Enjoy the premium "Saga Beef," highly acclaimed across the whole country, and the exquisite "Wakan Pork" nurtured by Saga's fertile land. We carefully select rare cuts of Saga Beef that can only be obtained in small quantities from a single cow. For dinner, choose between two courses: - **Yakiniku**: Savor the texture as the rich flavors melt in your mouth. - **Shabu-shabu**: Enjoy it with Ureshino's specialty Onsen Yudofu soup. Please inform us of your preferred course when completing your reservation. If no preference is provided, we will prepare shabu-shabu for you by default. **** Meals are served at "Risoan," a restaurant specializing in Saga Beef, in its hall seating area. For groups of 5 or more guests, seating may be divided into multiple tables; please consult us if you wish to sit together. Seating is limited and subject to availability. **** Two seatings are available: 17:30 or 19:30 start times. A Showa retro-style Onsen village. Each guest room is named after a different famous Onsen area and features unique designs reflecting the charm of that specific location. Room sizes vary, and accommodations will be assigned based on the number of guests. As all rooms are non-smoking, families with children or those sensitive to odors can enjoy a comfortable stay. This is a plan where you can enjoy "Top-grade Saga Beef" and exquisite "Saga Pork" nurtured by the land of Saga. For dinner, you can choose between two options: "Yakiniku" with a melt-in-your-mouth texture or "Shabu-shabu" with Ureshino's famous "Hot Spring Tofu."

The Saga beef for yakiniku uses "Special Saga Beef Loin" and "Special Saga Beef Karubi". In the [Premium] plan, we carefully select rare parts that can only be obtained in small quantities from one cow. For shabu-shabu Saga beef, we use "Special Saga Beef Loin", which is the top recommendation at Saga Beef Binkan. We have selected only the most delicious parts of the section called sirloin within the loin.

Starting June 1, we will offer a free Shuttle Service on a fixed schedule. Shuttle Service is available from Ureshino Onsen Station and Ureshino IC. Please request pick-up by 3:00 PM the day before and drop-off by 7:00 PM the day before. Reservations can be made through our official website or by phone at TEL/0954-42-0210 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). For the safety and comfort of our guests, some restrictions are in place.
