    Maybe I expected too much...

    I stayed on the ladies' floor. My first impression upon entering the room was, "So old!!". While some parts have been renovated, the overall atmosphere feels quite dated, including the lighting and interior design. The towels were clean but not fluffy. The room was cleaned properly. However, it was disappointing that there was no complimentary water service. Perhaps I had too high expectations for a 4.42-star rating...

    Stayed for two night...

    Stayed for two nights for the Expo. The proximity to the station was helpful as I was tired after returning from the Expo. The room was clean, and the price was reasonable, possibly because I made an early Reservation.

    It seems there was a slight wait during check-in, but they were pleased to have been upgraded to a slightly larger room than the one they had reserved, allowing them to relax comfortably. They also mentioned that breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious.

    I stayed at the accommodation during the Expo. After walking all day, I returned exhausted. When I entered the room, I felt relieved and very comforted. Whenever I visit Osaka, I always choose this accommodation. The location is convenient for transportation, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is also delicious. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

    New and clean Hotel

    I mostly just slept here after visiting the Expo, but I really appreciated the amenities like coffee, onion soup, and bath salts when I returned tired. The convenience of accessing both Umeda and Nakatsu was truly great. The only downside was that the ice machine was always out of ice; everything else was excellent.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here for a theater visit at Umeda Arts Theater. The location was very convenient as it was close to the theater. I was provided with a ladies' room, which was charming, clean, and had a large bathtub, making my stay very comfortable. Although I arrived in the evening this time, I appreciated the early check-in option. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Spacious Room with a Long Sofa

    The Room was spacious with a long sofa where I could lie down, watch TV, and relax. It might be just my personal preference, but I never realized how great it is not having to lie on the bed.

    Second stay.

    I chose this accommodation again for my business trip to Osaka because of its good cost performance during my previous stay. This time, the room was on the 7th floor, which is relatively low, so the view was not great. However, as long as I could sleep well, it wasn't an issue. The room size was standard for a business hotel. While it felt slightly dated, it was well-cleaned and not a major concern. When traveling to Osaka several times a year for business trips, I usually choose the lowest-priced hotel among several options. If this accommodation offers competitive pricing again during my next reservation, I will consider staying here once more.

    Located close to Nakatsu Station and within walking distance to Umeda Station, the area is quiet, and the facility is clean and comfortable.

    I chose this place for its convenient location. The bathtub is relatively large compared to the room size, making it easy to use. There is a wide variety of amenities, so even if you come unprepared, everything you need is provided. Breakfast includes Osaka specialties and is thoughtfully prepared.     A Hotel Worth Repeating

    It was my first time staying. The Hotel was conveniently located near the station. The front desk staff provided a pleasant experience during check-in. The 12:00 PM checkout the next day allowed me to get some work done in the morning, which was very helpful.

    This is my third stay on the ladies' floor.

    Within a 10-minute walk from the Hankyu Sanbangai side of Umeda. There is a convenience store along the way, and considering its proximity to Chayamachi, it offers good value for money. I always use this Hotel for overnight stays after drinking parties. What I love most is the 12:00 PM checkout time. Since it's for drinking party stays, even if I return late at night, I can sleep in comfortably without any worries in the morning, which is truly appreciated. If I wake up early, I go out shopping and then return to the Hotel to rest and pack my belongings. I also have all my luggage except for a small bag sent directly from the Hotel to my home—very convenient and helpful! This time, while the Room felt slightly dated, it had a sofa and was spacious enough to spread out luggage comfortably and relax. Thank you as always! The breakfast looks delicious; I'd like to try it someday but end up sleeping in too late!

    Traveling Auntie

    Stayed in the ladies' room for the first time, and it had a completely different atmosphere. It was a very lovely room. I have been using this accommodation as my regular stay for about 10 years, and every time, the excellent service allows me to have a pleasant stay. Reservations are becoming increasingly difficult each year, so I plan to make reservations earlier from now on.

    Upgrade

    This time, I chose a location close to the station for the Expo and booked a single room without a bathtub since it was just for sleeping. However, my room was upgraded to a twin with a bathtub on the top floor. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The next morning, I used bath salts (available in the lobby) and enjoyed a relaxing time. From the window, I could see Hankyu Railway's wrapped trains, which was delightful. I'm considering bringing my train-loving grandson next time. After walking more than usual at the Expo and feeling exhausted, being able to stay in such a spacious room until the 12:00 checkout was truly appreciated.

    Ladies' Room

    The room was clean and compact, yet spacious enough for two women. The bathroom was larger than average, with bath salts provided, making it very relaxing. The Ladies Twin Room was comfortable and convenient for makeup; however, the air conditioning blew directly on our faces while sleeping. Despite trying various adjustments, we couldn't fix it and couldn't turn it off due to the hot summer weather, which was a bit bothersome. As we prefer quick breakfasts in the room, the onion soup provided was a nice touch. It would be great if there were water dispensers on each floor. Check-in at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM were very convenient for us and much appreciated. Although it's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, I think it's excellent value for money.

    The Ladies' Floor is highly recommended.

    I stayed for one night for a fan activity. Despite the rising hotel prices in Kansai due to the Expo, I was grateful to find accommodation near Umeda Station at a reasonable price. The location was convenient and easy to find, with nearby parking lots, business hotels, and apartments creating an orderly and safe environment even late at night. Since I stayed on a ladies' floor, there were no large groups around. Although my room was near the elevator, it was quiet with minimal disturbances. Most importantly, I felt secure during my stay. The typical smell of business hotel rooms that I usually dislike wasn’t noticeable here, making it a comfortable experience overall. I would love to stay again! The photo shows the three-sided mirror attached to the desk in my room. While it’s fixed in place facing away from the window (causing some backlighting), using both its upper light and an additional desk lamp borrowed from the previous day made it much easier to use!

    Conveniently located near Nakatsu Station.

    I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the Congrès Convention Center, where I had a seminar the next day, and it was relatively affordable. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Nakatsu Station and around 15 minutes to the Congrès Convention Center, so it met my expectations. The hotel has up to 18 floors with approximately 24 rooms per floor. There are only two elevators, which might be inconvenient if fully booked, but during my stay, it wasn’t an issue. Unlimited instant coffee from Doutor is available, which is a nice bonus. The room lighting is warm-toned and may feel slightly dim.

    Conveniently located near the station. I appreciated not having to walk around the crowded Umeda area. The breakfast was well-balanced and delicious. I will definitely use this place again for my next business trip.

    Excellent

    I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were kind and excellent, both when I inquired by phone and at the front desk. During my 2-night stay, I passed by the cleaning staff in the hallway, and their smiles and greetings left a wonderful impression on me. I will definitely choose this accommodation again for my next visit to Osaka.

    Close to Osaka Station with excellent access, check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 PM, all at this price. Truly a highly cost-effective Hotel.

    This was my first time using this accommodation during my trip. I asked the front desk about the parking as I couldn't locate it. There is a convenience store nearby, and it's close to the downtown area, making it very convenient. If I have another opportunity to visit, I would love to stay here again.
