[Notice of a Building-Wide Water Outage and Partial Changes to Services Due to Water Storage Tank Replacement Work]
Dear Valued Guests
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hearton Hotel Kyoto.
We will be carrying out renewal work on the water receiving tank at Hearton Hotel Kyoto. As a result, there will be a temporary water outage throughout the entire Hotel on the dates and times listed below.
We kindly ask for your understanding if you plan to stay with us or use our facilities on these days. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
[Water Receiving Tank Renewal Work Period]
Phase 1: August 1 (Sat), 2026 – September 8 (Tue), 2026 9:00–18:00
Phase 2: November 30 (Mon), 2026 – December 31 (Thu), 2026 9:00–18:00
[Scheduled Water Outage]
Phase 1: August 30 (Sun), 2026 11:30–15:30
Phase 2: December 21 (Mon), 2026 11:30–15:30
[Scope of Impact]
- All water supply within the building will be suspended (guest rooms, shared restrooms, washbasins, and kitchen areas).
- The Hotel will remain open as usual; however, water cannot be used during the outage period.
- Lunch service at the restaurant will be suspended on both days. (Breakfast service will operate as usual.)
