  • I stayed here with my mother, who is 90 years old. 1. All the staff were very kind, and we had a comfortable stay. 2. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including beef grilled on a lava stone plate, sashimi, fugu sashimi, and fried shrimp—everything was excellent and very satisfying. 3. The bath was very spacious and we fully enjoyed the Onsen, but it would have been even better if there had been a rock seat suitable for half-body bathing. 4. The building and our Room had been renovated, and everything was well cleaned and maintained—very nice overall. 5. Overall: This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

  • Exceptional hospitality, wonderful Onsen, delicious cuisine, and the “Hell Tour” sights are all within walking distance—an experience that feels far beyond its price.Even local taxi drivers, who often provide Shuttle Service for guests, say they are told by Hotel staff, “This is an important guest, so please take good care of them.” It’s a Hotel that truly values its guests. They also said, “At that price, I’d like to stay there myself.”

About Hygiene Measures
【Infection Prevention Measures】 To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we have implemented infection prevention measures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as some measures may cause minor inconveniences. ■ Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitizers Hand sanitizers are available at the entrance and throughout the facility for guest use at any time. ■ Regular Ventilation and Disinfection - Frequent ventilation of shared spaces and dining areas is conducted. - Guests are kindly requested to open windows in their rooms periodically for ventilation. - Dining area utensils such as tongs and pitchers are regularly disinfected. - Frequently touched surfaces like elevator buttons or pens are disinfected regularly. - During room cleaning, an ozone deodorizer with space sterilization effects is used. ■ Avoiding Crowds ("3Cs") <Banquet Halls & Restaurants> - Meal start times may be staggered to prevent crowding in restaurants (please note that your preferred time may not always be accommodated). - Seating arrangements ensure sufficient distance between guests. <Lobby & Front Desk> - Some sofas and chairs in the lobby have been removed to reduce crowding. - Social distancing markers have been placed in waiting areas during check-in/check-out. - Acrylic panels have been installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. <Public Baths & Other Public Spaces> - Locker usage in bathhouse changing rooms is managed to maintain appropriate distances between guests. - Elevator capacity is limited. - Smoking rooms are limited to one group at a time. ■ Staff Mask Usage - Dining staff wear masks while serving meals. - Front desk staff and dining staff wear masks during customer interactions or preparation tasks. ■ Staff Health Management - Daily temperature checks are conducted before work; those with fever refrain from working. - Staff members stay home if anyone within their household feels unwell. - Non-essential outings during or outside work hours are avoided. ■ Check-In/Check-Out Procedures <Check-In> - Temperature checks upon entry will be requested from all guests. - Guests showing symptoms such as fever will be asked to report them promptly. - Facility information will be provided via written materials instead of verbal explanations by staff. - Room escort services by staff will only be provided upon request. <Check-Out> Payment transactions will take place using trays for contactless handling. ■ Meals <Dinner> Individual servings (e.g., personal hot pots, sashimi platters) replace shared dishes where applicable. Efforts are made to serve meals all at once, minimizing contact between guests and staff. <Breakfast> At buffet venues, tongs are frequently replaced/disinfected, disposable gloves are provided for guest use. ■ For Visiting Guests If you experience symptoms such as fever, coughs, or cold-like conditions prior to arrival, please reconsider your visit carefully. Should any symptoms suggestive of infection arise during your stay, we will prepare a separate private room immediately upon notification—please inform us without delay.
