I visit Hokkaido 2-3 times a year and often stay in Sapporo, but since many hotels near the station were fully booked, I chose this Hotel based on good Reviews. Although check-in could be done via QR code and I registered in advance, the QR code disappeared when it was time to check in, so I had to re-enter my information. Despite specifying "2 females" during the Reservation process, staff assumed we were male based on appearance. While there was an explanation about Facility usage, there was no guidance regarding the elevators. The Facility is newly opened but has a step in the toilet area that seems inconvenient for elderly guests. The cups had an oily film that made me uncomfortable, so I washed them again at the sink. There was long hair left on the sofa which felt unpleasant. The sauna was relaxing; however, I don't think I'll use this Hotel again.
