To comply with Japan’s invoice system, we can issue only one Receipt per payment/transaction.
We are unable to issue split Receipts for the Accommodation Fee for one room per night, or a Receipt for only part of the Accommodation Fee.

At Iconia Hospitality, we take safety measures on a daily basis so that families with children and elderly guests can stay with peace of mind.

- We regularly check local information on bear sightings.
- We stay in contact with the police, fire department, and relevant local organizations to prepare for emergencies.
- To prevent bears from approaching, we store garbage in secured areas with lids or doors.
- Bear bells, flashlights, and bear spray are available at the front desk.

If a bear is spotted on Hotel grounds, we will promptly notify guests via in-house announcements and respond in coordination with the police and fire department. Please follow staff instructions.

- Please avoid going out at night or after dusk whenever possible.
- Please help us by not leaving food or garbage around the Hotel area.
