Resol Hotel Group Initiatives
■ Measures to Avoid Crowded Spaces
1. Installation of Protective Barriers
- Protective barriers are installed at the front desk counter.
2. Ensuring Social Distance
- Markers are placed in front of the front desk counter to ensure appropriate spacing between guests.
- Guests are encouraged to use elevators with a limited number of people.
- Seating capacity in dining facilities is reduced to maintain proper distance between guests.
3. Smooth Check-In & Check-Out Process
- To minimize contact through cash payments, we encourage cashless payment methods.
- Guests who do not need to settle payments during check-out can return their card keys in the "Key Drop Box" without visiting the front desk (excluding some hotels).
■ Hygiene Measures Including Cleaning and Disinfection
1. Thorough Cleaning Practices
- High-touch areas such as elevator buttons, shared restroom door handles, sink handles, furniture, room door handles, remote controls, light switches, and sink handles are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized regularly.
2. Placement of Sanitizers
- Hand sanitizers are available throughout common areas such as lobbies and restaurants.
3. Suspension of Air Towels
- Air towels in shared restrooms have been discontinued; paper towels are provided instead.
■ Restrictions on Public Bath Usage
For facilities with public baths, usage is limited to avoid crowded conditions.
Please note that usage times and restrictions may vary by hotel; refer to each hotel's website or contact them directly for details.
■ Infection Prevention Measures for Hotel Staff
- All staff members wear masks for the health and safety of both guests and staff.
- Staff undergo temperature checks and health assessments before reporting for work to ensure thorough health management.
Additionally, frequent handwashing and gargling practices are enforced among staff members.
Equipment used during operations is also regularly disinfected as part of infection prevention efforts.
