    Looking forward to what’s next!

    I chose this Hotel for the great location and Reviews, and stayed here for the first time. At check-in, there was no greeting or smile—only a brief explanation about the elevator, and that was it. When I asked the male and female staff at the desk for a safe place to eat dinner alone near the Hotel, they replied in an indifferent way: “There are places, so it should be mostly fine.” At check-out as well, no one spoke to me and I left without any interaction. Also, there was no water dispenser or ice machine on my floor, so it was very inconvenient to go get them. When I used the microwave and tried to wipe it with the sanitizing wipes provided, they were completely dried out and unusable. The only positive point was that the bathroom was clean and I felt comfortable using it. Maybe my expectations were too high, but overall I felt a bit disappointed... If these points could be improved, I would like to stay again.

    It was very good.

    It was a very comfortable stay. Some of the furnishings show signs of wear over time, so I think it would be even more comfortable if they were maintained or replaced.

    Looks great.

    Quiet despite being close to the station. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The Room was clean as well. It was a bit disappointing that the only space to put luggage was on the TV stand, but I guess that’s unavoidable for a single Room.

    I stayed here on a business trip.

    I was scheduled to arrive an hour before check-in, so I asked to leave my luggage, but they let me check in on the spot, saying my Room was already ready. They also told me they had arranged a ladies’ room for me. When I entered the Room, there was a slightly larger bed next to a large three-seat sofa; the mirror was a tri-fold vanity mirror, and the bathroom was more than spacious enough. The refrigerator was already chilled, which surprised me and I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness. Amenities were set up along the wall opposite the front desk, and you take what you need—again, an excellent selection.\nThe next morning’s breakfast was a Japanese/Western buffet at the 1F café. When I went to get salad, a male staff member who happened to be replenishing the vegetables kindly plated my salad beautifully for me. As I was leaving, I noticed that plastic umbrellas were available at the entrance for guests to borrow when it rains.\nEverything was attentive and generous—I can’t help but want to stay at this Hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

    I was looking for a Hotel with smoking-allowed Rooms and stayed here on this trip. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

    It was great.

    They responded quickly and politely to my inquiries in advance, which was very helpful. I also arrived late at night, and the front desk staff greeted me with a smile, which was reassuring. The Room felt more spacious than I expected and was clean, and I was glad it was on a women-only floor where I could feel safe. However, what bothered me was the elevator. First of all... for some reason it took a long time to arrive. Also, what concerned me most was that—maybe because it had just stopped raining when I arrived—the elevator on the left as you face from the front desk had a strange smell throughout my stay, even on sunny days. There were deodorizing beads placed there, though. Also, since there was construction going on and we were asked to keep the blinds closed during our stay, the Room felt a bit dark, so I would have liked some measures to address that. Aside from these two points, there was a convenience store nearby and it was close to Umeda Arts Theater as well, so the location/accessibility was great and very convenient for me.

    It is a good Hotel.

    I thought it might be a bit inconvenient since it’s slightly away from Umeda’s downtown area (though it was close to Nakatsu Station), but instead it was a quiet Hotel, and I could even watch Hankyu trains arriving and departing from Umeda Station through the window—it was a really great Hotel.

    It was very comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here, but due to a highway bus cancellation, I ended up extending my stay unexpectedly for a Multiple Night Stay. Since I had been very comfortable the day before, I checked availability without hesitation and booked right away. The location was just right, with a convenience store nearby, and the Room felt spacious for a unit bath and was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again!

    Conveniently located with easy access from Nakatsu, making it ideal for getting around Osaka via the Midosuji Subway Line, Hankyu Railway, and JR lines.

    I always stay here a...

    I always stay here as my regular Hotel. Having used it for a long time, I feel at ease and can enjoy a very comfortable stay. The staff’s excellent service is also a big plus. This time, the bathroom showerhead had been replaced with a new one, and for a Business Hotel it feels quite luxurious.

    It was a women-only floor. The Room had a tri-fold mirror and a light, which was very convenient. However, I think a non-warm light color would be better for applying makeup.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    I often stay here when attending theater performances, and it’s a clean Accommodation I truly love. It has great access to two Hankyu stations and is very close to Umeda Arts Theater, yet the rates are budget-friendly—an absolute lifesaver for someone who travels frequently for shows. There are also two convenience stores nearby, both less than a minute on foot. The front desk staff are always polite and kind. They are professional without ever being curt. I often travel to Osaka after work, so my check-in tends to be late at night, but their warm service is very reassuring when I’m tired. Having coin lockers and a microwave is also extremely helpful since I often arrive late and end up having dinner in my Room. I only use the restaurant for breakfast, but it generally has everything I want—and it’s fun that they even have takoyaki. I’m always impressed by how fresh the lettuce is. It’s also helpful that you can take coffee back to your Room and fill your water bottle with water. I look forward to staying with you again. Thank you as always.

    This is my regular Accommodation for business trips.

    Compared with some Business Hotels, the price is a bit higher, but the Room cleanliness and spaciousness make it feel worth it. The amenities are somewhat lacking, but everything else is satisfactory. The front desk staff provide good service, and I have never had an unpleasant experience. I will continue to stay here for business trips to Osaka.

    Very convenient.

    It was very convenient, within walking distance of Osaka Station and Umeda. Chayamachi is also nearby, with plenty of places to go for drinks at night, so we had a great time. I’d definitely like to stay again.

    The Room and meals offer excellent cost performance.

    The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, all of which are delicious. I had lunch at the restaurant inside the facility, which seems to be popular among local office workers as well. I ordered curry rice, which was rich in ingredients. The meal also included salad and drinks, making it a satisfying option. It’s not too far to walk from the terminal station, and the nearest subway station is very close by, making it a convenient location.

    Other than cleanliness, it is worth the price.

    The staff at the front desk and the room itself were excellent. However, there was leftover waste in the toilet bin of the room, and a piece of candy was found under the bed near the edge (right where you see when lifting the sheets). Both seemed to be from previous guests, which was very disappointing. The breakfast had limited options but was delicious and well-balanced. There is also parking available and a water dispenser, so it’s truly unfortunate that cleanliness fell short.

    The location is a bit far from the station, but the area felt safe with people around, and having convenience stores and restaurants nearby was great. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    During the November holiday, I found an event for my favorite artist and was looking for a Multiple Night Stay when I luckily found an available room and made a Reservation! The location was great as it was close to Umeda, Chayamachi, and Nakazakicho, making it easy to navigate. After checking in and entering the room, I immediately checked the water facilities and noticed hair in the bathtub... Since I had an unpleasant experience at another Hotel before, I contacted the front desk right away. They kindly arranged another room for me, which was very helpful. As my return flight was early in the morning, I left at 6:30 AM but felt a bit lonely as there was no one at the lobby or front desk... Also, it felt like a waste not being able to take advantage of the 12 PM checkout time (laughs). I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. Next time I'll plan better so that I can enjoy breakfast and have a more relaxed departure!

    Comfortable Stay

    I stayed here during a short visit back to Japan from overseas. I was expecting an ordinary Business Hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise. The Room is small but has space for a suitcase, and since it was on a women-only floor, there was also a dresser. The variety of amenities provided was excellent, and I especially enjoyed choosing bath salts. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Breakfast was also satisfying. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. The location is convenient (a straight walk from Hankyu Umeda Station Chayamachi exit; it's right behind the Umeda Theater).

    It was excellent.

    I stayed here for the first time because the parking lot for the bus tour was nearby. I was looking forward to it as the reviews were good. When I checked the location in advance, I was surprised to find it close to Nakatsu Station Exit 4 and right next to the bus tour parking lot. They kindly stored my luggage from the morning. The room was a ladies' single with a sofa, which made it comfortable for organizing my belongings, watching TV, and relaxing. The bathroom was a unit bath, but using the provided bath salts helped relieve my fatigue. Although I usually have trouble sleeping at hotels or ryokans during trips, I managed to sleep well here—it felt quiet and calming. Breakfast was excellent! There were both Japanese and Western options, including Osaka-style takoyaki, which made it very enjoyable and delicious. The staff's service was also wonderful. Check-out involved placing your card key in a box; however, when passing by reception on my way out, they thanked me warmly. It felt nice since leaving without any interaction can feel lonely. I would love to stay here again!

    Convenient Hotel

    Used during a business trip to Osaka. **[Positive Points]** - Convenient location: within walking distance from Umeda Station and close to Nakatsu Station on the Midosuji Line, which has escalators. - Check-out time is 12:00 PM (though I couldn't take advantage of it this time). - My room request was accommodated. - The Room was not small, had a good layout for solo use, and was equipped with necessary facilities. - Bathtub drainage worked well; water pressure and volume were excellent. **[Negative Points]** - Face towels were too thin to effectively absorb water. - The sink stopper didn't function properly; it kept popping up, making it impossible to fill the basin with water for shaving. I had to submerge a face towel in the sink as a makeshift stopper, but contacting staff at that moment would have been inconvenient. - Breakfast rice wasn't very tasty; however, there were plenty of toppings for ochazuke (rice with tea), which I recommend instead. - Some guests displayed poor manners by smoking in groups near the entrance and leaving cigarette butts on the ground after extinguishing them underfoot—possibly attendees of meetings held at the Facility?

    Ladies' Room

    I stayed here the night before visiting Umeda Arts Theater. It was very convenient as it was just a short walk away. The parking lot was secure, which gave me peace of mind. The Room felt small for a twin, but I appreciated that the staff replaced my high pillow with a lower one even late at night. The staff's service was excellent and very pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality! I will definitely stay here again.

    It was comfortable!

    Close to the station, conveniently located near Osaka Station, Shin-Osaka Station, and Nakatsu Station! There are many convenience stores around the Hotel. The Facility was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided polite service, making my stay comfortable! The best part was being able to leave my luggage after check-out—it was very helpful! I would love to stay here again!

    I booked a hotel near Umeda for visiting Kyoto and the Osaka Expo, as it offers a ladies' floor. It is conveniently located near Nakatsu Station on the Midosuji Line, with a pleasant surrounding environment. The front desk was bright, and the staff provided courteous service. On the rainy arrival day, I left my luggage in the morning and borrowed an umbrella to head straight to Arashiyama for a meeting with a friend from Kyoto, which was very helpful. The ladies' floor was comfortable, the room was clean, and I felt refreshed using bath salts from the amenity bar for a good night's sleep. Since it's a ladies' floor, having Refa or Kinujo showerheads and hairdryers would make it absolutely perfect!

    The room is spacious.

    The Room was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. The amenities and equipment provided were sufficient. The breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying.
