We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday.Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind.Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.
noriko7777 8/1/2026I’d only ever walked past thinking, “A stylish new Hotel has opened,” but when I happened to check IKYU and found a great deal, I made a spur-of-the-moment Reservation. I was surprised by how spacious the Room was—separate toilet, of course, plus a full bathroom, tasteful amenities and vanity area, and even a Nespresso machine. The open rooftop space was also beyond what I’d imagined. I was truly impressed by everything. I’ll definitely stay again. It also made me want to try the breakfast and afternoon tea! Thank you very much!!

A Fresh Breeze in the Air. Discover Yokohama’s Port of Call with All Five Senses
Yokohama has long been a gateway to foreign cultures. Since the port opened, the city has grown into a place where history and international influences intertwine. This is an ideal base for experiencing the unique heritage and culture of this port town firsthand. Enjoy Yokohama with all five senses—take a Chinese tea class in Yokohama Chinatown, visit the Western-style residences in Yamate, or go jogging or cycling around Yamashita Park as you soak up the city’s cosmopolitan atmosphere. Yokohama is rich in history. We chose this location to live alongside the city’s enduring charm—still touched by echoes of distant lands—and to be part of what continues to captivate so many visitors. Whether for everyday moments or special occasions, we aim to be a Hotel where you can simply be yourself. Open the door to your own time.

Your own time in Yokohama, facing the harbor lights in the fragrant breeze Bar & Lounge
A Bar & Lounge nestled beside a location overlooking Yamashita Park, where you can savor Yokohama’s memories on the sea breeze. Since the port first opened, this has been a place to quietly enjoy the atmosphere of a harbor town where cultures meet, as daylight gently shifts into evening. Through wide-open windows, you’ll feel the park and seaside air, while views that change from sunset to night create an easy rhythm for conversation. By day, enjoy tea time in soft natural light; by night, unwind with bar time amid calm sounds and warm lighting. With classic drinks and light snacks, relax with a glass in hand and linger over the afterglow of exploring Chinatown or Yamate.

All-day dining at “Anchor Grill Yokohama,” a street-level restaurant facing the park, with greenery and sea breezes
An open, airy dining space facing Yamashita Park. Through the large street-level windows, you can take in Yamashita-dori, the park’s greenery, and beyond that the Yokohama-blue horizon and the silhouette of Hikawa Maru—an unmistakably Yokohama view for a relaxing moment. Enjoy food throughout the day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—whether you’re in the mood for something casual or more refined. With easy street access, it’s perfect for tea time during a walk with your pet or a weekend brunch. In the evening, a calm atmosphere suited to special occasions, attentive service, and the aroma from the grill create an unforgettable time. True to its name “Anchor,” this locally rooted gathering place offers everything from an everyday drink to a memorable dish—an inviting dining experience to complement your stay in Yokohama.

Find your calm under the breezy harbor lights—your own rooftop “me time” on the Rooftop Terrace.
A serene rooftop terrace with sweeping high-rise views of the greenery of Yamashita Park and the Yokohama Blue of Yokohama Port. Gently embracing the seaside breeze and the atmosphere of this harbor town, it offers a quiet space to reset your mind. In the morning, soft light and a hint of sea air; at dusk, city lights and the presence of the waterfront—each moment naturally fits into your day’s rhythm. Beneath an open sky, a comfortable sense of distance invites both conversation and peaceful time alone, deepening your travel memories in calm. Step away from the bustle below and savor light, wind, and views—relaxation for adults. Between exploring Yokohama’s history and culture, enjoy unhurried “me time” on the rooftop.

Hints of Yamashita, a touch of the exotic, and the scent of the sea. When these meet the modern skyline of Minato Mirai, Yokohama reveals past and present as a single landscape. From the openness at street level to the calm of the rooftop, from daylight to night views, time gently creates space for your own moments. Art throughout the hotel draws on memories of the port’s opening and images of Hikawa Maru, reconnecting Yamashita Park’s greenery with Yokohama Blue and weaving a story unique to each traveler. For everyday stays and special occasions alike, unwind in a place where Yokohama’s history and today breathe together. As a gate that smoothly links you with the city, we offer an unforgettable port-of-call experience to remember.
