    Everything was spotl...

    Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was also incredibly lavish! I was busy with personal plans in the evening and couldn’t make it to the bar, which I really regret—so next time I’d like to stay again and take my time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    It became a wonderful memory.

    We stayed with our 3- and 1-year-old, and we’re glad we chose this Hotel. You take off your shoes before entering the Room, which was reassuring and very helpful for our 1-year-old who still crawls. The lovely interior was very relaxing! (Though we did notice a bit of dust in the washroom…) There weren’t many children and it felt generally quiet, but thank you to all the restaurant staff for being so kind to us. We chose the free-flow Plan, so my husband—who loves drinks—was thrilled. Considering the price range as well, this is a Hotel we’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

    A Hotel where you can relax in a wonderful space

    It was a spacious, quiet Room on a high floor with a great view. We enjoyed using the smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. Drinks in the refrigerator and certain drinks at the restaurant were complimentary, and the food at the beautifully designed restaurant was also excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; in particular, the seafood rice bowls, pancakes, Danish pastries, and fruits such as oranges, melon, bananas, and avocados were delicious. The front desk and restaurant staff provided very polite and pleasant service. We would like to stay again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I was on a business trip from Nagoya. I’m tired of how expensive Hotels in central Tokyo have become. I usually stay around Kioicho, but even on weekdays it costs twice as much and the Rooms are smaller. That’s when I found this place through a Diamond Member–only offer. At first I wasn’t sure about the distance from Tokyo Station, but it was well worth it. They upgraded my Room to 27 m², which felt spacious and very relaxing. It was a bit disappointing that toiletries (especially cleansing products) weren’t provided, but there was a convenience store on the second floor, which helped. The front desk service was good and check-in/out went smoothly. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower pressure was strong—this is exactly what you want from a Japanese Hotel. Next time, I’d like to stay with my family (I saw that parking is free). It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but you can come along the concourse most of the way, so it should be fine for my mother-in-law using a wheelchair as well. Perfect for a trip where you want to relax at the Hotel. Thank you very much.

    When I opened the Room, there was a sewage smell.

    I made a Reservation for an anniversary, but the noise from the next Room ruined it. I requested a quiet Room because it was a special occasion, but it didn’t help. I was disappointed by the inconsistent response depending on the Hotel. The staff were nice, but overall it was very disappointing. The Onsen belongs to a sports club and was out of order, so we couldn’t use it. Perhaps because the Hotel is old, I wouldn’t recommend it for an anniversary. For a regular stay, it’s inexpensive, so you may be able to tolerate it.

    We had a wonderful time.

    The male staff at the front desk were very polite and wonderful, both at check-in and check-out. The Room was clean, and there was always an outlet exactly where I needed one, which was very convenient. The Room I chose didn’t have a bathtub, which was a bit disappointing, but the amenities, drinks in the refrigerator, and bottled water were provided, so I could rest quietly and comfortably. I used the free-flow service and really enjoyed the alcohol. I was captivated by how beautifully the man at the bar counter moved his hands as he quickly prepared drinks. Everything was so well organized. I’d like to stay again. Thank you for such a lovely and comfortable time.

    The Great Day of Engraving

    This is my third stay. Thank you for the Room with a great view. For this price range, it is an exceptionally good-value Hotel even compared across the whole country. In the past, it felt like the younger staff were rushing around, but this time that was no longer the case, so I believe the quality of service has improved. I would like to stay here again when I visit Saitama.

    Thank you for your consideration in making the Room comfortable. I would like to share a few concerns. The bathtub drainage was extremely poor, and unless I turned off the water several times to let it drain, the water built up enough to cover my feet, which was unpleasant. Also, the water flow at the sink was very weak, so everything took a long time. This may have been limited to the Room we stayed in this time, but I believe improvements would make for a much more comfortable stay.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    Conveniently located close to central Tokyo. I used the free-flow plan and arrived around 17:40. The alcoholic drinks (especially the original lemon sour and gin and tonic) and soft drinks (especially the guava juice) were delicious, and being able to enjoy them from check-in until 21:30 was really exciting. All of the food was tasty as well—especially the pasta and French fries. However, what was truly disappointing was how slow the service was. The first draft beer I ordered took far too long. The fries also didn’t arrive for quite a while, so I asked whether my order had gone through; they were brought out immediately after that, but they were somewhat cold, which made me wonder if they had been forgotten before being delivered. After that, I ordered drinks several more times, but everything took a long time to arrive. Even though the food is great, I wanted to enjoy it with drinks, yet they simply weren’t served in time. The delays were unbelievably frustrating. The restaurant wasn’t even that crowded—why was it like this? Even more surprising: at breakfast, it seemed there may have been some kind of issue because the rice wasn’t cooked properly. Overall, both dinner and breakfast service felt poorly managed. It’s a shame because all of the food itself was delicious.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. The service was good, but at the restaurant, perhaps due to being short-staffed, our order took a long time to arrive. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and satisfying.

    A hotel worth staying at again

    This is a Hotel where I always have a comfortable stay. The lobby smells wonderful, and the free-flow drinks are a great service. The restaurant in the Hotel also serves delicious food, and I use it every time. I hope to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The meals are exceptionally delicious.

    We stayed as three generations of our family. Both Rooms were spacious corner Rooms, and we could see several railway lines below—our grandchildren, who love trains, were thrilled. We had Western-style meals for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. At dinner, they also offered a children’s plate with a great variety of items like an adult meal, which we were very satisfied with. The food tasted wonderful as well. While we waited, they even provided coloring sheets so the children wouldn’t get bored, and our grandchildren happily focused on coloring. They were very kind to our grandchildren and helped our whole family relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet also had a wide selection with authentic flavors throughout. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It felt special.

    Last time I stayed in a Standard Room, so this time on the Grand Floor I was able to relax, and the Room, extended stay time, and perks were all excellent. However, the free-flow perk offered only a very limited selection, and since I cannot drink alcohol at all, there were only soft drinks available, which was very disappointing. It would have been nice to have at least a small selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. I hope you will consider this in the future.

    We had a very relaxing stay.

    I stayed here for work. The Room was spacious, and above all, the staff always greeted me with a smile, which really put me at ease. I was able to relax and spend my time comfortably. The amenities smelled wonderful, and the free-flow drinks were delicious, which helped me feel refreshed between work commitments—I truly appreciated it. I would love to stay again even if I’m not working nearby.

    This was my second stay. Thank you again for arranging accessible parking. Since I was on the free-flow Plan, I was able to enjoy drinks including alcohol from check-in, which was very refreshing on a hot day. As we had an early departure the next day, we decided to have an early dinner together and asked at the restaurant; there was a wide variety of menu options and we were satisfied. The location is excellent, and I’m looking forward to trying a Plan with breakfast next time.

    We would love to stay here again.

    It’s a bit far from the station, but I was very satisfied. First of all, every staff member was friendly and welcoming with a smile. The Room was spacious, and the bath and toilet were separate, which made it very convenient. Everything felt new and was spotless. Having a chair in the washroom was also helpful, and there was a reading light as well—since I like to read during my Hotel stays, that was much appreciated. The refrigerator had complimentary drinks: two beers, two bottles of delicious fresh juice, and two bottles of mineral water were already stocked inside. In addition, two more bottles of room-temperature mineral water were provided, which made me happy. The toilet also had automatic flushing, and I was surprised to hear birdsong while using it. I chose a Plan with free-flow drinks at the on-site restaurant Sereno, so I used it right after check-in and again at dinner time—the food was excellent as well. The restaurant atmosphere was lovely too. The standout is breakfast. I made my own seafood bowl with salmon roe, minced tuna (negitoro), and whole sweet shrimp with heads on—it was fantastic. The fruit selection—melon, bananas, kiwi, blueberries—was all delicious, and I enjoyed topping my pancakes with fruit as well. You can even have sparkling wine in the morning. I liked it so much that I already made another Reservation for September. I’ve found a favorite Hotel that I want to stay at again and again.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for one night, and the staff were always smiling and efficient, which was great. The Accommodation itself isn’t brand-new, but it was well cleaned, so I felt comfortable staying there. Breakfast was delicious as well. The staff there were also always smiling and efficient, which I appreciated. The Omiya Napolitan and acai bowl were especially tasty. It’s a bit of a walk from the station (about 7–8 minutes?), but the route is along a covered deck, so it seems fine even on rainy days. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Relaxing at its best.

    Stayed near my workplace to watch the World Cup match against Brazil. Both the room and the restaurant were great. It would have been even better if we hadn’t lost.

    Trip with my wife

    I stayed here to enjoy a relaxing vacation with my wife. We enjoyed delicious drinks at the bar with a great atmosphere and spent a leisurely time there. It’s a very relaxing Hotel, and I will visit again.

    I liked it so much t...

    I liked it so much that I stayed two months in a row. The first stay was Monday–Tuesday, and this time Sunday–Monday. It’s close to home, but the atmosphere of the guest room and the Diamond member benefits were very appealing, so I returned. This time, however, the restaurant was quite crowded, so I couldn’t enjoy the free-flow in a relaxed setting. When I asked a staff member, they said it’s always busy from Friday to Sunday, so if I stay on a weekend next time, I’m considering choosing a Plan without free-flow. I also noticed a couple of Facility issues this time. The refrigerator barely worked, and the air conditioner wasn’t stable. Neither was an issue during my previous stay, so it may have been just bad luck. I hope everything will be fine next time. That said, the complimentary juices in the refrigerator included with the Plan were delicious—so fresh they tasted like they’d just been picked. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t too crowded, and it was nice to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. Breakfast includes salmon roe (the portions are small) and acai bowls that are popular with women as well. Personally, I recommend Omiya Napolitan pasta. I’d like to stay again just for breakfast.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I was able to relax comfortably with a Grand King room on a high floor and complimentary minibar. I think it would be even better if the bathtub were a bit longer. Considering that the Hotel is new, the value for money is excellent. I would like to stay again.

    This was my first stay. It’s a Hotel with a wonderful atmosphere, and there is also parking. My husband got carried away and ended up drunk outside, and he couldn’t make it back to our Room for quite some time, causing you a great deal of trouble. You kindly guided us back to the Room with such care, which truly helped us. I sincerely thank you for your hospitality. Breakfast the next morning was all very delicious. Since my husband caused inconvenience, I’m not sure it’s appropriate to say this, but if you would forgive us, we would love to stay again.

    As we arrived quite late, it ended up being just a place to sleep. The Facility feels a bit dated. It was listed as having some issues, but perhaps because the day was good, we didn’t notice any noise. Breakfast was enjoyable and tasty, and it was fun that we could make an acai bowl. We traveled by car, and the parking lot was easy to enter, which was nice. It’s a star-rated Hotel, so I was surprised that women’s amenities (such as skincare like lotion) were charged separately, but they felt good to use, so I think it worked out well. This was my first time staying overnight in Saitama.

    I stayed at a Hotel I’d been curious about for a while for the first time, with a Plan that included free minibar and free-flow drinks. It feels like I’ve found a new favorite Hotel! The website said the free-flow was available “as long as time allows,” but at check-in I was told it was limited to “up to 2 hours per visit.” If it’s your first time using the free-flow and you expect something like a lounge where you can relax without watching the clock, it may feel a bit different. It was slightly disappointing that there are no light snacks like in a lounge, but being able to use the free-flow even during meals at the restaurant is a big plus. This time we had dinner at the restaurant and then enjoyed the free-flow right after—very satisfying. The room had great interior design and felt comfortable overall. Maybe because of the layout, it felt more spacious than the listed size. The minibar included two juices and two alcoholic drinks. I used this stay as a quick change of pace with my girlfriend nearby, and surprisingly, having an “escape” just 20 minutes from home was really nice. Even meeting up after work, we could enjoy dinner at the restaurant while making use of the free-flow, which I truly appreciated. The staff were polite and made my stay very pleasant. Thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail, I felt comfortable enjoying my first stay here. Highly recommended especially for Diamond members. With member benefits we received an upgrade, and checkout was extended until 1:00 PM so we could take our time. I liked it so much that next time I plan to stay here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I’ve already completed next month’s Reservation. I’m looking forward to it—thank you again!

    Very satisfied!

    From Saitama-Shintoshin Station, you can enter the building from the second floor via the pedestrian deck through the office district. It was disappointing that there was no clear sign for the front desk and I had to wander around, but otherwise I was very satisfied. The interior seemed to have been refreshed with the rebranding and was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which I really enjoyed. With high ceilings and a spacious feel, it was a pleasant dining experience. Excellent value for money!

    The free-flow drinks at the restaurant are fun.

    The Room had a very sophisticated interior and was spacious. I was told, “Unfortunately we are fully booked today, so we can’t upgrade your Room,” but it was more than good enough as it was. For dinner, since the free-flow option was included, we ate at the restaurant. The highballs and gin and tonics were excellent, and whenever my glass was empty they promptly checked in with me; I even ordered an extra pasta dish and was completely satisfied. I also considered breakfast, but when I thought about paying the same price as this dinner for breakfast, I hesitated. I love Hotel breakfasts, so I wish there were a more guest-friendly option for Accommodation guests. Since my family loves saunas, we also used Central Sports’ pool and large public bath, but it did feel dated. We were lucky with the weather, the view from the high floor was great, and it was an enjoyable stay overall. Thank you for taking care of us.

    I stayed here during Golden Week. I arrived well before check-in and went to the front desk to ask if I could at least leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was already ready, so I was able to relax in the Room sooner than expected. Even though it was fully booked for Golden Week, it never felt crowded, and with four elevators available, I could use them almost privately most of the time—making my stay stress-free. There is a convenience store in the building, and there are plenty of restaurants and pharmacies nearby, so the location is very convenient. They offer various types of Rooms and Plans, so it was great to be able to choose a Plan that suited my needs. The on-site parking was also very helpful for us traveling from out of town. There seem to be many more attractions nearby, so I’d like to visit again for sightseeing as well.
