From location and guest rooms to dining, design, and Onsen, each offers its own distinct character—enjoy visiting both as you discover the many charms of Karuizawa and indulge in a blissful resort stay.
From the warm welcome and attentive service to the meal presentation, everything was truly hospitable, and we had a wonderful time. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we would love to stay again for a special occasion. Even though we didn’t ask, they took photos for us because it was my birthday and gave us a gift at the end. We love traveling as a couple and have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans, but this is the first Hotel that has satisfied us this much! Thank you very much! We would definitely love to stay again!
ぱんこぞう 6/25/2026Everything—from the Room, interior, meals, to the service—was very satisfying. The bath used natural Onsen water, and we really enjoyed it. We were also impressed by the attention to detail, even down to the tea selection. During meals, each table had a dedicated staff member, and the service was attentive and made us feel comfortable. Every dish was delicious and made us truly happy. We also liked the amenities so much that we purchased a few items.If I had to mention one thing, I noticed after returning home that all of the photos of us taken by a staff member were blurry, which was a bit disappointing. Sorry for mentioning it afterward. Still, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.
