It was my first time using it.
The service at Hotel Granvia Kyoto was excellent, but this experience was a bit disappointing. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring and upper rooms. While it is close to the station, getting to the front desk felt somewhat inconvenient. Excessive service isn't necessary, but I think some attention or assistance for guests with physical disabilities would be helpful. Would I stay here again? Perhaps I'll look into other hotels in the area first before deciding. The convenience of not being affected by weather conditions was very good.
