We stayed here a few years ago and returned because of the outstanding, one-of-a-kind location right above the sea. We’ve used several properties in THE HOUSE series, and this one has the most impressive sense of closeness to the ocean. It’s a short walk from the parking area, but that actually adds to the special feel.The only disappointment was that both the red and white shabu-shabu broths at dinner were spicy. At our home, shabu-shabu isn’t something we associate with spicy flavors, and we chose a meal-included Plan because shabu-shabu is usually something children can eat as well. Since neither of us adults can handle spicy food either, once we realized both broths were spicy, we rushed to a convenience store to buy a non-spicy hot pot soup base...I imagine families with children may stay here too, so it would be helpful if the meal description clearly stated when only spicy options are provided. That said, both the meat and vegetables were very delicious.

Regarding our highly popular terrace sauna, we have suspended its use due to an unexpected recall of the sauna heater by the retailer. We will temporarily remove the unit within this month and review the Facility setup.
We have already contacted guests with existing Reservations; for new Reservations, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Due to the Facility’s location, our check-in hours are limited, unlike a typical Hotel or Vacation Rental.
In principle, we ask guests to check in between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. The latest check-in guidance is 4:30 PM in summer (May–October) and 4:00 PM in winter (November–April).
As there are no street lights on the way, we appreciate your understanding for the safety of both guests and staff.
After 3:00 PM, we will guide you through self check-in.
Please note that in this case you will need to carry your luggage yourself. To ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival, we kindly ask that you check in between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM whenever possible.
When making a Reservation, please be sure to enter your email address at the very beginning of the questionnaire. We will send you details about check-in and optional services (BBQ grill rental, pet fee, celebration recommendations, etc.), so an email address is required.
