    On your birthday

    I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. I booked with club lounge access, and check-in was also at the club lounge. Although I had to prompt them as someone who arrived after me received their room key first, everything else was satisfactory. The variety of alcohol seemed quite extensive. However, the lounge breakfast does not include white rice, which might be disappointing for those who prefer rice in the morning.

    Wonderful

    This Hotel always leaves me very satisfied, and I have repeated my stay many times. What I particularly like is that it is odorless. There are no overpowering detergent or air freshener smells. The Room and bed are hygienic and comfortable to stay in. The staff members are also polite and wonderful. Thank you always. I also look forward to the breakfast omelet and fresh orange juice.

    The hospitality and service are always excellent.

    I have used your services several times, and the customer service is always excellent. I requested luggage storage before and after check-in, and it was handled very pleasantly, which was helpful. The location is great, of course, but the room's balcony is unique in the Minato Mirai area and feels wonderful. However, one thing that bothered me this time was that there were cigarette butts on the balcony. I'm not sure if they were from a previous guest who smoked there. Even though it's a non-smoking room and smoking on the balcony should not be allowed by anyone, perhaps cleaning staff might overlook it. Considering that some people may have low morals like this, checking the balcony would prevent non-smokers from having an unpleasant experience despite reserving a non-smoking room. That said, it's really those who smoked on the balcony who are at fault; your hotel's service was truly wonderful. I would love to use your services again in the future. Thank you very much.

    The club lounge was excellent!

    I stayed in a club floor trouble room with three friends. Check-in was done in the lounge, giving a special feeling from the start! We checked in while enjoying a welcome drink and then had tea with dessert in the lounge. The staff's service was excellent, and we felt special and like celebrities, allowing us to have a happy time. The cocktail time food was more like snacks, but since we had desserts during the day, it was enough to fill us up. It was great that the staff made cocktails for us and brought them to our seats. In other hotel lounges, you usually have to make your own drinks. Our room was a triple room with three beds, and the Airweave mattresses were comfortable. The best part was definitely the view from the bathroom! The Ferris wheel right in front of us had changing illuminations that never got boring no matter how many times we looked at it. If I could make one wish, it would be for USB outlets in the room (haha). It was an extraordinary experience and an excellent stay. I definitely want to go again!

    Good Hotel

    I was able to stay in a high-class room for an additional fee. The in-room facilities are getting a bit old. However, the crew's service was courteous and very good. I would like to stay again.

    Bay Club Floor

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The access from Minatomirai Station was convenient, and we checked in and out at the Bay Club Lounge. All the staff, including the receptionists and service staff, were very pleasant, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The guest room was also very clean. The meals at the lounge were delicious as well. We will be visiting again with a friend's family in April. Thank you very much.

    The night view and s...

    The night view and sunrise visible from the room were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. It was also nice that the bath, shower booth, and toilet were separated. I had a great time with my married daughter after a long time. I would love to stay again.

    A highly satisfying urban Resort Hotel

    We stayed in two twin park view rooms with breakfast included, with my elderly mother (wheelchair user) and three family members. We communicated various room requests in advance, including the preparation of a barrier-free set for the elderly, connecting rooms, and even arranging a taxi to Haneda Airport the next day. Thanks to these preparations, we were able to spend our time extremely comfortably. The park view night scenery was impressive, but above all, the service from all the staff was excellent. It felt like we encountered a good hotel after a long time. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet at Cafe Tosca; it was very delicious. My elderly mother also seemed to have spent her time comfortably and safely. After breakfast, we purchased hotel cookies as souvenirs. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff.

    It was a comfortable Hotel stay.

    The view was disappointing, but it was quiet and nice. They accommodated our requests, making it comfortable. The bathroom having separate shower, toilet, and bathtub is the best feature. Amenities were well provided. Also, it's great that the TV offers video services and there's a Blu-ray player available. The hotel staff's service was very pleasant. It was a memorable stay. I would like to stay again.

    I stayed in a club room. Although small, the lounge was comfortable, and I was satisfied with the high level of hospitality. I think the lounge could have a bit more food, but considering the price, I am satisfied.

    Every year, we reser...

    Every year, we reserve the same room for an anniversary stay, and this year marked the fourth year. - When comparing with the statement from three years ago, I was surprised to find that the price per room under the same conditions had increased by about 20,000 yen. - Breakfast was consistently delicious. The staff promptly cleared empty plates, and since we had a baby with us, they informed us as soon as a sofa seat was available, allowing us to move. It was disappointing that the fresh orange juice ran out after 9 a.m. and there was no refill. - The room amenities seem to have been simplified over the years, possibly as a cost-cutting measure. Initially, all amenities were Thalgo, but now most have changed to no-brand items. - A body towel is placed next to the bathtub, but I think it would be better to place it in the shower booth or on the washbasin, as it is usually used during a shower. If it remains unused next to the bathtub and gets wet, it would not be eco-friendly if it ends up being discarded. - The front desk staff at check-in were aware of the anniversary and were very kind. We received a music box. - It is unfortunate that the pool is unavailable for a long period. I hope it reopens soon. - We reserved a Chinese dinner at the hotel. It was empty when we entered at 18:00, but as it became full, the staff became busy, and it took a long time to get water even when requested. It seemed like they were not managing well. Additionally, due to our mistake, we completely forgot that we had ordered Mapo Tofu and requested the bill. The staff did not seem to notice either, and the billing proceeded. After receiving the separately ordered bouquet and cake, the Mapo Tofu arrived... All the cutlery had been cleared, and although they said they would bring a spoon, it never arrived due to the busyness. Even though we forgot, it would have been nice if they had mentioned, "You still have Mapo Tofu," when we requested the bill, or asked, "Is it okay before the cake and bouquet?" before bringing them. It felt like there was a lack of coordination, which was disappointing for a high-end restaurant.

    Upgraded to a better...

    Upgraded to a better Room with a balcony and a good location, the view in front was excellent, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy the night view from the balcony. There was a partition for the toilet, and the shower and bathtub were separate, making the water facilities comfortable to use. Being able to use the water without any worries was stress-free. The bed was also comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep.

    Simply the best!!

    To say the least, it's the best Hotel. I have stayed at various hotels, but I think this is the best Hotel in Japan. Due to the rates on the desired dates, we sometimes stay at different hotels in the Yokohama area, but my family's impression is, "After all, Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu is the best." Not only is the location excellent, but there are also many kind staff members, and we always leave feeling happy.

    Comfortable

    As expected of a five-star. Stayed in a park-view Room with a balcony. It was quiet without any noise from surrounding Rooms, allowing for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was wonderful. I would love to stay again.

    I had a great time.

    We were taken care of again this year, just like last year. The Room was clean, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and we were deeply impressed by their spirit of hospitality. This time, our stay was limited, so we did not choose a Room with access to the club lounge, but next time we would definitely like to make a Reservation for a Room with club lounge access. This is a highly recommended Hotel for those considering staying in Minato Mirai.

    A Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind

    This was our first time staying at the Property with our child. From the initial Reservation, a baby crib was arranged for us, and at the Hotel, staff were quick to assist whenever they saw us holding our child. Thanks to this, we were able to stay without any inconvenience. Thank you very much. However, one issue was that both outlets in the bathroom were loose and seemed unsafe, so we used the hairdryer in the Room instead. Other than that, everything was excellent. We look forward to staying again!

    This time, I stayed in the club room category. It had been a while since I checked in at the lounge. Although I arrived a little early, I received courteous and attentive service, and I appreciate all the care during my stay.     Always a beautiful view

    There is a balcony where you can step outside and enjoy the view of Minato Mirai directly, not just through the window. That's my husband's favorite part. The Room and bath are spacious. A 160 cm tall woman can stretch her legs and soak up to her neck. Additionally, there is a shower booth, and the toilet is separate, which is convenient. From an eco-friendly perspective, it's a bit disappointing that the amenities have been changed from mini bottles to all installed bottles. We were able to spend a relaxing time.     My favorite Hotel in Yokohama

    I have been taken care of many times since long ago. Besides using it myself, I confidently recommend stays as gifts for my family and for friends and acquaintances from afar. It is my favorite Hotel. First of all, the Room has a balcony, the view is dynamic and amazing, the Room is spacious, and the amenities are abundant. Above all, all the Hotel staff are very kind and always welcome you with a wonderful smile. I will definitely use it again!

    Still a great Hotel!!

    I used it for the first time in a while, and although there are new Hotels nearby, this is an old Hotel, so it feels a bit dated, but the atmosphere is nice, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the Room's balcony is also excellent. I would like to use it again.

    The accommodation of...

    The accommodation offers limousine bus services to and from Haneda Airport and is located right in front of Cosmo World, making it an ideal location for families with children. At the restaurant we dined at for dinner, the chef personally greeted us and kindly served dessert to our child, which was greatly appreciated. It was a truly memorable stay.

    I was able to spend a comfortable time in an extraordinary environment for my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary, even if it was just for a short while. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast we looked forward to was delicious, and we always say we ate too much after meals before returning to the Room. The floor staff cleared the plates at the right time, allowing us to enjoy our meal pleasantly. Sometimes we pass by the cleaning staff on our way out, and they always greet us warmly, which we appreciate very much. I feel it's a tough job to clean and tidy up many Rooms in a limited time to create a clean and comfortable space. I am grateful not only to the front desk and floor staff but also to those working behind the scenes. I am sure we will be in your care again, so thank you in advance for that time.

    Balcony

    When there is a concert at Minato Mirai Hall, I always choose this place. The view is great, and especially when you enjoy a drink while feeling the harbor air from the balcony, it feels absolutely wonderful.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    The room was spacious and very nice. I was particularly pleased that the bathtub and shower booth were separate. Also, there were many mirrors, which made it easy to get ready. The club floor wasn't bad, but I felt there were a bit too many staff members. I wanted to relax, but the frequency of clearing plates was high... For breakfast, I was asked about the start time the day before and was told to finish within an hour. I went at around 7:05, but when I went to get my last drink before 8:00 and returned to my seat, it had been cleared away. (Even though the card to return to the staff at the end was left on the table) It was indeed almost an hour, but since it's a buffet style, there is time spent waiting in line when getting food, so I would like at least 90 minutes. I am staying on the club floor because I want to take my time. I would understand if it was full, but there was plenty of room at the tables. I thought breakfast time was from 7:00 to 10:00. If there is a time limit, please clearly display it in the plan introduction. I planned to relax, but I checked out immediately after breakfast.

    Annual Year-End and New Year

    This year, we stayed at the Bay Club Lounge Corner Suite Twin from 12/30 to 1/1. The only hotel in Minato Mirai with a lanai, the countdown, steam whistle, hustle and bustle, and the first sunrise were all amazing. The hospitality, meals, and cleanliness were truly excellent, making our stay pleasant every year. I was looking forward to the Eggs Benedict for breakfast, but when I inquired, I was told that due to its volume, some guests couldn't enjoy other delicious items. It would be great if we could express our preferences at the time of reservation, though I understand it might be difficult. The faucet at the back of the washbasin makes a construction-like noise when turned, and I think urgent inspection and repair are necessary. I have noted my request, and I believe Tokyu (Tokyu) will respond immediately. We had the best start to the year again. Thank you.
