful. Personally, I preferred the view of the container, dockyard, and the buildings towards Shinagawa, so I liked this view better. (We could still see the Rainbow Bridge itself.) We had breakfast through room service. The taste and quantity were sufficient, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely time. Although the bathroom was not modern, it was clean and elegant, and we had no unpleasant experiences. There were only two points of concern regarding the meals. It was unfortunate that the melon juice at breakfast could not be changed due to allergies, and my companion had to drink it. Also, the dinner buffet did not have a wide variety of dishes, and the options for main courses and drinks were not abundant. Even for us two food lovers, the lounge alone seemed to suffice. However, perhaps because it was a weekday Christmas, we had an overall rich and quiet experience, fully enjoying the benefits of a hotel stay. My partner also seemed to like it, and we talked about wanting to come again.

    Omelet

    I stayed for two nights this year to see the illuminations in Tokyo, just like last year. The omelet I had for breakfast on the first night was fluffy and delicious, but the omelet on the second night tasted disappointing, as if it had been reheated. I thought it might be because it was Sunday and there were many guests, but I would like to expect delicious food at such times. It made the start of the day unpleasant. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

    An affordable and lovely Hotel. Located in a convenient area for both entertainment and dining, the location is excellent. I will stay again. It was great.

    Room with a great view

    We use it twice a year with our family. The Room's interior is lovely and always clean! The beds use Japanese beds, so you can sleep soundly! From the window, you can see ships, airplanes, Yurikamome, and cars, which I think children who love vehicles will enjoy! The breakfast buffet is also rich in variety and delicious.

    Disappointing Club Lounge

    I used it for the club lounge, but I felt that the level was low among hotels in Tokyo. The cakes during afternoon tea time were also few in variety, and the level was not what I would expect from hotel sweets, with about six types of cakes, dried fruits, and snacks... disappointing. The cocktail time lineup was also not what I would expect from a hotel. Outside of designated times, only drinks were provided, and since I was there for the lounge stay, I will not be repeating my visit.

    Enhance your human skills even more!!

    Of course, it is a five-star Hotel from entrance to exit. However, the check-in is slow, the payment is slow, and it is difficult to connect the meaning. They cannot say "good morning" or "thank you." The Facility is impressive, but the software part, which should be improved without spending more money, is too poor. Employee training should be enhanced. The JAL Hotels abroad are better disciplined... It was a disappointing example of Japanese hospitality today. The cost performance is low... Disappointing.

    About the bathroom

    The bathroom is spacious and having a shower room is nice, but it would be better to have a washing area next to the bathtub. It is preferable to have a separate toilet.

    Club Lounge

    I have never written a Review before, but I somehow felt like writing one. I stayed at this Property for an event at Big Sight. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even when observing their interactions with other guests, it was very pleasant and courteous. The club lounge dinner was also sufficient. I would definitely like to visit again.

    Beyond expectations

    All the staff were friendly and warm. I was upgraded to a Room and it was very comfortable... The club lounge was cozy, and I got in a great mood comparing four types of beer. The fish burger was so delicious... I couldn't stop drinking beer. For breakfast, I was very satisfied with sushi made right in front of me... Morning sushi is the best. Another Hotel has been added to my list of places to definitely revisit.

    I was happy that you were pleased.

    The friend I was with this time is a friend of 34 years... She lives in Setagaya, but she is a close friend who has a girls' night out with me twice a year. We've been friends since my eldest daughter was in my belly in Chiba, sharing the nuances of life and encouraging each other. She was so delighted, which made me happy too. It would have been even better if we could have stayed a little longer, but I would like to visit again. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent even on the 23rd floor, and the meals were all delicious because the ingredients were good, leaving me very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful and happy time. I can work hard again.

    I felt that the cost performance was very good as the Accommodation Fee in Tokyo is rising. The service is that of a luxury Hotel, so it's reassuring.

    For anniversary use

    We used the hotel for our wedding anniversary. The view from the 28th floor was amazing, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. However, the service from the older male staff member at the Western-style restaurant on the 30th floor was comparable to that of a pub employee. It's a shame because the lounge staff and reception staff were excellent! Next time, I would like to try breakfast at the Japanese restaurant.

    This stay was also very satisfying. The staff's service is always extremely polite and perfect. The service at the club lounge, in particular, is outstanding. I was able to spend my time comfortably from arrival to departure. The layout of the Hotel is excellent, overall sophisticated, and very user-friendly. The Room was clean, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. I would definitely like to use it again.
