Introduction of the Plan

Focusing on temperature, carefully extracted vibrant Ureshino tea. Higashi-cho shines golden in the glass. A supreme cup.

This luxurious kaiseki plan includes a carefully selected pairing of tea or Japanese sake to complement your meal. During dinner, you can choose between the "Kitano Tea Garden Ureshino Tea Pairing" or the "Segashira Brewery Sake Pairing." Fresh seafood presented on white porcelain plates, local vegetables paired with sauces made from tea leaves or sake lees, and Saga beef slowly cooked in onsen water. Vividly extracted Ureshino tea served at the perfect temperature and golden-glowing Tōchō sake in your glass. We will recommend the best drink for each dish as your meal progresses. The menu, ingredients, and pairings change with the seasons, allowing you to enjoy seasonal exclusives. Experience an elevated kaiseki dining experience that offers a unique culinary journey only available here. We invite you to indulge yourself at least once. <Dinner> Served in a private room at Japanese restaurant "Rikyu." For groups of 5 or more guests, seating may be divided into two or more rooms. Please consult us if you wish to sit together. Seating is limited and requests may not always be accommodated; we appreciate your understanding. <Dinner Times> Two seatings are available: starting at 17:30 or 19:30. Please inform us of your preferred time; otherwise, we will assign an available time slot on the day. <Sample Menu> Welcome Tea (or Sake) / Appetizer / Soup / Sashimi / Meat Dish (Saga Beef) / Mid-Meal Tea / Fish Dish / Rice Dish / Soup & Pickles / Dessert & After-Meal Tea * For detailed current offerings, please check our official website's restaurant page. * As dishes are served individually, dinner takes approximately 2 hours. <Breakfast> Enjoy either a diverse Japanese-Western buffet in "Kujaku" hall or a traditional Ureshino-style Japanese breakfast featuring fresh local ingredients at "Rikyu" (assigned by accommodation/no selection possible). You can also savor Ureshino's specialty Onsen Yudofu (tofu cooked in hot spring water). For children aged 4 years and older who do not include meals in their reservation but join breakfast service anyway, an additional fee of ¥2,530 per child will apply. Thank you for understanding. (Breakfast Hours) 7:00–9:30 (last entry by 9:00) <Important Notes> ・The Kachouen Area/Onsenkyo Area/Miyabi Building areas and public baths require stair access as there are no elevators installed (approximately 10–20 steps). Guests with mobility difficulties should reserve accommodations in Tower Building instead. ・If using our free shuttle service, advance reservation is required via our official website's access page or by phone call.
