Floors 4 to 13 feature "Art Rooms" adorned with artistic works that capture the charm of Hokkaido. Floors 4–8 were renovated in April 2022, while floors 9–13 underwent renovations in July 2020. By showcasing works from artists active in Hokkaido on the walls, we provide guests with a space where they can relax while experiencing art and culture. The artworks include pieces inspired by Hokkaido's wildlife, such as brown bears and red foxes, as well as reliefs carved with Ainu patterns on boards made from Hokkaido oak. These original pieces were specially created for our Hotel by various artists, based on themes related to Hokkaido. In addition to framed acrylic paintings, we are proud to introduce the new "Imagine Rooms," which boldly incorporate wallpaper designs by four different artists. These rooms are available in three color styles: "HIP," offering an extraordinary experience; "URBAN," with a modern and sophisticated feel; and "NATURAL," featuring the warmth of wood. Guests can choose a style that best suits their stay.

Experience the quality unique to Hokkaido and savor a rich and fulfilling time. Starting November 2023, we are introducing "meetlounge," a lounge service exclusively for guests, offering a variety of uses. Enjoy 16 types of snacks featuring Hokkaido seafood and cheese, as well as 19 types of drinks including Rishiri kelp shochu and corn tea, all available in a free-flow style. Guests with a Plan for the Cross Floor will have access to meetlounge included in their stay.

We offer "meetlounge" on the 2nd floor bar lounge, where you can enjoy local snacks and drinks in a free-flow style. From 15:00 to 22:00, indulge in 16 types of French-style hors d'oeuvres featuring seafood and cheese made with local ingredients, as well as 19 types of drinks unique to Hokkaido, such as Rishiri Kombu Shochu and Corn Tea. Guests with a Reservation for the Cross Floor have access to meetlounge included in their Property Plan. Guests with a Reservation for the Standard Floor can also apply for access as an optional service on the day, depending on availability. General visitors can also enjoy meetlounge when accompanied by a guest staying at the Property. While being a lounge space within the Hotel, meetlounge offers a unique Cross Hotel experience where you can connect with local cultures, discover something new, and encounter new opportunities.
