In 2015, "THE HOUSE" was established right in front of this quiet beach that feels like a private retreat. Step inside and experience a space that feels as if you're floating on the sea. All rooms offer ocean views, and even the bathrooms provide breathtaking scenery. The interior design features unique elements such as custom-painted colors reminiscent of overseas destinations, textured materials, and antique furniture to create a warm and colorful atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, following the renovation of the second floor in 2025, bedrooms will be equipped with top-of-the-line massage chairs and an aroma candle bar. Choose your favorite scent and enjoy a soothing massage while taking in stunning ocean views.

  • A Wonderful Vacation

    Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

  • Exclusive Private Residence for One Group Per Day

    I stayed for one night at THE HOUSE Hayama, located on the Sanga-shita Beach in Hayama Town, Miura District. The first impression was undoubtedly the breathtaking view right in front of me! The walls facing the sea on both the first and second floors are entirely made of windows, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while listening to the sound of waves—whether taking a walk, reading a book, or enjoying a drink. It was truly an indulgent moment that engaged all my senses. Additionally, every corner of the Room is adorned with tasteful furnishings that create picture-perfect scenes. The use of bamboo toothbrushes also conveyed the owner's thoughtful intention to bring smiles not only to people but also to our planet. This is a place that makes time spent with loved ones feel even more valuable and fulfilling. Thank you very much!

In addition, this Facility is not newly built; it is an older seaside villa renovated in a beach-house style. The amenities are not the latest, and we kindly ask guests who require a high-end feel in the amenities, exterior/interior finishes, or overall luxury to refrain from booking. Some amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance. Amenities, styling, and interior decor may change depending on the season or special plans. In principle, the 2nd floor is the bedroom (1 king-size bed). For groups of 3–4 guests, we will provide two single mattresses on the 2nd floor.
Please check in between 14:00 and 14:30. If you will arrive late, please be sure to contact us.
The 3rd floor (separate entrance) may be used by staff during the daytime; they will leave by evening.

For groups of 3 or more, you will use the two sofa beds (daybeds) on the 1st floor.

From the Zuyo Shindo “Zushi Interchange,” head toward Morito Beach.
Turn left onto National Route 207 and continue toward Isshiki Beach. The property is the black building on the right-hand (seaside) just before “Sanga-shita Coast.”


Get off at Zushi Station on the JR Yokosuka Line, then take a bus bound for Hayama via the coastal route.
Get off at “Sanga-shita Coast” bus stop; 1 minute on foot.

*JR Zushi Station bus terminal: Stop No. 3 (straight ahead after exiting the ticket gates)
*Bus routes:
・Zushi 12 to Hayama (Isshiki)
