    As it’s a new Hotel,...

    As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

    A new and spotless Hotel.

    I stayed here for an errand in Minato Mirai. The location was excellent, and the property was new, functional, and very comfortable. However, as soon as I entered the Room, I noticed a spice-like smell. It stopped bothering me quickly, but perhaps it’s unavoidable since it’s a Room with a kitchen. I didn’t use the washing machine this time, but I’d like to stay here again when I visit for a longer stay. The breakfast rice and miso soup were very delicious.

    Birthday Celebration

    This was my first stay. The Residence Twin room was very spacious, and the view was great—I could see the Skytree and the Shin-Yokohama area. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, with a chair provided, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice to have a scale and some plastic wrap. I had a wonderful and relaxing three-night stay and was able to celebrate my birthday nicely. I was also very happy to receive a gift. Breakfast was delicious as well.\nNext time, I’d like to stay with my children too.

    A newly opened, beautiful Hotel

    It was very convenient, with access directly from the 2nd floor of NEWoMan Yokohama at Yokohama Station. The Hotel was new and clean, and the Room was very comfortable, so I had a great time with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept soundly. I had breakfast at the Hotel the next morning and was very satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a Hotel near Yokohama Station.

    The bath was great.

    I stayed here for a live show at K-Arena. The Room has a bathtub. The Room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the bathtub was wide and luxurious. The amenities were more than sufficient. I thought it might be a bit of a splurge, but I had a stress-free stay, so I’m glad I chose this place. The convenience store felt a little far away. The station is close, there are many train lines, and it’s convenient for getting anywhere.

    Clean and conveniently located near the station.

    Although it is close to the station, I got a bit lost because I am not familiar with Yokohama. There is almost no reception; check-in is done via a self-service payment machine, but staff are nearby, so it feels reassuring. The stylish sofa seating in the front area was nice. You can enjoy bread from The City Bakery. The Room was clean and spacious for a Business Hotel. As it is a new Hotel, it felt very comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    When I informed them...

    When I informed them that my arrival might be delayed due to transportation disruptions, they communicated it properly, and even though it was late at night, they assisted me courteously, which was very helpful. I truly appreciated being able to check in smoothly after arriving tired.

    It was a better Hotel than I expected!

    Made a same-day Reservation. It’s very conveniently located with direct access to Yokohama Station. The entrance, the lobby area you’d expect in a typical Hotel, and the reception were all very stylish. Also, since it’s in a building that anyone can enter, I appreciated that the elevator only operates with a Room key. The Room was very clean and practical. Breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but for Japanese-style breakfast you can choose the main dish, and there were plenty of small side dishes—overall very satisfying.

    It was a very clean ...

    It was a very clean and stylish Hotel conveniently located near the station. The bathroom and washbasin area were spacious and comfortable. The sofa was roomy enough for two people to sit and enjoy tea, and the bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would love to stay here again when I visit Yokohama. The only slight disappointment was the view from the Room. Since we were in Yokohama, it would have been a perfect stay if the view had been better.

    I believe the Hotel itself is new, and the Room was also clean and comfortable. Also, breakfast was served at Suju Dining, a well-known Japanese restaurant: you choose and order one main dish, and then you can enjoy as many side dishes in small bowls as you like. Everything tasted excellent. When I stay in Yokohama again, I would like to use this Hotel again.

    Simple, but all the essential services are provided.

    Although it is on the west exit side, the location is convenient and close to Yokohama Station. There was no excessive attention, but all necessary services were provided. It felt like seeing a “new era Hotel” designed to cope with future labor shortages. My Room was on the 10th floor on the east side (Yokohama Station side), and I did not notice any outside noise. Instead, I could see a beautiful sunrise, and at night I even saw large fireworks—perhaps there was a port festival. What I liked most about the Room was that the bathroom had a washing area and a bathing chair. Since we stayed 2 nights and 3 days, we requested: “We don’t want staff to enter the Room, but we would like towels and pajamas replaced.” In that case, if we left the items to be replaced next to the door, they put fresh ones in a bag and hung it on the doorknob. Meals were available in the dining area with both Japanese and Western options, and there was also a bakery next door where you could buy bread and sandwiches. The croissants in particular were delicious. There were also various restaurants on the 2nd floor of the same building, so there were plenty of dining choices. Because we couldn’t go outside due to a typhoon, this was very helpful. Checkout was completed instantly by inserting all Room keys provided for our party into a terminal. They also helped us send luggage by courier service quickly as well. Both check-in and checkout were smooth with no waiting time. It made me feel that before opening this Hotel, they thoroughly thought through what “future Hotel services” should be like for this new style of Hotel.

    Comfortable Hotel Near Yokohama Station

    1. Convenient location: you can reach it from Yokohama Station without getting wet (the route may be a little hard to find at first). You can be on the train within 5 minutes of leaving your Room. 2. The lobby is stylish, and the Room is clean—coming back always lifts your mood. 3. Microwaves are available on every floor, and some floors also have coin laundry facilities—very convenient. You can even check availability on the TV! 4. Corner Rooms offer a city-like view through a full wall of windows, with cars on the expressway and passing trains. 5. The Room is cleaned every night of your stay. Overall, this is a Hotel I’d like to use again.

    It was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable to stay in.

    About a 5-minute walk from Yokohama Station, and the route felt safe, so I could get around with peace of mind even at night. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The tap water is filtered, so there was no need to worry about drinking water. The bedding was comfortable and didn’t cause any back pain. The gym was also clean, making the stay very pleasant. Considering the price, it’s an excellent Hotel. The only inconvenience for someone old-fashioned like me was that cash payments were not accepted. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

    A Hotel you’ll want to stay at again.

    I believe this Hotel opened around June 2024. Getting there from Yokohama Station’s North West Exit is a bit tricky, but once you come up to street level it’s easy to find. Just head toward the tall building, The Yokohama Front Tower, and you’ll arrive. The Hotel itself is new, and the Room was spotless and very clean. The sofa wasn’t sagging at all (in a good way) and felt as comfortable as brand new. I do staycations regularly, and this was the best sleep I’ve had at a Hotel in years. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the night view around Yokohama Station from the window was beautiful. I didn’t even watch TV or videos—I just relaxed while listening to healing music. Another plus was that it wasn’t noisy despite being close to the station, and I barely noticed any sound from outside or neighboring rooms. Nothing bothered me, and I didn’t feel anything was lacking. I spoke with the staff at check-in/out and when borrowing rental items, and everyone was very pleasant with wonderful smiles. After checkout, I enjoyed a delicious iced café latte at The City Bakery on the lobby floor and relaxed there as well. By the way, Hotel guests seem to get a discount at this café—just show your key card, so it’s best to go before returning it after checkout. It was so comfortable that I already made another Reservation for next time.

    Yokohama Trip

    The Hotel is conveniently located near the station. Security was well managed, and the Room was new and clean. We chose the breakfast plan; the portion size was just right for older guests, and it was delicious. It would be nice to have one more face towel per person.

    This was my first time staying here. We visited Yokohama as a family during Golden Week. The Room was spacious, and having two sinks made it very convenient. The bathroom was also roomy, and we were able to relax and warm up properly. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese set meal and enjoyed it very much. It was also a nice bonus that, thanks to the partnership with a coffee shop, we could get drinks at a discount. Next time, I’d like to try the partner restaurants as well. The Hotel staff were extremely polite and kind, which made our Golden Week even more enjoyable. I liked it so much that I signed up for the Hotel app and also made a Reservation for our summer vacation. Thank you again in advance—we look forward to staying with you again.

    A brand-new condo-style layout with clean Facilities

    We stayed as a group of five (two adults, one elementary school child, and two preschool children). Thank you for preparing a Room on the 12th floor. It was well equipped with a shoe cabinet, kitchen, medium-sized refrigerator, humidifier, and drum-type washing machine, and everything down to the details—mobile adapter, dishes and cutlery, amenities, etc.—was thoughtfully provided with nothing lacking. The sofa bed was spacious and comfortable enough with no issues at all, and we slept very well. We booked a Plan without breakfast, but we bought bread items from the attached bakery and enjoyed delicious pita sandwiches and scones in the Room at our leisure. The only things we wondered about were why check-in could not be completed at the machine and had to be handled at the counter, and that there didn’t seem to be any seating or waiting space for guests checking in (the tables and chairs in the front area appeared to be for bakery customers). Overall, however, it was a very good stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I felt reassured bec...

    I felt reassured because the website said it was just a few minutes’ walk from Yokohama Station, but the moment I left the station I got lost and ended up wandering for about 30 minutes… In the end, I never figured out which route was actually the shortest. Also, the vending machine floor and the laundry room floor are separate, and it was a bit unclear whether you can get to the vending machines from the laundry floor. It’s convenient that drinking water comes from the tap, but personally I prefer properly chilled water, so having bottled water would be appreciated. The Hotel itself was very clean, spacious enough for three people to relax comfortably, and with large windows it felt open and pleasant.

    I made a same-day Reservation at short notice. Because I ended up checking in close to midnight, the entrance was a bit hard to find and I got slightly lost. Once inside the Hotel, it was truly comfortable, and I’m glad I stayed here. From the stylish front desk area to the Room, everything was excellent—the Room was spacious enough, and both the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The pajamas were also very comfortable. Breakfast was high quality and satisfying. The bakery inside the Hotel was also delicious, both in appearance and taste. I felt it offered great value for the price, and I would like to stay again.

    It was a nice Hotel—conveniently located near Yokohama Station.

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to the station, the breakfast is delicious, the Room is clean, and the price is reasonable. It was exactly as expected and very comfortable. I also appreciated that the bath and toilet are separate, and both are slightly spacious and easy to use. I was traveling alone, but I was able to relax and had a wonderful stay.

    Very good, but hard to understand.

    Although the home base is Yokohama, it was difficult to reach the Hotel. The location was hard to find, the parking was confusing, the elevator was hard to locate, and even after reaching the Room floor, the layout felt like a maze. Other than that, it is a very good Hotel. The access is excellent for business in Yokohama. I won’t get lost from the second time onward, so I will stay again.

    A Stress-Free Hotel Near the Station

    I stayed here with my daughter on the day we went to the XG concert at K-Arena. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took our time getting ready, and when we went down to the lobby floor, a male staff member spoke to us. When I asked for directions to K-Arena, he told us that the Hotel’s taxi stand is in a spot that’s a bit hard to find, so we were able to take taxis smoothly both ways. The Hotel’s lobby is on the 4th floor, and there are various cafes and restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floors, which was very convenient. It was a little hard to find how to get to the Hotel at first, but once you know it, I think it’s in a great location. There are bookshelves and sofas on both sides of the entrance and on the lobby floor, with a cafe area in front that looked very appealing. For breakfast you can choose Western or Japanese style, and it was nice that you could freely choose from the small side dishes regardless of which set you picked. The steamed white rice was especially delicious. The Room also had a lovely interior where I could truly relax. If you want to stay near Yokohama Station, I think this is a convenient and stress-free Hotel.

    Overall, I was very satisfied!

    Twin room. Conveniently located near the station, the room was clean and spacious enough to accommodate two suitcases with ease. There was also a stand for small bags and other belongings, making it very comfortable. The staff kindly accepted our luggage for storage after check-out, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama Station. Thank you!

    The facility is clean.

    The Facility is new, clean, and well-maintained. The Room was spacious with a large TV and a humidifying air purifier, making it very clean and comfortable to stay in. Amenities were provided, but having a hairband or shower cap for face washing would be helpful. Breakfast was Japanese-style at Suju Dining. You could choose your main dish while side dishes and drinks were served buffet-style. Both the rice and miso soup were delicious. Check-in was easy with just scanning a QR code, and check-out was smooth using the remote control. I would love to stay here again!

    If your budget allows, a Hotel ideal for long-term stays.

    Spacious Room with plenty of space to store items. There was a sofa separate from the bed, making it very comfortable and relaxing. Since it was winter this time, the bathroom and toilet were completely separate, which was truly convenient. Next to the room with the toilet, there was a door leading not directly to the bath but to a washbasin/dressing area → another door → bathtub. The toilet had its own separate placement, which made it extremely comfortable. If I had any requests, it would be for a simple chair in the dressing area where I could sit and dry my hair after bathing (this time I used a round stool from the bedroom). Also, since the mirror in the dressing/washbasin area felt slightly far away, having an additional tabletop mirror would have been helpful. If budget allows, this is definitely a Room where I'd love to stay for an extended period! I'll work hard so I can stay here again!

    Staff, location, cleanliness, and facilities are all excellent!

    Located just a few minutes from Yokohama Station, the building housing the hotel also features restaurants, shops, and a nearby supermarket where you can purchase ingredients for cooking—extremely convenient. Check-in is fully self-service, but staff are readily available to assist if needed, ensuring a smooth process. Everyone is incredibly kind and approachable, making it easy to ask any questions with confidence. The room is brand new, spotless, and boasts 110% cleanliness! Although there was a small item missing in the room upon arrival, contacting the front desk resolved it within minutes. The swift response was even more impressive than that of a five-star hotel. Guests can enjoy discounts at restaurants within The Front area of the accommodation building—a great value. The highlight is undoubtedly the view from Mequ on the 46th floor; you can see not only Yokohama but also as far as Tokyo Skytree. This stay was exceptional, and I am planning to return for another 9-night residential stay in April.

    This is my second stay as I had a great experience last time. The direct connection to the station and having restaurants within the same building is very convenient. This time, I had lunch inside and dinner at a nearby station building. I chose the same Plan with breakfast included as last time since I was curious about it. The breakfast style allowed us to select a main dish while enjoying a half-buffet option. My husband and I chose different main dishes, and both were absolutely delicious. The Room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, luggage storage was convenient—everything was perfect! From a female perspective, it would have been nice if there were amenities like hairbands or clips to tie up hair while applying makeup. One concern during breakfast: we sat at the back tables when some foreign parents with children entered what seemed like reserved private rooms multiple times—perhaps they wanted to see trains—and caused quite a disturbance for an extended period of time. It created an atmosphere where others who came for a peaceful meal felt uncomfortable; addressing such situations would be appreciated in the future.

    I always use this place when visiting Yokohama.

    This is my third stay. Conveniently located near the station, accessible without getting wet even on rainy days. Lockers are available to store luggage before check-in, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out processes are simple. The lounge café serves delicious drinks and has a great atmosphere. The Room is clean, and having separate toilet and bath facilities is a plus. Quiet environment for a relaxing stay. With Yokohama Station right below, dining options are abundant. I will continue to use this place in the future!
