    Spacious and easily accessible

    Stayed in the accommodation for business near Shin-Osaka. It is close to Nakatsu Station. The desk area lighting was slightly dim, so I rated the facility 4 out of 5.

    Highly satisfied

    It is a Business Hotel, but the Room was clean and had a great view. The front desk staff were very kind. You can take a leisurely walk to JR Osaka Station. I would like to use it again.

    Great value for money

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near Umeda Station, and it's rare to find a place with breakfast included for under 10,000 yen. The overall atmosphere was calm, and the 12:00 checkout allowed me to relax. I went for breakfast around 7:30 AM, and it wasn’t crowded, which was great. The only minor issue was waiting for the elevator, but I would definitely stay here again.

    Conveniently located right next to Nakatsu Station.

    Located very close to Nakatsu Station, with a convenience store nearby and within walking distance to Umeda. This is my regular accommodation for business trips, and this time they kindly upgraded me to the ladies' floor on the day of check-in. During high school baseball season, it often serves as accommodation for high school teams. Amenities are available in front of the reception desk, and I particularly enjoy the onion soup.

    During my Multiple N...

    During my Multiple Night Stay, I returned to my Room to find the door guard wedged and the door left open. Since cleaning was around 11 a.m., I believe it was accessible to anyone for over 12 hours. Although an apology was offered, I consider this an unacceptable mistake. The location and the response from the front desk were good, and I would like to use this service again, so I hope thorough checks will be implemented.

    Convenient, Comfortable, Recommended

    Close to the station and comfortable rooms are basic conditions. On top of that, early check-in (2 PM) and relaxed check-out (12 PM). Arrive at the airport at noon, have a quick lunch in Umeda, then you can check in and take a rest in your room. Subsequent activities will also proceed smoothly. Even if you return late the night before departure, there's no need to prepare for an early morning check-out while still tired. You can leisurely get ready to leave after having breakfast. Additionally, there are two convenience stores nearby for any small purchases you might need. I don't think there's much difference compared to the price gap with luxury hotels just across the street.

    Traveling Aunt

    The location is good and the price is reasonable. I think the staff's service is perfect. I have been using it for a long Multiple Night Stay, but with the prices during the Osaka Expo period, I might not be able to stay for a while.

    I use it every time ...

    I use it every time I go to Osaka. The access to the Hotel is good, and even the single rooms are spacious enough. The unit bath is also comfortable, making it sufficient for solo travel or business trips. The 12 o'clock checkout is also helpful. With good cost performance, I will use it again next time.

    The breakfast buffet...

    The breakfast buffet had a variety and was delicious for a Business Hotel. The Room was of adequate size and had a sense of cleanliness. I feel that the parts that can be streamlined are thoroughly implemented.

    Comfortable Stays

    The location was very good, the Room was clean, and it was very comfortable. The long sofa was convenient, allowing me to stretch my tired legs and relax. The body towel was also easy to use and became my favorite. I would like to use it again.

    I am satisfied with the service.

    Thank you for your hospitality. It seems to be popular, so we couldn't secure a non-smoking room. However, we were satisfied with the staff service, as one of the three rooms was changed to an available non-smoking room, and when we inquired at the front desk about the availability of an iron rental service, it was delivered to our room. The aging of the facility? There were parts that we compared with other hotels, such as the small size of the room and the water drink service, but since we stayed in Kobe the previous day, there might be regional market differences, so I think we shouldn't compare. Thank you.

    For a Business Hotel, the Room is spacious, and the bathroom is also large, which is good! Considering the current situation where Hotel prices are rising, the price of this Hotel is a bargain. The 12 o'clock checkout is also appreciated. I was able to relax. Thank you!

    Five-star cost performance!

    In-room facilities, well-equipped amenities, access to laundry, microwave, and water server, all within walking distance to the station. I would like to stay here again when on a business trip to Osaka!

    Perfect.

    If you are using it for business, the location, facilities, and room comfort are all excellent overall. There is even a Christian church right next door, where you can quietly soothe your tired mind from work. The Hankyu Umeda Station, the terminal of the Hankyu train, and the third street with many restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, making it an ideal environment.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed for one night when I stopped by Osaka. The room was clean, the facilities were well-equipped, and there were no particular issues with the amenities, but I felt it would have been even better if there was a water bottle service. The bed was said to be from Simmons, and I was able to sleep comfortably. It's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station or Umeda Station, but I think it's within an acceptable range. The staff at the front desk were courteous, and overall, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

    Good location

    I used this place for an overnight stay after a business trip. Although I was unfamiliar with the area, I was able to reach the hotel without getting lost as it is almost a straight line from Nakatsu Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There were four staff members at the front desk, including three trainees, and they all had smiles, leaving a very good impression. It was raining when I went out, and I was greatly helped by the availability of plastic bags. Thank you very much. Thanks to that, I was able to walk to an okonomiyaki restaurant in Umeda. Also, since it is only two stations away from Shin-Osaka Station on the Midosuji Line, I think it is very convenient when using the Shinkansen.

    A quiet Hotel just one station away from Umeda

    It is one stop from Umeda on the Midosuji Subway Line. Convenient, but the subway exits are limited and a bit confusing, so I got a little lost. Check-in was smooth. There was only one foreign staff member, but their Japanese was excellent. The Room was spacious and comfortable. However, breakfast is quite important to me, and coming from a rural area, the rice was not tasty. I could tell just by looking, so I opted for bread. If they could make it into mixed rice, it might make the not-so-tasty rice more appealing. That was the only disappointment. I also use the affiliated Hotel, so I look forward to next time. Thank you very much.

    I used it for the first time for a one-night stay to see a performance at Umeda Arts Theater. It is conveniently located very close to Nakatsu Station on the Midosuji Subway Line, and Umeda Arts Theater is also nearby. There is also a convenience store very close by. I was able to leave my carry-on bag both before and after check-in, which made it very easy to move around. The Room was on the ladies' floor, so I could touch the card key inside the elevator to go up to the floor of my Room, which made me feel safe even when alone. The bathroom was bright and, although there was no washing area, it was spacious enough. Amenities such as a toothbrush and a body towel for washing were provided in the Room, but other items could be taken from a corner on the front floor. The Room had a three-sided mirror, perhaps because it was on the ladies' floor, which I thought made it easy to do makeup, but the lighting was dim, so I ended up using the bright light in the bathroom. I didn't use it this time, but the microwave in front of the elevator seemed convenient. I would like to use it again when I come to Umeda Arts Theater.

    I stayed with a friend. I think the bathroom and bathtub are spacious relative to the size of the room. The amenities included a variety of items, making it fun to choose. I wish there was a water server on the ladies' floor as well. The check-in and check-out times were relaxed, making it easy to plan our activities. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Convenient for both business and sightseeing.

    Stayed in a non-smoking studio twin, the location is close to Hankyu Umeda Station, convenient for walking around the city, and I think it's also highly convenient as a base for extending trips to Kyoto and Kobe. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and well-maintained, and I liked that the bath was full-sized.

    Comfortable and close to the station.

    It was close to the station and easy to reach even with a suitcase. I stayed in the ladies' room, but perhaps because I checked in late, I was placed near the elevator, which was a bit noisy (there were some noisy guests). The amenities were plentiful, and the bath salts were nice.
