    Upgraded to a better...

    Upgraded to a better Room with a balcony and a good location, the view in front was excellent, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the night view from the balcony. There was a partition for the toilet, and the shower and bathtub were separate, making the water facilities comfortable to use. Being able to use the water without any worries was stress-free. The bed was also comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep.

    Simply the best!!

    To say the least, it's the best Hotel. I have stayed at various hotels, but I think this is the best Hotel in Japan. Due to the rates on the desired dates, we sometimes stay at different hotels in the Yokohama area, but my family's impression is, "After all, Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu is the best." Not only is the location excellent, but there are also many kind staff members, and we always leave feeling happy.

    Comfortable

    As expected of a five-star. Stayed in a park-view Room with a balcony. It was quiet without any noise from surrounding Rooms, allowing for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was wonderful. I would love to stay again.

    I had a great time.

    We were taken care of again this year, just like last year. The Room was clean, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and we were deeply impressed by their spirit of hospitality. This time, our stay was limited, so we did not choose a Room with access to the club lounge, but next time we would definitely like to make a Reservation for a Room with club lounge access. This is a highly recommended Hotel for those considering staying in Minato Mirai.

    A Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind

    This was our first time staying at the Property with our child. From the initial Reservation, a baby crib was arranged for us, and at the Hotel, staff were quick to assist whenever they saw us holding our child. Thanks to this, we were able to stay without any inconvenience. Thank you very much. However, one issue was that both outlets in the bathroom were loose and seemed unsafe, so we used the hairdryer in the Room instead. Other than that, everything was excellent. We look forward to staying again!

    Poor view

    Stayed on the club floor, but this is the view outside. Quite disappointing. The breakfast buffet also has limited variety.

    This time, I stayed in the club room category. It had been a while since I checked in at the lounge. Although I arrived a little early, I received courteous and attentive service, and I appreciate all the care during my stay. The last time was about five years ago, and I didn't remember much about the lounge, but this time, the staff treated me very well, making it a memorable stay. Thank you very much.

    Always a beautiful view

    There is a balcony where you can step outside and enjoy the view of Minato Mirai directly, not just through the window. That's my husband's favorite part. The Room and bath are spacious. A 160 cm tall woman can stretch her legs and soak up to her neck. Additionally, there is a shower booth, and the toilet is separate, which is convenient. From an eco-friendly perspective, it's a bit disappointing that the amenities have been changed from mini bottles to all installed bottles. We were able to spend a relaxing time.     My favorite Hotel in Yokohama

    I have been taken care of many times since long ago. Besides using it myself, I confidently recommend stays as gifts for my family and for friends and acquaintances from afar. It is my favorite Hotel. First of all, the Room has a balcony, the view is dynamic and amazing, the Room is spacious, and the amenities are abundant. Above all, all the Hotel staff are very kind and always welcome you with a wonderful smile. I will definitely use it again!

    I was able to relax very much.

    The cakes, snacks, and breakfast provided in the club lounge were of an appropriate size, easy to eat, and offered a wide variety, all of which were very delicious. The non-alcoholic cocktails were so delicious that I was impressed. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    Still a great Hotel!!

    I used it for the first time in a while, and although there are new Hotels nearby, this is an old Hotel, so it feels a bit dated, but the atmosphere is nice, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the Room's balcony is also excellent. I would like to use it again.

    The accommodation of...

    The accommodation offers limousine bus services to and from Haneda Airport and is located right in front of Cosmo World, making it an ideal location for families with children. At the restaurant we dined at for dinner, the chef personally greeted us and kindly served dessert to our child, which was greatly appreciated. It was a truly memorable stay.

    I was able to spend ...

    I was able to spend a comfortable time in an extraordinary environment for my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary, even if it was just for a short while. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast we looked forward to was delicious, and we always say we ate too much after meals before returning to the Room. The floor staff cleared the plates at the right time, allowing us to enjoy our meal pleasantly. Sometimes we pass by the cleaning staff on our way out, and they always greet us warmly, which we appreciate very much. I feel it's a tough job to clean and tidy up many Rooms in a limited time to create a clean and comfortable space. I am grateful not only to the front desk and floor staff but also to those working behind the scenes. I am sure we will be in your care again, so thank you in advance for that time.

    Balcony

    When there is a concert at Minato Mirai Hall, I always choose this place. The view is great, and especially when you enjoy a drink while feeling the harbor air from the balcony, it feels absolutely wonderful.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    The room was spacious and very nice. I was particularly pleased that the bathtub and shower booth were separate. Also, there were many mirrors, which made it easy to get ready. The club floor wasn't bad, but I felt there were a bit too many staff members. I wanted to relax, but the frequency of clearing plates was high... For breakfast, I was asked about the start time the day before and was told to finish within an hour. I went at around 7:05, but when I went to get my last drink before 8:00 and returned to my seat, it had been cleared away. (Even though the card to return to the staff at the end was left on the table) It was indeed almost an hour, but since it's a buffet style, there is time spent waiting in line when getting food, so I would like at least 90 minutes. I am staying on the club floor because I want to take my time. I would understand if it was full, but there was plenty of room at the tables. I thought breakfast time was from 7:00 to 10:00. If there is a time limit, please clearly display it in the plan introduction. I planned to relax, but I checked out immediately after breakfast.

    Annual Year-End and New Year

    This year, we stayed at the Bay Club Lounge Corner Suite Twin from 12/30 to 1/1. The only hotel in Minato Mirai with a lanai, the countdown, steam whistle, hustle and bustle, and the first sunrise were all amazing. The hospitality, meals, and cleanliness were truly excellent, making our stay pleasant every year. I was looking forward to the Eggs Benedict for breakfast, but when I inquired, I was told that due to its volume, some guests couldn't enjoy other delicious items. It would be great if we could express our preferences at the time of reservation, though I understand it might be difficult. The faucet at the back of the washbasin makes a construction-like noise when turned, and I think urgent inspection and repair are necessary. I have noted my request, and I believe Tokyu (Tokyu) will respond immediately. We had the best start to the year again. Thank you.

    We visited at the end of the year as a family of four.

    Avoid traffic congestion this New Year's holiday by staying nearby. I visit this Hotel about once every two years, and it is directly connected to Minatomirai Station, with Cosmo World below, and good access to the Red Brick Warehouse and Chinatown. Above all, the breakfast buffet is delicious. It's also nice that there is no accommodation fee for a Child Sharing Existing Bedding up to elementary school age. I plan to visit again during long holidays when long drives are tiring.

    I had a blissful time.

    For the first time spending New Year's Eve at a hotel in Minato Mirai, I chose this hotel with a balcony, prioritizing the view where I could see the first sunrise well. After informing them of my preference in advance, not only did they prepare a room in the best location, but they also arranged a connecting room, which I hadn't requested, and I am truly grateful for the staff's consideration. The room size was just right for a comfortable stay, and I could enjoy a panoramic view of the Ferris wheel and Bay Bridge through the large windows, as well as the New Year's countdown and fireworks. In terms of facilities, the washroom and bathtub being in the same space was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was perfect. I would definitely like to use it again.

    A hotel with a wonderful view of the port area and sunrise from the high-floor balcony.

    Apart from the club lounge, the satisfaction exceeded expectations. We planned to go to Chinatown for dinner, but after enjoying the night view cruise from the evening, we were understandably tired, so we had a pre-dinner drink at the club lounge, took out an eel rice bowl from the hotel restaurant, and enjoyed dinner in the room while leisurely watching the night view. The takeout options were plentiful, including Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine, and the prices were reasonable. However, the check-in at the club floor during the busy season was... disappointing. I couldn't catch the name of the butler? The check-in area was overflowing with guests and luggage, and the explanations were rushed... The lounge guide even mentioned usage restrictions during busy times, giving an initially negative impression... It didn't feel smart. Given the size of this lounge, having a reception on the second-floor lobby might be an option. Some hotels check the congestion of the club floor and flexibly handle it in the general lobby, considering the number, age, and composition of guests, or have a dedicated counter for the club floor within the general lobby. I hope for services that consider the reasons and purposes why guests choose the club floor. Also, recently, there are not a few hotels where the drinks, sweets, and food offered during tea or cocktail time in the lounge have declined in content and quality, and there are moments that feel like a family restaurant... I hope that drinks other than cocktails can be freely taken by guests from servers or large refrigerators, and that food is served in a one-plate style, prioritizing the original purpose of lounge time. I ended up being more considerate of the butler? who was bustling around the not-so-large lounge to meet individual requests. Nevertheless, overall, among the surrounding hotels, the location, environment, and satisfaction of the hotel stay were high, and even in difficult situations, the response conveyed reassurance and trust. It became a hotel I would like to visit again if given the opportunity.

    Stayed for the purpo...

    Stayed for the purpose of viewing projection mapping at the end of the year. The room was close to the Ferris wheel, and the night view was very beautiful and satisfying. However, the response of the staff in the club lounge was disappointing. Loud private conversations could be heard all the way to the elevator hall. In the narrow corridor, it seemed that staff were prioritized, and guests had to step aside and wait. When I requested a drink menu, it was thrust at me silently. Greetings were returned without even looking at my face, which makes me wonder about their customer service. Of course, not all staff were like that; there were some who were pleasant, which I would like to add.

    Wife's Birthday Celebration

    I always stay at the Landmark, but this time I stayed at Bay Hotel Tokyu. It was very clean and nice, and both the view and the service were excellent. I didn't have the chance to try the food, so next time I would like to use the restaurant. I will visit again. Thank you very much. If I may say, the only downside was that the instant camera photos didn't turn out well (laughs).

    The view from the ba...

    The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The toothpaste was in a paper container and there was a small amount, enough for about two uses, so I bought some at a convenience store. I did not check the eco-amenity information because I made the reservation through the IKYU site. I visited with the image of the previous Japanese breakfast set, which was wonderful, but although it was delicious, I thought I should have chosen the Western restaurant if it was a buffet. I love this hotel and would like to visit again.

    There was a variation in the level of service depending on the staff member.

    I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes at the Bay Club Floor during check-in due to the busy period. Was it an operational issue with some of the staff on that day? Was it an overbooking beyond capacity? Or was it just a coincidence that many guests checked in at the same time? Although I understand it couldn't be helped, I felt disappointed.

    The night view of Minato Mirai is superb.

    I stayed here two years ago and the night view of Minato Mirai was beautiful. I also stayed at a nearby Hotel, but the night view here was the most beautiful, so I stayed again and it was still the best.

    Stayed for 4 Multiple Night Stays

    With over 400 attendees staying at the neighboring Intercontinental for a seminar, I chose to stay here instead. This accommodation offers smoking rooms, which is rare these days, and several of my smoker friends stayed here as well. It's quite convenient to have a room where smoking is allowed. The breakfast has a wide variety of options but isn't very tasty. Even on busy days, it opens at 7 AM, which makes it crowded in the morning. It would be better if they opened 30 minutes earlier to ease the congestion. The restaurant on the first floor is open on weekends but serves the same menu every day, which can get monotonous. The rice cooked in an iron pot takes 20 minutes; it would save time if it were ready when they open since mornings are usually rushed. The room was clean and well-maintained compared to other accommodations in Shinagawa like Prince hotels. I appreciated being able to step out onto the balcony and enjoyed the spacious bathroom as well. However, I could hear loud thuds from either upstairs or next door, which was slightly bothersome. While both Royal Park and Intercontinental are aging properties now, this place seems like a good choice overall with its convenience—shops and convenience stores are located downstairs. However, due to its proximity to the station, taxis aren't always readily available outside, which can be inconvenient. I'll definitely book a multiple night stay here again next year!

    Annual Winter Repeat Visitors

    Every December, we always stay here. The reliable service, delicious breakfast, and above all, the room with a balcony. The sense of openness that other hotels don't have. We always make sure to return to our room once during the day from our outings, bringing back delicious local sweets to enjoy afternoon tea in our room. It is the best, most blissful time.     The view was great.

    I reserved a corner room with a view of the night scenery at the request of my family and for a stroll around the nearby illuminations. Although the room was a bit dated, it was spacious and allowed us to relax, which was satisfying. The staff was also courteous and pleasant. Despite the check-in being crowded, it was handled smoothly, for which I am grateful. As a side note, I didn't realize the complimentary water was in a paper pack on the table and ended up taking water from the minibar (laughs). I noticed this just before checking out, so I paid for it before leaving. In other hotels, there are often two cans of water, so it might have been easier to recognize if the can and paper pack were switched. Thank you for your hospitality.
