The ultimate resort Hotel that makes you feel, "I never want to leave..."!

We stayed for a multiple night stay in mid-September. As a couple who has never stayed multiple nights at an accommodation on our first visit (we only do so when revisiting accommodations we both truly love), this time was an exception. The reasons were: "All-inclusive with a dinner featuring an authentic Italian order buffet that we adore" and "highly rated reviews." We decided to take two days to enjoy and try all the highly praised dishes, making this an exceptional multiple night stay for us. The result exceeded all of our high expectations—it was absolutely the right choice! The Italian dinner, from appetizers to main courses, was as amazing as rumored, with not a single dish falling short. Over two days, we managed to try every menu item except the pizza (the pizzas baked in the Italian stone oven were so filling that one was enough when paired with other course dishes). Beyond the meals, everything else—the beautiful location overlooking the lake, the elegantly designed and comfortable room in calming tones, and the high-quality onsen where you could soak endlessly—was of top-notch quality. However, what stood out most was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality of all staff members. The level of service here felt more pleasant and sophisticated than what we've experienced even at renowned hotels in urban areas. It's hard to put into words just how wonderful it is; it's something you must experience yourself during your stay. To Madam Manager, Chef, Mr. T., Ms. S., thank you very much for taking care of us during our visit! Unfortunately, we couldn't try all remaining pizzas or complete some enticing seasonal limited menus this time around—but we're looking forward to revisiting during another season to accomplish that goal!
