  • It’s a wonderful Hotel.

    I stay around Hayama every summer, but this was my first time here. It is a wonderful Hotel, far nicer than you would imagine from its modest exterior in a residential neighborhood. The Room is modern and relaxing. The ocean view from the Room is also outstanding, and all the staff were young and provided pleasant service, which left a great impression. I will definitely return.

As a design element to stimulate sensitivity, each Room is themed with a color extracted from the nature of Hayama. In the linear and simple space, everything from the interior to each piece of equipment has been carefully selected with an emphasis on quality. Stepping into the Room, you will be immersed in the world of Hayama's sounds, light, sea, and sky expressed through color. For food, we serve “Smoked Lard Duxelles en Croute Truffle,” our signature item made with smoked lard from Kanagawa-brand Yamayuri Pork folded into flaky pastry.

    Using rare ingredients nurtured in Hayama, we present a full-course dinner rich in natural taste.
    [Fish] Aged tilefish is finished with crisp scale-searing to bring out its umami, paired with a sauce made from botan shrimp shells and fermented shrimp koji.
    [Meat] Hayama Ishii beef loin is grilled over firewood for an aromatic finish and served with black maitake mushrooms marinated in sourdough soy sauce.

    ■ Petit Fours Includes Plan-Exclusive Tea
    After dinner, enjoy our pastry chef’s petit fours in your Room. Paired with them is Zushi black tea crafted by specialty tea shop “Tiara” in Zushi.
