    Bathroom and other ventilation fans

    The ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be used. When pressing the emergency response button, the red operation light turns on, but it does not function. Since it is a single-room structure with the toilet, it is a bit inconvenient without ventilation. Also, I believe this is an issue with the site, but I made a reservation for a separate toilet and bath as displayed in the search, yet it was in the same room. Please improve this.

    Directly connected to the station for convenience.

    It was very convenient as it is directly connected to the station. The Room was clean, and having a separate bath and toilet was nice. I wanted tissue paper in the washroom.

    Clean and New

    A modern Business Hotel with a focus on simplicity. The water is advertised as purified, so there are no bottled water provisions, but everything else necessary is available, which is fine. The Room design is simple, modern, and clean, but lacks a premium feel. It's not bad, but not exceptionally good either. Extremely ordinary. It seems to be intentionally aiming for that, and it embraces that straightforwardness. The on-site "Sujyu" offers breakfast from 6:30. Perhaps this should be promoted more.

    More than the price

    The access, price, bakery, and atmosphere were all excellent. The Room had the latest Facility, allowing me to relax as if I were at home. The breakfast was also very delicious. It's a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    There was a restaurant downstairs, which was convenient.

    It is a self check-in and check-out system, so I think you will hardly meet the staff. The Room felt more spacious than I expected. The washbasin felt small. There seems to be no parking lot, so I parked the car at a nearby JR parking lot. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable to sleep, so I would like to stay again.

    Comfortable Hotel

    There is a comfortable space 3 minutes from the North Exit. Automatic check-in is also possible with the QR code sent in advance. The Room is spacious and tidy, and both the bed and pillows are of your preferred firmness. Unless you absolutely need a large public bath, this Hotel offers great value for money, with restaurants downstairs for added convenience.

    Close to the station, the Room was new, clean, and comfortable. It's nice to have City Bakery in the building. I will use it again.

    For my first stay, I...

    For my first stay, I was satisfied with the sleep and bath, and I felt refreshed. I would like to use it again. The Simmons bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly without waking up, and the door provided a sense of calm. The bath with a washing area was convenient, spacious, and stress-free. Being able to use purified water was very reassuring, and it was great not to worry about the water. Despite being compact, I was pleased with the room's functionality, including the separate toilet.

    As it is still a new...

    As it is still a new Hotel, the front desk, lounge, and all guest rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth with panel operation, without the hassle of filling in addresses. After check-in, the front desk staff quickly provided a simple Facility tour, which left a good impression. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

    Beautiful Hotel

    I got lost on the way to the front desk, but I think the hotel's location is good. Since it hasn't been long since it opened, it was clean and the facilities like the toilets were new, allowing for a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for 5 days ...

    I stayed for 5 days before and after this trip and was very satisfied. I plan to go on a cherry blossom trip in March next year and have already made a reservation for 8 nights.

    New and comfortable

    Since it is a new Hotel, the Facility was more than adequate. Although there was no view, the bed, sofa, separate toilet, and bath were comfortable. There was plenty of space to place luggage, allowing for a spacious stay. The bath with a washing area was easy to use, and having a bath chair was also nice. A smartphone charger was provided, and there were outlets everywhere, making it very convenient. The large TV in the Room allowed us to enjoy Youtube and TVer. Check-in and check-out were done by machine, but it was clearly displayed, so there was no confusion. Also, it was reassuring to have staff nearby. For breakfast, choosing Japanese cuisine allowed us to select the main dish from three options, and we could freely choose side dishes and drinks, which was enjoyable. The City Bakery on the front floor was also convenient to use, and we were able to buy some items to take home on our way back. Although it was a one-night stay, it was very refreshing.

    It was nice and clean, and close to Yokohama Station.

    It is very conveniently located near the west exit of Yokohama Station. It is quiet, and although there was only a shower this time, it was sufficient, and the Facility was clean and nice. A new and clean Hotel really lifts your spirits. I would like to visit again when I am on a business trip to Yokohama. There are also many restaurants in the same Facility, which was convenient!

    Noisy

    The opening and closing sound of the neighboring wall door, and the malfunction of the handwashing sensor, are very noisy. I'm disappointed.

    I enjoyed the Hotel to the fullest for the first time in a while!

    I was supposed to stay in Hakone, but searched while heading north. Since the next day is Hakone, a new hotel with breakfast included! Check-in was a bit slow, but payment was completed! There were also people relaxing on heavy sofas in the calm lobby, perhaps it was the front desk. Is it okay just for the cafe? It has a nice atmosphere! The room is a twin, but it's quite spacious! It seems like another bed could be placed at the foot. I'm happy that the bath and toilet are separate, and the amenities have everything I need. My favorite is the bath foaming towel! It's fluffy, so you can foam it up as it is, stretch it out to wash your back, and I used it for the next Onsen. The gym was also available, and the hotel staff worked efficiently, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

    As a new hotel, the facilities, walls, and furniture are exceptionally clean and pleasant. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but staff nearby provide attentive support when needed. Amenities can be delivered promptly upon request. The City Bakery in the lobby offers a quiet space for tea; however, it closes at 8 PM. For late-night snacks or sweets, there is a FamilyMart or major drugstore nearby. The morning Suju buffet costs 2,750 yen and offers unlimited refills on items other than salad and the main dish. The side dishes, rice, and miso soup were delicious, making for a delightful start to the day. All staff members were kind and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt as relaxed as staying in a business hotel while still being warm and inviting. Thank you!

    Access to the Hotel

    In reviews, it is mentioned that the way to the hotel is difficult to understand, but in reality, there is a passage called "Hama Rail Walk" from the second floor of NeWoman on the Sotetsu JOINUS side (Yokohama Station West Exit side), so you can reach the hotel without getting wet in the rain. It is also connected to JR, making it convenient. My impression of staying in a standard twin with a separate bathroom and toilet is that it would be convenient to have a place to put clothes and other items when entering the bathroom. The hotel itself is new, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

    Almost there.

    I was satisfied. If I had to point something out, it would be the pajamas. The texture wasn't great, and the size didn't fit. The meals were excellent. If there were natto, raw eggs, and grilled seaweed, it would be perfect. 4.7 stars.

    Stayed to visit Suju Dining

    The entrance and lobby are filled with many books, and I was impressed by the selection that makes you want to pick them up. The room was spacious, but it was disappointing that there was no view. Also, the pillow had an animal smell and was unpleasant, so I requested a change. The ventilation in the bathroom was weak, causing humidity to linger and creating an odor. I booked the hotel to visit the Suju Dining restaurant, and it was delicious and satisfying as expected.
