On the other hand, we are truly sorry that, due to unfortunate weather, you were unable to enjoy the relaxation area by the open-air bath and cold bath as you had hoped. We sincerely apologize that noise from footsteps on the floor above, doors opening and closing, and voices from the neighboring Room prevented you from resting comfortably until late at night. Although you chose our Hotel, we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you as well for your valuable feedback regarding installing handrails in the Room toilet. While it may be difficult to address immediately, we will carefully keep your comments in mind as a reference when considering future Facility improvements. We will continue striving to be a Hotel where guests are satisfied with their entire stay—not only our service and views.
