We have been staying here once or twice a year for about the past 13 years. It has become a cherished family tradition. This time as well, during the May holiday period, the three of us stayed (Japanese-Western style room with dinner and breakfast included), and we returned home extremely satisfied with the consistently reliable service.Even amid recent challenging changes such as rising prices, we can see that you have made tremendous management efforts to maintain both your service quality and pricing. We sincerely hope you will continue providing this service as our place to relax and recharge, and we strongly wish for your continued growth and success.Thank you very much.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 5/10/2026I was delighted to find coffee packs in the Room—it was my first time staying at a Hotel that provided them. The staff were very clean and well-presented, and their service was excellent. The Onsen baths offered a good variety, and the washbasins in the changing room were thoroughly cleaned with no hair left behind. If I travel to that area again, I would definitely like to stay here. This trip became a wonderful memory for me.
