About three years ago, I stayed with my mother and sister, and the open-air bath in the Room was amazing. I was looking forward to visiting again this time. However, as soon as I entered the Hotel, there was a strong smell like sewage or a toilet odor that was very noticeable. Hoping it was only in the lobby, I entered the Room, but it had the same smell inside. This odor wasn’t present during my previous stay... The smell was strongest in the toilet area, so it might be coming from there. It’s surprising that staff members don’t seem to notice it. If nothing can be done about it directly, perhaps using aromatherapy or incense throughout the Hotel could help improve this issue even a little bit.
