    First Stay

Choosing a Hotel a little away from Sapporo Station was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member provided outstanding service. A perfect 5 out of 5 is well deserved. I will definitely make a Reservation again when visiting Sapporo. Thank you for the wonderful space.

You may stay in your Room wear.

The best part was being able to walk around the property in loungewear without wearing shoes. It was also relaxing to walk barefoot in the Room, just like at home. The lounge had chaise-style seating as well, so I could unwind. The bath area was not very crowded, and I was able to enjoy the sauna at a leisurely pace. I would definitely love to stay again.

    Satisfied with everything

The Room was great. The sauna and Onsen were great. Check-in was smooth. It’s also close to the town center. A Hotel we were completely satisfied with.

We stayed here as a family.

The Room had a sauna, so we could use it whenever we liked. The Room was also spacious, and the tatami flooring made it easy for our child to spend time comfortably. Of course, we were comfortable as well. We could relax in the lounge, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. This is an Accommodation we’d like to visit again.

    The sauna is excellent.

I stayed in a room with a sauna, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The lounge was also quiet and wonderful. Thank you very much.

    It was a relaxing Hotel!

I chose a Plan with lounge access because I wanted to relax with a drink after the sauna. The bath had calm downlighting, creating a soothing atmosphere where I could soak at ease. The water felt silky, and the temperature was just right. The sauna was excellent as well—I worked up a good sweat and felt truly refreshed afterward. The beer after the sauna was delicious, and there were various light snacks, so I really enjoyed it. The lounge was so comfortable that I could have stayed there forever. I also appreciated the miso ramen served from 9:00 p.m., and it was very tasty. In the morning lounge, there were croissants that worked as a substitute for breakfast, and they were delicious too. The morning bath felt great, and afterward I was able to relax in the lounge again. I’ve stayed at many Hotels in Sapporo, but from now on this will probably be my only choice. Next time, I’d like to visit with a Plan that includes breakfast.

    Neither good nor bad.

Late-night ramen I really enjoyed the breakfast and meals; everything was delicious. The luggage storage lockers were well maintained and very easy to use. Do you also offer bicycle rentals? There were a few bikes at the front desk, but there was no explanation. Many of the Facilities, including the bath area, are designed with a dark atmosphere, so it was hard to tell whether they were clean or not. It was nice that I could use the lounge on the 10th floor without feeling self-conscious. Since drinks such as beer are all-you-can-drink, it’s recommended for those who enjoy alcohol. As for service, I felt there were differences among staff—perhaps because it’s more modern in style. Maybe they thought no one was watching, but when I arrived at the 1st floor by elevator, a front desk staff member was casually leaning on their elbows and using their phone. It made me feel that this may be an era where it’s difficult to expect service like a top-class Hotel from younger people today.

There are only two elevators, and during peak times (meals, bathing, check-in, and check-out) we had to let several go by multiple times. I was also surprised that they are shared with service freight. Everything feels cramped, and I won’t use this place again.

    Simple, natural modern style

A clean, uncluttered Hotel in natural wood tones and earthy colors. I stayed three nights solo in a Superior Double. The Room has a simple design with minimal decoration, and it felt comfortable to me. There are no unnecessary signs, guidebooks, or sightseeing flyers—everything is nicely streamlined. Amenities include canned mineral water and powdered tea, but no coffee. If you want to enjoy more of the Hotel experience, the idea seems to be to use the paid lounge. A few points I noticed: the grass-colored rubber sandals (for going to the public bath) felt slightly lacking in cleanliness; I would have preferred separate Hotel slippers for indoor use. Also, the plastic string basket provided for carrying items to the public bath looks cheap in both material and design—I wondered if there was no better option. The anti-slip surface on the bathtub floor is not very effective; it can be slippery if you stand toward the front, so caution is needed. The Dyson hair dryer in the public bath is stylish and nice, but I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature or airflow settings. Overall, I like its simple design policy with no wasteful extras, so it’s a Hotel I’d happily return to.

Everything is excellent except for the location.

Located in part of a building such as an apartment complex a little away from Susukino. It’s close—about a 4–5 minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station—but the location was a bit hard to find. The building is new and clean. By completing the online pre-check-in in advance, there was no paperwork at the front desk, and I was able to check in smoothly by paying only the Hot Spring Tax. The Room has an almost single-person sauna, which I used; it takes just under an hour to reach the right temperature, but I enjoyed it. The lounge is available from 7:00 to 23:00 and offers drinks (including alcohol) and light snacks, which was also great. I didn’t use the sauna in the large public bath, but it looked like it had a nice atmosphere as well. Breakfast at the restaurant (which I also used for the free late-night ramen) is simple but offers a wide variety, including Hokkaido flavors. Since I fully enjoyed Hokkaido cuisine at dinner in Susukino, this offered better value than staying at a Ryokan with dinner and breakfast included for one night.

    A bit disappointing.

If you expect a Hotel-like experience, it may feel different. The elevator is slow, and there is no parking. Overall, the Room was dusty. The staff service felt inattentive to guests.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Susukino

I stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay at Hotels and Ryokans about 70 nights a year for travel and work. When visiting Sapporo for business, I chose this Accommodation and booked a Room with a private sauna. Location: It’s a bit of a walk from the center of Susukino, in a residential area. You could also say it’s nice and quiet. A convenience store is nearby. Room: Simple interiors typical of Solare. Fully renovated and finished beautifully. Shared Facility: I drove, but only standard-sized cars can fit. I parked at a nearby lot instead. It was very snowy, so clearing snow off the car the next morning was tough. Dining: The seating layout doesn’t feel well planned—there are unnecessarily spacious areas mixed with uncomfortable seats. The service staff still have room to improve, and it wasn’t clear where reception was. The menu shows ambition to serve good food, but from a guest’s perspective there are many points to question. Overall satisfaction: Since it has just opened, it feels like an Hotel that will improve over time. If you don’t mind the location, it offers good value for money.

    Comfortable Stay

The facility was clean with a large public bath, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The meals were delicious, making for a pleasant stay. There is also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The hotel staff provided smooth service, and I would like to stay here again.

    All set!

This is my second visit. The sauna room has high humidity due to the auto löyly, and I started sweating immediately. After the cold water bath, the outdoor air bath was refreshing and comfortable, even in sub-zero temperatures. Last time, there were sandals in the outdoor air bath area, but this time they were not available, so my feet felt a bit cold.

    Standard cars are inconvenient.

The Hotel parking lot cannot accommodate large vehicles. Nearby parking options are limited, and you may have to park far away, which is very inconvenient. Maybe I'll take the train next time... or maybe there won't be a next time!

Sauna, breakfast, and late-night miso ramen are our top recommendations.

A renovated Hotel originally operated as Toyoko Inn. Opened in April 2025, it has been fully refurbished and feels almost brand new. The earth-tone design is stylish yet subtle, appealing to a wide range of guests. Guest rooms feature desks, which are convenient for business travelers. While the guest room bathrooms are modern unit baths, most guests prefer the large public bath facilities. The public bath includes a spacious sauna with an automatic löyly system, a cold plunge pool, and an outdoor relaxation area. The custom-designed chairs for cooling down have a unique shape but may not suit all body types comfortably. Guests can also enjoy complimentary miso ramen after their sauna session—a delightful addition to the experience. The breakfast buffet offers classic dishes made with local ingredients, adding a special touch. For this price range, the quality is exceptionally high. The location is convenient with a nearby convenience store and within walking distance of entertainment districts (weather permitting).

    Quiet!

It seems like it might have been an apartment before, but now it's a Hotel! The location was a bit tricky to find. However, it was close to Susukino and easy to walk back, which was convenient! The bath and sauna were nice, but it was crowded in the morning so I left quickly. The Room was compact but perfect for just sleeping! I’ll visit again!

    A Relaxing Hotel

I stayed in a Premier Twin Room for four nights. Both the large public bath and the room's private bath provided an excellent relaxing space. The lounge was also a calm and pleasant area. The Hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close to Sapporo's bustling downtown and tourist spots, which I enjoyed exploring on foot. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

I want to visit next winter.

I stayed for 4 nights from September 12th. The accommodation seems to have been renovated from a condominium, and the layout was very convenient. Although there was no service elevator, encountering workers coming down from the lounge during checkout added a unique charm. It was a clean hotel and very comfortable to stay in. The large public bath and sauna were great, as well as the complimentary "Good Night Miso Ramen" and breakfast that gave a taste of Hokkaido. It's close to Susukino, and the bus access from the airport is convenient, so I would like to use it again when I visit Hokkaido next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Quail Egg Over Rice

The breakfast at Accommodation Danseki was a delightful surprise, featuring many local specialties unique to Hokkaido, such as haskap jam and raw quail eggs from Muroran Uzura Farm. However, the lack of detailed descriptions left some guests unaware of their value. Adding brief explanations without disrupting the chic atmosphere could enhance satisfaction. For example: "Raw quail eggs for rice bowls, raised by Hokkaido's only dedicated quail farmer with special feed and care to eliminate any distinctive odor." "Haskap berries that grow naturally only in Russia and Tomakomai wetlands." Additionally, some guests struggled with using the specialized scissors for cutting raw quail eggs due to a lack of instructions. Providing clear guidance would help avoid such issues. The lounge offering paper cups for taking drinks back to your room was a nice touch. However, clearer notifications about bringing towels to the public bath would be helpful; I missed this detail despite checking the room guide and went unprepared. Thankfully, when I mentioned this at reception, the staff kindly assisted me. I look forward to staying here again!

    Despite being within...

Despite being within walking distance of the downtown area, it was a very quiet location, allowing for a peaceful stay. The Room was very clean and had a sense of cleanliness. There was also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The bathroom was slightly dimly lit, making it difficult to see for my visually impaired father, which seemed to scare him. The Room wear had knee-length pants, which seemed embarrassing for elderly guests. There was free ramen provided at night, and it was very delicious. It is a Hotel I would recommend to friends!

    Escon Viewing 2025

The Facility seems to have been renovated, but there was nothing particularly impressive. As a Business Hotel, it was good, but for sightseeing purposes, the distance from the station was a bit inconvenient. This might have been due to my lack of prior research. It was nice that loungewear was provided.

Stayed one night with my grandchild.

    Hotel!?

When I told the taxi driver the name of your Hotel, he said he didn't know it, but when I gave him the address, he said, "Oh, here it is." It really looked like a mansion! The reception staff were young and inexperienced, so I had to wait a bit. I was surprised that it was just a short walk from Susukino even though I thought it would be far! Well, I was able to relax, so thank you! I have made a Reservation for October again and hope that by then the staff will be more experienced and check-in will go smoothly!

Enjoy the Onsen, sauna, and a satisfying breakfast!

Arrived by car at 8 PM in heavy rain, but the partnered parking lot was full. The staff kindly guided us to nearby parking options. The Onsen featured soft lighting and a soothing hinoki aroma, while the Finnish-style sauna with self-loyly delighted my sauna-loving husband. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with stylish presentation, including salads, making it easy to enjoy a hearty meal in the morning. I would love to stay at this Hotel again if given the chance.

    The Best Stay in Sapporo!

I stayed at this truly wonderful hotel during my trip to Sapporo. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Susukino, making it easy to find dinner spots. The highlight of my stay was definitely the sauna. Having a private sauna in the room that I could enjoy at any time was the ultimate luxury. The accommodation also features a large public bath with a sauna, cold plunge pool, and an outdoor relaxation area that left me feeling completely refreshed both physically and mentally. After bathing, I enjoyed complimentary ramen provided by the hotel—a perfect bowl that hit the spot after drinks. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and I especially appreciated the salad bar filled with fresh vegetables. With its excellent location, amazing sauna facilities, and delicious meals, this was an absolutely satisfying stay. It’s a place I’d love to make my go-to accommodation whenever visiting Sapporo!

    The sauna is excellent.

As expected from the supervision of Totonoe Oyakata, the sauna was excellent! It was relatively spacious, equipped with an auto löyly system, and had a proper relaxation area. There were reviews mentioning no clock, but a 15-minute hourglass was installed, so it seems to have been improved. The room was also relatively spacious and comfortable compared to older business hotel doubles. However, it would have been nice to have a separate towel for the restroom. While many hotels don't provide this, having one separately would be more hygienic and appreciated. Lastly, I think the check-in system could be simplified a bit more. The process of going from the front desk to the self-check-in machine felt redundant. For those familiar with it, just using the self-check-in machine should suffice.

    Chiharu Matsuyama Concert 2025

I stayed for one night in a Room with a private sauna. The layout of the Room was spacious and comfortable, and being able to use the sauna 24/7 was fantastic. The lounge area was also relaxing and enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that beer was sold out and light snacks were unavailable during late hours. Unfortunately, I missed the late-night ramen as I returned after 11 PM due to an extended live event, which was very disappointing. Regarding amenities, as a sauna enthusiast, having more towels available would greatly enhance the experience and make it even more enjoyable. While many places have similar amenity offerings nowadays, focusing on improving this aspect could be a way to stand out.
