This is a 19:30 guaranteed plan, perfect for those arriving late or wishing to enjoy the onsen, spa treatments, or riverside sauna beforehand. We will secure your seat in advance before it becomes unavailable. Please note that the time cannot be changed. A must-try when visiting Saga! Enjoy Saga's specialties—Saga Beef and Wakakusu Pork—in a "shabu-shabu" style with Ureshino Onsen Yudofu (tofu hot pot). The soup, rich with soybean flavor, is enhanced by the meat's umami, allowing you to savor every last bite until the final udon noodles. Dinner will be served at "Risoan," a restaurant specializing in Saga Beef. Seating will be arranged at tables for 2–4 people; groups of 5 or more will be seated separately across multiple tables. Thank you for your understanding in advance. (Dinner Hours) 19:30–21:00 (90-minute seating) (Example of Yudofu Shabu-Shabu Menu) Appetizer / Three kinds of sashimi / Seared Saga Beef sushi / Saga Beef chuck roll + Wakakusu Pork belly / Local fresh vegetable platter + udon noodles / Rice porridge with pickles / Dessert of the day *For elementary school children, we offer a kids' course meal; for preschool children, we provide a one-plate dish. If you'd like them to have the same menu as adults, please inform us and settle any price difference directly at the accommodation. Breakfast will either be served as a diverse Japanese-Western buffet at "Kujaku" hall or as Ureshino-style Japanese set meals featuring fresh local ingredients at "Rikyu." (Assigned by accommodation/no selection available.) You can also enjoy Ureshino's specialty onsen yudofu during breakfast. For children aged 4 and above who are booked without meals included, an additional breakfast fee of ¥2,530 per child applies. Thank you for your understanding. Starting June 1, we will offer a free Shuttle Service on a fixed schedule. Shuttle Service is available from Ureshino Onsen Station and Ureshino IC. Please request pick-up by 3:00 PM the day before and drop-off by 7:00 PM the day before. Reservations can be made through our official website or by phone at TEL/0954-42-0210 (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
