[Important] From Sat, Aug 8: Notice Regarding Onsen Supply and Large Public Bath Access Due to Heavy Rainfall

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our Hotel.
Due to heavy rainfall, part of the Nakabusa Line has collapsed, and the supply of Onsen water from the source has been suspended.
Restoration is expected to take some time.

We sincerely apologize to all guests who chose our Accommodation and came looking forward to enjoying the Onsen.

At present, the Onsen supply has completely stopped, and our large public bath is operating with heated water.
The cottage buildings are also using heated water.
We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience this may cause.

There are currently no particular impacts on access or transportation to the Hotel and cottages due to the heavy rain.

1. Hot Spring Tax
As a special measure due to restrictions on Onsen supply, the Hot Spring Tax will be waived until restoration is completed.

2. For Guests Staying in Cottages
Until restoration is completed, use of the large public bath will be free of charge.
*Please note that there is no Shuttle Service to the large public bath. We kindly ask that you make your own way there.

We regret that you may not be able to fully enjoy the Onsen as you had hoped.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding despite these circumstances.
We apologize again for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your cooperation.
