    Check-in was busy, but they handled the procedure at a table in the lobby instead of at the counter, so it was smooth and I didn’t have to wait, which made me very happy. The post-bath relaxation area has tatami flooring and a wonderful view overlooking the castle. The black soybean tea and muscat juice there are delicious—it's my favorite soothing space. Breakfast is always prepared with care, with a wide variety of options, all very tasty. I also really appreciate the Shuttle Service to the station in the heat. This is an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again.

  • The best Hotel in the area!

    My first time in Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture, and my first time at this Hotel.When I found out it’s part of the Hotel New Awaji Group from Awaji Island, I wanted to stay even more!The staff were very considerate, and it was a truly pleasant Hotel.As many others have commented, the rice was incredibly delicious!The cakes in the lounge were also amazing!If I visit again, this is definitely the Hotel I’ll choose!Okayama—its roadside stations and food—was fantastic!Thank you very much!

    The Tsuyama area, where a tradition of eating beef has taken root since the Edo period, offers an ideal environment for raising high-quality cattle thanks to its clear air, the basin’s distinctive temperature swings, and pure water. Among them, the local branded wagyu “Tsuyama Wagyu” is raised on wheat bran produced in Tsuyama and is certified only when it meets strict standards, including a meat quality grade of 3 or higher and specific rearing conditions. To let you savor this premium wagyu in full luxury, we offer a Tsuyama Wagyu Sukiyaki Course limited to just two parties per day.

    For the main sukiyaki course, our chef will prepare it live right at your table.
    As the meat is spread across a heated iron pot and the warishita sauce is poured in, its aroma rises as glossy fat slowly melts. For your first slice, enjoy the perfect balance of firm lean meat and delicate marbling unique to Tsuyama Wagyu. For dipping eggs, choose between fresh free-range eggs from Sakushu or our special option with grated daikon. Next, seasonal Sakushu vegetables and Awaji onions are simmered together to create an exquisite harmony with Tsuyama Wagyu as its refined sweetness deepens. To finish, be sure to enjoy our extra-thick udon noodles made exclusively for this sukiyaki.
