[Room Capacity]
- The maximum capacity per room is limited to 4 guests.
[Hospitality Measures]
- All staff members undergo daily health checks, including handwashing, gargling, hand sanitization, temperature checks, and health confirmations every morning and evening. Staff feeling unwell will not report for work.
- As of July 28, 2023, mask-wearing by staff outside meal service is at their discretion. If you prefer staff to wear masks at all times, please let us know.
- Rooms, public spaces, doorknobs, railings, etc., are thoroughly disinfected using sodium hypochlorite solution (not hypochlorous acid water).
- Shuttle Service vehicles are ventilated and disinfected after each use. During transportation services as well, windows will be slightly opened for ventilation.
- Tableware used for meals is sanitized again after washing before use.
- Disinfectant solutions are provided in all rooms.
[Guest Reception & Farewell]
- During busy times such as check-in or check-out hours, windows around the lobby area will be opened for ventilation.
- To avoid congestion in the lobby during checkout time on your departure day, we recommend browsing our shop on your check-in day instead.
- At checkout time in order to minimize contact between groups of guests in areas like the lobby or entranceway; we guide one group at a time sequentially which might cause slight delays beyond preferred departure timing hence appreciate patience here too!
[Dining Arrangements]
Meals can still comfortably enjoyed within private-room settings themselves!
Room attendants serving food shall wear masks while delivering dishes ensuring utmost hygiene standards maintained throughout dining experiences albeit compromising traditional ambiance slightly but hope understanding prevails here too!
