    Thank you very much for your kind and attentive support.

    This was my first stay. It’s a Hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, and there is also parking. My husband got carried away and ended up drunk outside, and he couldn’t make it back to our Room for quite some time, causing you a great deal of trouble. You kindly guided us back to the Room with such care, which truly helped us. I sincerely thank you for your hospitality. Breakfast the next morning was all very delicious. Since my husband caused inconvenience, I’m not sure it’s appropriate to say this, but if you would forgive us, we would love to stay again.

    As we arrived quite ...

    As we arrived quite late, it ended up being just a place to sleep. The Facility feels a bit dated. It was listed as having some issues, but perhaps because the day was good, we didn’t notice any noise. Breakfast was enjoyable and tasty, and it was fun that we could make an acai bowl. We traveled by car, and the parking lot was easy to enter, which was nice. It’s a star-rated Hotel, so I was surprised that women’s amenities (such as skincare like lotion) were charged separately, but they felt good to use, so I think it worked out well. This was my first time staying overnight in Saitama.

    It was dirty.

    Both the guest room and the hallways felt outdated, and I was disappointed to be staying here. The dining area is stylish, but the contrast is striking.

    We recommend the plan with a complimentary minibar and free-flow drinks!

    I stayed at a Hotel I’d been curious about for a while for the first time, with a Plan that included free minibar and free-flow drinks. It feels like I’ve found a new favorite Hotel! The website said the free-flow was available “as long as time allows,” but at check-in I was told it was limited to “up to 2 hours per visit.” If it’s your first time using the free-flow and you expect something like a lounge where you can relax without watching the clock, it may feel a bit different. It was slightly disappointing that there are no light snacks like in a lounge, but being able to use the free-flow even during meals at the restaurant is a big plus. This time we had dinner at the restaurant and then enjoyed the free-flow right after—very satisfying. The room had great interior design and felt comfortable overall. Maybe because of the layout, it felt more spacious than the listed size. The minibar included two juices and two alcoholic drinks. I used this stay as a quick change of pace with my girlfriend nearby, and surprisingly, having an “escape” just 20 minutes from home was really nice. Even meeting up after work, we could enjoy dinner at the restaurant while making use of the free-flow, which I truly appreciated. The staff were polite and made my stay very pleasant. Thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail, I felt comfortable enjoying my first stay here. Highly recommended especially for Diamond members. With member benefits we received an upgrade, and checkout was extended until 1:00 PM so we could take our time. I liked it so much that next time I plan to stay here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I’ve already completed next month’s Reservation. I’m looking forward to it—thank you again!

    Very satisfied!

    From Saitama-Shintoshin Station, you can enter the building from the second floor via the pedestrian deck through the office district. It was disappointing that there was no clear sign for the front desk and I had to wander around, but otherwise I was very satisfied. The interior seemed to have been refreshed with the rebranding and was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which I really enjoyed. With high ceilings and a spacious feel, it was a pleasant dining experience. Excellent value for money!

    The free-flow drinks at the restaurant are fun.

    The Room had a very sophisticated interior and was spacious. I was told, “Unfortunately we are fully booked today, so we can’t upgrade your Room,” but it was more than good enough as it was. For dinner, since the free-flow option was included, we ate at the restaurant. The highballs and gin and tonics were excellent, and whenever my glass was empty they promptly checked in with me; I even ordered an extra pasta dish and was completely satisfied. I also considered breakfast, but when I thought about paying the same price as this dinner for breakfast, I hesitated. I love Hotel breakfasts, so I wish there were a more guest-friendly option for Accommodation guests. Since my family loves saunas, we also used Central Sports’ pool and large public bath, but it did feel dated. We were lucky with the weather, the view from the high floor was great, and it was an enjoyable stay overall. Thank you for taking care of us.

    I stayed here during Golden Week. I arrived well before check-in and went to the front desk to ask if I could at least leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was already ready, so I was able to relax in the Room sooner than expected. Even though it was fully booked for Golden Week, it never felt crowded, and with four elevators available, I could use them almost privately most of the time—making my stay stress-free. There is a convenience store in the building, and there are plenty of restaurants and pharmacies nearby, so the location is very convenient. They offer various types of Rooms and Plans, so it was great to be able to choose a Plan that suited my needs. The on-site parking was also very helpful for us traveling from out of town. There seem to be many more attractions nearby, so I’d like to visit again for sightseeing as well.

    This Hotel offered a full range of perks that made both sightseeing and the stay highly satisfying.

    I stayed here to visit the Railway Museum and the rose garden at Yono Park. Both are within walking distance, making this an excellent base for sightseeing. With the Diamond member benefit, parking was free before check-in and after check-out, so I could leave my car parked for two full days and take my time enjoying nearby attractions and walks. I stayed in a spacious Club Floor Room, and it was just as expected—plenty of room to relax. I never felt cramped, and spending time in the Room was very comfortable. The complimentary drinks at the 1st-floor bar & restaurant were also excellent. In addition to a beer at check-in, I enjoyed four drinks in total—wine, highballs, and more—during dinner reserved through IKYU Restaurant without any hesitation, which made for a truly elegant evening. Breakfast wasn’t just standard fare; it was a well-thought-out selection, and every dish was delicious and highly satisfying.

    This was my second Multiple Night Stay.

    As this is a Hotel with a wedding venue, it has a luxurious feel. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk along the deck from Saitama-Shintoshin Station, and since it’s covered, you don’t need an umbrella. Last September I stayed for 4 nights at a great price and really liked it, so this March I stayed for 3 nights on the Grand Floor with free parking, free minibar, and free-flow included. Being on the Grand Floor, the Room amenities were more extensive than last time. I think the bedding was the same—very comfortable to sleep in. You can enjoy stylish drinks at the restaurant on the first floor, and even back in your Room there are drinks in the refrigerator (juice and beer), which feels like great value. If you want to use the large public bath, you’ll need to change elevators; it’s actually the bath at the attached sports gym. It feels like an ordinary gym bath. There is an additional fee, plus time restrictions and closure days, so you should check in advance.

    Thank you again for your hospitality. However, this stay was somewhat different from previous visits, and there were several disappointing points. First, at check-in, the information provided about whether an upgrade was available differed depending on the front desk staff member. After confirming later that there were vacant rooms that day, I was honestly disappointed by the inconsistency in what was communicated at check-in. I believe consistency in such responses is a basic standard of Hotel quality. Also, a loud, regular “thumping” noise that echoed intermittently after 4:00 a.m. woke me up, and I had difficulty falling back asleep afterward. Given the regular nature of the sound, it seems unlikely to have been caused by another guest; I felt it was more likely coming from within the Hotel. Furthermore, the next morning, bridal staff were speaking loudly in the hallway, which I found unpleasant. Considering that there are guests staying for reasons other than weddings as well (I assume they may be from a different company), it felt lacking in consideration. It is truly unfortunate that my stay was diminished by these issues. I would appreciate prompt improvements regarding the above points. I look forward to having another opportunity to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

    A Cozy Hotel

    I stay here about four times a year. Overall, the Room was clean and pleasant. There was some dust in the corner of the toilet, but the toilet itself was well cleaned, so it didn’t bother me much. There were several beers and bottled waters in the refrigerator, which I enjoyed during my stay. Amenities were provided for each guest and were well stocked. The bathroom was clean and nice, though I felt the water pressure was a bit weak. The free-flow drinks at the first-floor restaurant are very appealing, and I always use this service with dinner. I would be happy if you could continue offering it. As for the restaurant, the menu has been refreshed and it was nice to discover new items; however, some favorites like the shrimp ajillo that I often ordered are no longer available, which was quite disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could consider keeping popular items on the menu. Regarding reception at the front desk: until now I had always felt they provided pleasant service, but this time—perhaps because staff have changed—the person who assisted me spoke in a somewhat patronizing way, which left me a little puzzled. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I will use your Accommodation again in a few months. Thank you to all of your staff.

    I stayed here to visit my family who live in Urawa. I considered a Hotel near Urawa Station and another Hotel in Shintoshin, but choosing this Hotel was the right decision. The Room was new, clean, and very comfortable, with a large bed and bathtub. The restaurant on the first floor was excellent, and above all, the staff were outstanding—friendly and professional. I enjoyed the free-flow wine and cheese. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    I’ll definitely stay here again.

    It was my first stay, and the hotel is directly connected to the station. It’s a bit of a walk (about 7–8 minutes), but it felt like an outdoor connecting walkway. Since it was a weekday, I also received a Room upgrade. The bathroom was spacious with separate washing area and bathtub, and the washroom was also roomy—everything was designed for a relaxed, comfortable stay. The dinner and breakfast buffets were compact and well organized, and the amount of food was just right for me. Next time, I’d like to use the pool as well.

    This is the best Hotel.

    The Room was spacious, and the decor and Facility were so cute that it was incredibly comfortable! The gentle color scheme used in the Room created a warm atmosphere, making it very relaxing. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    The breakfast is excellent.

    Because it was a weekday, the breakfast buffet was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy a relaxed meal in a lovely restaurant atmosphere. The menu included miso soup and a seafood rice bowl for Japanese options; potage soup and bagel sandwiches for Western options; and desserts such as acai with fruit, plus pancakes. Thoughtful touches were evident—for example, the oranges were already peeled. There were also curry, rice porridge, and Danish pastries. The drinks were great too, and the coffee was quite tasty. As someone who really enjoys breakfast, I was very satisfied. I also enjoyed the view from my Room, and the staff were kind and helpful.

    Overall, it was good value for money and I was satisfied. I assumed “directly connected to the station” meant it would be very close, but it was farther than expected, which was the only downside. (However, I later confirmed that it is listed as a 10-minute walk from the station.) The Facility were average, but the staff were excellent. In particular, the kindness and warm smile of the foreign female staff member who assisted me at checkout at 5:00 a.m. were perfect.

    The Room has been renovated and is stylish.

    Three of us stayed here with friends. The Room had been renovated, was very clean, and the design was absolutely charming! We also had breakfast, and it was fun and delicious—there were lots of sides to enjoy with rice, and we could even make our own mini seafood bowl.

    Stylish and comfortable

    This was my first stay. Since the Room had been newly renovated, everything—including the bathroom facilities—was clean, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt perfectly cozy and easy to relax in, and not only were the colors and interior stylish, but the spacious bathroom and vanity area were also very comfortable. I also had breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety—from stylish Greek yogurt and acai options to a seafood rice bowl. I’d love to make another Reservation!

    Beyond expectations

    This was my first time staying here. I arrived at night, and the exterior illuminations were beautiful—impressive even before I went inside. I got a little lost on the way from the underground parking to the front desk, but there were both self check-in and staffed check-in counters. When I was unsure at the self check-in, a staff member quickly offered help, which was reassuring. The Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Right after arriving, I used the restaurant for the complimentary drinks, but it wasn’t very clear what was free and what required an extra charge, so I had to ask each time. I saw other guests looking confused as well, so it would be helpful if this information were provided in writing. As for breakfast, I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one was by far the best. There was a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, plus trendy acai bowls—I had a pleasant and enjoyable morning. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Stylish Hotel Near the Station

    I had the opportunity to visit Saitama on a business trip and stayed here! The Room was very stylish, and the atmosphere was far beyond what I expected from the exterior—it really got me excited! I also had breakfast, and there was a great variety, including trendy options like acai, so I was very satisfied! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Saitama!

    We stayed on the 13t...

    We stayed on the 13th floor, and the Room was spacious enough for the three of us (my wife and our 4-year-old son) to relax comfortably. The interior was stylish too, and my wife loved it. Free parking was included. We chose a Plan with complimentary drinks from check-in until 21:30, and being able to have alcohol as well was fantastic. We also had dinner there and it was delicious. I wonder if non-staying guests come too? We stayed on a Sunday and it was fully booked. I can see why—it really was that good. (At check-in, it seemed like some guests who weren’t staying were there for afternoon tea.) Spacious Room, great food, complimentary drinks (including alcohol), interior design, amenities, and free parking— with all of that included at this price, my wife and I agreed it felt like an amazing deal. When the Hotel and food are good, the whole trip feels better, doesn’t it? We visited The Railway Museum in Omiya, and if anyone around me ever goes there, I’d strongly recommend this Hotel! I don’t usually write Reviews—and honestly I’m the type who finds it a hassle—but I just had to write this one lol Also, the service was excellent! It wasn’t us, but when a man at the counter ordered a bottled Guinness and they opened it, it overflowed… I thought “oh no,” but first the staff member behind the counter responded immediately. Then someone else came over to take his coat and explain something… And then another person (I think) came again to give a further explanation/apology and handed him something as an apology gesture. With that level of care, I don’t think anyone would get upset lol
