We have been staying here once or twice a year for about the past 13 years. It has become a cherished family tradition. I was delighted to find coffee packs in the Room—it was my first time staying at a Hotel that provided them. The staff were very clean and well-presented, and their service was excellent. The Onsen baths offered a good variety, and the washbasins in the changing room were thoroughly cleaned with no hair left behind.If I travel to that area again, I would definitely like to stay here. This trip became a wonderful memory for me.
