Introduction of the Plan
This Plan features newly renovated guest rooms (2025–2026) and our popular “Shima Kaiseki” meal plan.
From April to September, spiny lobster is served as a chilled chawanmushi-style custard topped with trout roe and yuzu sauce. During the peak season for spiny lobster (October to March), it is served as fresh “arai” (lightly rinsed sashimi) with a springy texture. Baby abalone is grilled on a ceramic plate and served hot. Ise’s branded pork, “Ise no Kuni Kenko Pork,” is prepared as tender braised pork from April to September, and from October to March it is low-temperature cooked with beef and served salad-style. At the dining venue, some dishes are offered as live counter-style service so you can enjoy dinner more casually and freely. Choose as much as you like from freshly fried shrimp and fish tempura, Shima’s local specialty tekone-zushi (hand-mixed sushi), sea bream rice, and more. ■ Dinner Menu: “Shima Kaiseki” (served at the dining venue) * Photos are for illustration purposes only. * If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us at least 5 days before your stay.
