West-Karuizawa Hotel atelier blå by LONGINGHOUSE

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip and also requested a birthday cake. Throughout our stay, we felt the staff’s thoughtful hospitality, and it was a Hotel we would love to return to. We were also grateful to be upgraded to a higher-grade Room free of charge—every service was truly appreciated. The calm atmosphere allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you very much.

It was a shame that it rained from evening until dawn,but the peaceful fields outside, the surrounding mountains and environment, and the comfortable Room were very soothing.We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with colorful vegetables, quiche, tantanmen, and more. We were able to relax in the lounge as well, where coffee and snacks were available.The spacious and spotless bathroom facilities felt wonderful!We would love to come again and explore various interesting shops and places in Miyota along with the Hotel. The layout—entering on the first floor and going up to a second-floor Room—is nice, but carrying heavy luggage upstairs may be a bit difficult for older guests. A handrail or similar support might make it feel safer.We truly had a relaxing stay all the way until our late checkout after noon.Thank you very much to all the staff!
