    This time with breakfast included.

    This is my second stay as I had a great experience last time. The direct connection to the station and having restaurants within the same building is very convenient. This time, I had lunch inside and dinner at a nearby station building. I chose the same Plan with breakfast included as last time since I was curious about it. The breakfast style allowed us to select a main dish while enjoying a half-buffet option. My husband and I chose different main dishes, and both were absolutely delicious. The Room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, luggage storage was convenient—everything was perfect! From a female perspective, it would have been nice if there were amenities like hairbands or clips to tie up hair while applying makeup. One concern during breakfast: we sat at the back tables when some foreign parents with children entered what seemed like reserved private rooms multiple times—perhaps they wanted to see trains—and caused quite a disturbance for an extended period of time. It created an atmosphere where others who came for a peaceful meal felt uncomfortable; addressing such situations would be appreciated in the future.

    I always use this place when visiting Yokohama.

    This is my third stay. Conveniently located near the station, accessible without getting wet even on rainy days. Lockers are available to store luggage before check-in, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out processes are simple. The lounge café serves delicious drinks and has a great atmosphere. The Room is clean, and having separate toilet and bath facilities is a plus. Quiet environment for a relaxing stay. With Yokohama Station right below, dining options are abundant. I will continue to use this place in the future!

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at Yokohama Arena. The location is excellent, and you can reach the Hotel without getting wet even on rainy days. However, you need to go through Yokohama Newoman and head up to the second floor, which might be a bit confusing for first-timers. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, and both were delicious—especially the bread! It would have been nice if there was mineral water in the refrigerator during this season.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I was shocked to find items left in the sanitary box in the toilet. I informed the front desk and requested it to be handled while I was out, but upon returning, I found the sanitary box placed untidily (not organized), which was disappointing. Additionally, there were stains on the automatic toilet lid. Even though issues can happen, proper follow-up could make me consider staying again; however, this Hotel left a disappointing impression.

    An extraordinary experience begins at the entrance.

    Perfect functionality as a Hotel with great visuals. I fully enjoyed my stay until the 11:00 check-out time. The Simmons bed was excellent. I will visit again.

    Modern, Clean, Functional

    This accommodation is well-designed with the user in mind. Check-in can be completed using a QR code, and check-out can be done quickly via the room's TV, eliminating the need to wait at the front desk. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. While it seems tailored for business travelers and international guests, there are thoughtful features for families with small children, such as high-positioned locks on bathroom doors to prevent kids from opening them freely. There also appears to be a nursing room available, making it a safe choice for families with young children. The attention to water quality adds an extra layer of reassurance for those traveling with little ones. Both the location and meals were excellent. I decided to stay here last minute with my 7-year-old son during our trip to Yokohama, and I’m so glad we chose this hotel! After walking around all day, we were able to relax in the bathtub and on the bed—both my son and I felt fully recharged by check-out time! I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

    Cozy

    The new Hotel offers a hassle-free experience with self-check-in machines and the convenience of checking out directly from your Room. There are free lockers next to the front desk for storing luggage before check-in. The Rooms are clean and new. It would be nice if bath salts were included in the amenities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station. The café on the front desk floor was excellent, with delicious coffee and pastries. I had a very comfortable stay for two days and would love to visit again!

    It was a new and stylish Hotel.

    The Hotel itself was new, stylish, and truly excellent. However, the location of the Hotel or rather its entrance was very difficult to find. There were no signs on the way from the station, and even upon reaching the building, it was hard to locate any guidance (I struggled a lot to find it), leaving me sweating heavily. The front desk is on the 4th floor, and since there’s a bakery right at the entrance, it caused some confusion. After check-in though, there were no issues at all; I had a comfortable Room which made my stay pleasant overall but slightly disappointing due to initial difficulties. As a City Hotel??? If considered as a Business Hotel—absolutely fantastic! That’s my honest impression.

    New, clean, and comfortable!

    This was my second stay. I stayed here last year when it had just opened, and about a year later, I visited again. Last time, I stayed in a room with a kitchen and washing machine, but I didn't like the lingering smell after cooking meat. So this time, I booked a smaller room without a kitchen, which was perfectly sufficient. The large TV with access to Amazon and Netflix is definitely appreciated! There are ceramic cups and plates provided as well, so I could buy cake near the station and enjoy it in the room. I also loved that the sleepwear was proper separate pajamas! The bathroom is not a unit type but an independent one—another great feature. The front desk offers high-end hair dryers and hair irons for rent; however, they were already gone right after check-in... which was disappointing. Breakfast was delicious too! It’s such a comfortable accommodation that I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    It was great.

    I chose to stay for one night to attend a live event at K Arena. The bath and toilet were separate, allowing for a relaxing bath. Amenities were provided, and the Room wear was comfortable. After checking out, I had a meal at the Japanese restaurant in the lobby, which was delicious. If I have another chance, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Stayed for 4 nights.

    This is my second stay. If you exit the wrong side of Yokohama Station, you'll have to walk a lot, but it's very close from the Kita-Nishi Exit. However, for first-timers, the station's exit signs can be confusing, which might lead to extra walking. The Hotel itself is very convenient with separate bath and toilet facilities. The bath with a washing area allows for a relaxing soak. The Room is spacious enough and the Facility is comfortable. Breakfast was also very delicious. One small disappointment was that there were no complimentary bottled water provided in the Room. Since most Hotels offer this service, it’s a slight downside.

    It was excellent.

    The upgraded Room was spacious with a separate bath and toilet. The bathroom had a washing area, and the bathtub was large. There was ample space for luggage, the windows were big and bright, and it was quiet at night, making my stay very comfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service with smiles.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights for a training session. The hotel seems to be quite new, with a very stylish and modern design throughout. The room I stayed in had separate bath and toilet facilities, allowing for a relaxing bath experience. Breakfast was buffet-style but offered a unique option to choose between Japanese or Western cuisine, as well as selecting the main dish. Since the rice portion was slightly large, it might be good to adjust the amount when ordering initially. The location is excellent, being right near Yokohama Station; however, accessing it from underground can be slightly confusing due to the maze-like structure around the station area. Additionally, I forgot something on my check-out day but received very polite and prompt assistance from the staff. Thank you so much for your help! It was an incredibly comfortable three-day stay.

    The facility is new,...

    The facility is new, clean, and well-equipped without any excess or deficiency. Check-in was done smoothly with modern devices, thanks to the staff's support. I liked the half-pants style pajamas provided. The bathroom only had a shower, so it was small but understandable. The room had plenty of power outlets and easy-to-understand switches, which was very convenient. Overall, I am satisfied!

    Super convenient!

    I stayed for a multiple night stay during a business trip. The route from the station was a bit confusing at first, but once I figured it out, it was very straightforward. The room had separate bath and toilet facilities, along with a mini kitchen and washer-dryer, making it feel spacious and comfortable enough for an extended stay—true to its residential name. During my stay, I did laundry several times and found the machine highly efficient (it can complete washing and drying in about 2.5 hours for small loads), so I realized I could have packed just one night's worth of clothes. The closet (with hangers and an iron) as well as the refrigerator were both generously sized. The bathroom also had a proper bathtub where I could relax comfortably. At the bakery next to the front desk, you can take out coffee or smoothies to enjoy leisurely in your room. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth thanks to automated machines, and luggage storage after check-out is handled via self-lockers—making it easy to store items without hesitation (unlike when dealing with staff). Although not directly related to the hotel itself, during my trip I accidentally hurt my back and needed urgent care from an orthopedic clinic; luckily, there was one located right below the hotel! They accepted web reservations too—it was such a clean clinic—and this added convenience made my stay even more satisfying overall. For those planning multiple night stays in Yokohama on business trips or otherwise, this residential-style accommodation is highly recommended!

    The room's size, cleanliness, bathroom, and toilet were all satisfactory. However, it was a bit confusing to reach the hotel from the station. I got lost on the way to the hotel building, and after arriving at the building and taking the escalator to the front desk floor, there were no clear signs directing me to the hotel reception. For those carrying large bags, this might feel slightly inconvenient. As for breakfast, I only found out that rice refills were available after finishing my meal. Additionally, both the variety and quantity of fruits were very limited, which was disappointing. Travelers on business trips or vacations often lack sufficient hydration or fruit intake. Especially for many Western guests whose breakfast culture often includes yogurt and fruits as staples, it would be great if this could be considered. Overall, this is still one of the hotels I would like to stay at again.

    Room Satisfaction

    I chose a Japanese-style breakfast. Although the buffet was modest, each dish was carefully seasoned and delicious. Since the buffet and coffee are cleared away by 9:45 AM, it’s better to arrive at the breakfast venue with some time to spare.

    Close to the station, with many restaurants in the hotel building, making it very convenient. The room was more spacious than expected, with a space in front of the entrance separated by a door, so hallway noise was not an issue and I had a comfortable stay. Having two sinks in the bathroom was also a nice touch. It was a No Meals Included Plan, but there was a bakery on the front desk floor where I bought bread to eat in my room. The breakfast looked delicious too, so I’d like to try it next time.

    Conveniently located near the station, this hotel offers a peaceful stay as it is slightly away from the bustling downtown area. The new facility is highly rated. The rooms are spacious, and having separate bath and toilet areas was very convenient. You can enjoy not only the shower but also a proper bathtub. Breakfast had just the right portion size. While most accommodations in Yokohama are concentrated in Minato Mirai, there seem to be fewer options around Yokohama Station, but I would definitely choose this place again for my next stay in Yokohama.

    This was my first time using the Hotel. At first, I couldn't find the entrance and wandered around. The receptionist, a woman, kindly assisted me. In the Room, the slippers and pajamas were stiff and uncomfortable. The next morning, when I went to buy a newspaper, it wasn't available, nor was there any food; when I asked for directions to a convenience store, the response was not very clear. If they don't sell newspapers or food items, at least having a map of the nearest convenience store would be helpful. Now that I've got a better understanding of how things work here, I'd like to use this Hotel again in the future.

    It was perfect.

    I had to stay around Yokohama Station suddenly, and I decided on this newly opened place, which turned out to be a great choice! First, it's easy to find as you walk along the pedestrian deck from the station. The room is a residential type with a washing machine, sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, and it's spacious enough. I wondered if this price was right. The bathroom with a washing area was also great for my tired body. The room is comfortable, but there are also dining options downstairs, both of which were attractive, so I was torn. The bread from City Bakery was delicious, and the self-service luggage storage system after checkout was convenient. Although check-in and luggage storage are self-service, the staff were present and greeted us with a smile, which was reassuring. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and the Room was clean. The entire building has purified water, which was great. The breakfast featured shiny white rice with a special touch that made me exclaim in surprise, served in a bowl with about two servings, and it was delicious. The miso also had a nice flavor. The front desk had both staff and automated machines, making the process smooth and friendly. Thank you very much.

    I was looking for a place with a separate bathroom and toilet, and this Hotel matched my criteria, so I made a Reservation. Although there were many guests, I was able to enjoy a very quiet stay. The breakfast, which included a main dish and buffet-style side dishes served in small portions, was also excellent. The accommodation fee was already paid through an online Reservation, so checking out was convenient as it could be done from the TV screen in the room.

    A hotel with calming room interiors

    A hotel close to the station with a classic interior that is very relaxing. The room's interior is also meticulously designed, and unlike many recently built hotels with simple constructions, this hotel has invested well in its construction, resulting in a splendid build. There is no convenience store nearby, and the path to the nearest one is not in the safest area, so it is advisable to complete your shopping beforehand. Additionally, when I called to ask for directions to the convenience store, the male staff's explanation was inadequate, but when I spoke to the female staff, she kindly guided me. Thank you very much.

    The upgraded Room provided for free was very comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine, making it feel almost like being at home. The Room was so comfortable that I decided to skip dining out and ate what I bought at Daimaru. I wished I could stay another night. Thank you very much.

    Bathroom and other ventilation fans

    The ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be used. When pressing the emergency response button, the red operation light turns on, but it does not function. Since it is a single-room structure with the toilet, it is a bit inconvenient without ventilation. Also, I believe this is an issue with the site, but I made a reservation for a separate toilet and bath as displayed in the search, yet it was in the same room. Please improve this.
