    Enjoy Your Stay at This Hotel Near Haneda

    During the Golden Week period, I chose to avoid the city and spent a relaxing night with my child at a Hotel right in front of Haneda Airport. The Hotel itself is new, so the Facility was clean, and watching planes from the rooftop was enjoyable and very comfortable! Perhaps because it is designed for transit use with the airport, even in a Superior Room that should be over 30 square meters, there were no "drawers," only an open closet for hanging clothes, which was a bit surprising. However, the tea bags and drip coffee provided in the room were Japan Brand products, giving a sense of Japanese hospitality. There are vending machines throughout and even microwaves available, making it perfect for enjoying warm meals during your stay-in experience. Above all else, the interior design of the Hotel being themed around an "airport" really lifts your spirits. Check-in and check-out are primarily done via dedicated terminals; however, staff members are always present to assist if needed for peace of mind. I would love to stay at this Hotel again as an escape from downtown life!

    The self-check-in machine required assistance, especially when it came to Earn Points. I wondered if I might not stay here again. Well, making it user-friendly for everyone would cost money, so maybe it's understandable to cut corners.

    Affordable and great value.

    I stayed here the night before my departure as it wasn't too early. The room was very clean, and the view from the rooftop was great. The in-house wear, provided as a top and bottom set, was very comfortable, which was a big plus. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options and was more than sufficient for this price. Thank you!

    Accessible without getting wet in the rain! So convenient!

    The bathroom was not a unit bath but an independent one—was it an upgrade? Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath time. However, while the water temperature for bathtubs is generally set at an ideal level, the faucet water in your bathtub was lukewarm. It required extra effort and time to adjust by first increasing the temperature from the safety knob and then gradually lowering it to reach a comfortable level. Although the water pressure in the sink was strong, it's unfortunate that the shower pressure in the bathroom was lacking. Perhaps this is because only men were involved in its design? If women with long and thick hair had participated, they would have immediately understood how much time shampooing takes. The desk and chair are as high as a bar counter, which makes them uncomfortable for me; however, they are functional enough for necessary tasks. Other than that, no complaints. I went for breakfast early in the morning and had no issues. That said, I would prefer cheerful Japanese staff instead of foreign staff who seem reluctant or unmotivated—it could affect your Hotel's brand value. This is my second stay here. When I need accommodation before or after flights at Haneda Airport again, I look forward to staying with you once more!

    The air quality is poor.

    The air quality was poor. - The chemicals used for cleaning were quite strong, causing a runny nose that wouldn't stop. → It seemed to be the same throughout the Metropolitan. - When I turned on the air purifier, there was a strong unpleasant odor. → I believe the water used for humidification had gone bad. The Room itself was barrier-free and convenient. The bed had a good firmness, but it moved too easily, making it difficult to use comfortably due to its mobility. Breakfast was poorly arranged, hard to choose from, and lacked variety.

    I always use this accommodation when using Haneda Airport.

    Tenkubashi is a bit far from Haneda Airport, but it is very close to Tenkubashi Station. The rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and I am satisfied with my stay.

    I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

    We were warmly welcomed with smiles at check-in, which made us feel very comfortable. Although it was an unmanned check-in system, staff arrived promptly to assist us. Thank you so much for your help! Our Room had a view of the airplanes, but the window was a bit smaller than expected. Still, we were captivated by watching planes take off and land—it was a unique experience. The bathroom was clean, and we appreciated the large-sized shampoo and conditioner provided. Breakfast was delicious. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

    The best Hotel for your Tokyo-based trip

    This time, the Room was upgraded. It is an ideal Hotel for those planning to leave the countryside in the afternoon, stay one night in Tokyo, and start a trip based in Tokyo early the next morning. Unlike Hotels in central Tokyo, it is very close to Haneda Airport, allowing you to enter the Hotel without getting tired and enjoy a good night's sleep. The breakfast is also delicious. Compared to Hotels in central Tokyo, it is extremely affordable.

    Stayed for accommodation to attend a nearby concert venue.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a nearby concert. The hotel is located right outside the monorail station, making it easy to find without getting lost. There are self check-in and check-out machines, but the staff kindly explained everything, so even as a solo traveler, I had no issues and felt comfortable. The room was very clean, and despite having a unit bath, it didn’t feel cramped. The cleaning was thorough and well-done. A large TV in front of the bed added a touch of luxury to my stay. It was quiet at night with no noise disturbances, allowing me to sleep well. The room offered great views not only of the river but also Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji in the distance. The staff were polite and attentive, making me feel safe staying alone at this accommodation. With an electric kettle and refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave on another floor, even with a No Meals Included plan there were no issues during my stay. However, since there are few convenience stores nearby that operate 24 hours, it might be helpful to purchase food early and store it in the refrigerator if needed. It was such a comfortable experience that I would definitely choose this hotel again when attending another concert nearby!

    Found an exciting hotel! In one word, it's the perfect accommodation where just staying feels like a vacation. The location is designed to enjoy the airport, and the excitement begins as soon as you step into the hallway. The hallways are inspired by runways, with carefully crafted lighting and ambiance that make walking through them enjoyable. While I usually prefer rooms near elevators for convenience, at this hotel, I recommend choosing a room further down to fully enjoy the unique hallway experience. The rooms are designed for optimal airplane views with high chairs, high tables, and sofas by the windows so you can fully immerse yourself in the view (depending on room type). If your room doesn't have an airplane view, don't worry—the rooftop is highly recommended. Exclusively available to guests, it offers 360-degree views of airplanes, Tokyo cityscape, the airport—and even Mount Fuji! The hotel staff were fantastic too. When I asked about airplanes briefly, they shared interesting tidbits like how flight directions change depending on time of day or how private jets are more common today; they even mentioned how blinking lights from parked planes at night can be fascinating to watch. I stayed here before an early flight but felt it was almost a waste not to spend more time enjoying this amazing accommodation itself! It's worth visiting just for this hotel alone—perfect for aviation enthusiasts of all ages from kids to grandparents. Even if you work nearby in Haneda's vicinity—this place is worth staying at just for fun! My in-laws praised it saying: "It's incredible we can feel such a vacation vibe so close to home." For older generations who may have difficulty traveling far due to mobility issues—it’s ideal as a destination itself. If you're planning a relaxing staycation here though—be mindful when selecting your room type!

    The view, cleanliness, and the front desk staff's service were all excellent. I can't comment much on the meals since I only had breakfast, but I'm glad I chose this Hotel. Transportation to and from the airport was just 2-3 minutes by Tokyo Monorail. It was a perfect situation. Thank you very much!

    Satisfaction guaranteed!

    I decided to stay as it was the last flight. The Hotel itself was new and clean, and the Room gave a well-maintained impression. The TV was equipped with the latest features, allowing access to subscription services, which I enjoyed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. From the Room, I could see airplanes up close, which was truly satisfying.

    Clean and convenient

    I stayed at this accommodation as I had a late dinner meeting in Yokohama on the day of my stay and an early morning flight from Haneda to Okinawa the next day. Since it is one station before Haneda Airport, it was very convenient. Although I was aware of the name "Haneda Innovation City," I got a bit lost as there were no visible signs within the facility at night. It was around 10 PM, and I was the only one at the front desk, but the hotel staff provided proper assistance. Even though I was alone, I had reserved a twin room, so it was spacious and clean. However, even with the room lighting set to maximum brightness, it felt slightly dim overall; this might be something to consider for reading or writing near the bed area. Other than that, it’s an excellent choice for those using Haneda Airport due to its convenience!

    It was excellent!

    I have stayed at various places, from hotels inside Haneda Airport to luxury hotels in Tokyo and business hotels, but this was so good that I almost don't want it to become too popular through reviews! This was our first trip with a baby, and it was great because there were many items available for rent, including a baby crib. Although it's paid, you can also use a baby stroller rental service. The strollers here are well-maintained compared to those rented in the city. The soundproofing of the hallways and windows is excellent, making the room very quiet. Additionally, since it's new, the room is clean. The Universal Twin Room has spacious movement flow within the room and features a bathroom with a separate washing area, making it very convenient. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

    Functional and clean Hotel

    Due to a snow forecast the day before and an early morning flight, I made a last-minute reservation. The hotel is new, very clean, and functional. I chose a plan with separate bath and toilet, and the amenities were well-equipped. There was also a shuttle service to Haneda Airport on a first-come-first-served basis from early morning, which was very helpful. However, the counter table in the room had high chairs that felt uncomfortable to use.

    Romantic Starry Sky

    Thank you for your continued patronage. The front staff always provide pleasant and courteous service. With its excellent convenience (located about a 1-minute walk from Tenkuubashi Station, within the large-scale complex facility HANEDA INNOVATION CITY), it is an ideal location as a base for business or leisure. The overall calm, stylish, and elegant interior and the clean space make for a very comfortable stay; however, I found the position of the toilet remote control in the Facility to be inconvenient. Additionally, there is a gym and rooftop observation deck within the premises where you can enjoy a 360-degree panorama (romantically under starry skies). I will be visiting again in April.

    Sense of security

    I have used Tokyo several times, but it was my first time at Haneda Airport. The lobby is not large but not noisy, and the Room is compact yet has a calm atmosphere that provides a sense of security. Additionally, I was upgraded to a Room with a washing area in the bathroom, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing bath time. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Refreshing

    I was tired from the long flight, but I was moved by the sunrise over the airport from my Room in the early morning. The window framing was also very nice. Additionally, the quality of breakfast was good and well-attended to. It was a perfect end to my journey.

    Views of Mount Fuji and the sunset from the rooftop, as well as the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower from the Room.

    This time, the Room was very nice as well. In particular, the night views of the Skytree, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Tower from the Room were stunning, and from the rooftop Sky Terrace, we could see Mount Fuji in the morning and the sunset with Mount Fuji. Of course, we also enjoyed watching many airplanes, which was truly wonderful!

    It was good.

    It's not a very spacious Room, but it is very well arranged and comfortable. I was surprised to find a proper sliding door between the bedroom and the washroom. It was a lovely Hotel. I would love to stay again.

    Stayed one night in a Standard Twin Airport Side. The Room was clean and nice. Luckily, I was able to relax in a Room with a bath that had a washing area. However, 24 square meters felt cramped. I had trouble finding space to open my suitcase. It seemed that a Superior or higher Room might be better. As for the breakfast buffet, it would be nice to have some Italian dishes.

    The rooms and staff are excellent.

    It was my first stay, and all the staff were very pleasant, making it a comfortable experience. In particular, the young female staff member who explained membership registration and Facility details during check-in left a great impression with her excellent service, making me want to stay here again. The hallway design, rooftop, and airport views from the Room are appealing for airplane enthusiasts and highly recommended for those who love planes. The Room is stylish yet functional, and amenities are conveniently provided in the Room rather than requiring guests to pick them up themselves. Even bath salts were available, which helped me relax after a long day. Both the monorail and Keikyu Line are accessible from this Hotel, making it easy to reach central Tokyo. This has become one of my favorite Hotels. I’m also curious about the breakfast I missed this time—definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

    Great value for money

    I am very pleased that the bathtub and washing area are separate. I also appreciate the amenities for a bubble bath. It relieved my fatigue. Although it is an automatic check-in and check-out, the staff provided various guidance, which was kind and wonderful. It is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Even if you have a poor sense of direction, it's okay.

    As soon as you exit to the ground from Keikyu Tenkubashi Station, there is a Hotel right in front of you. Zepp Haneda is also within the premises. Even someone like me, who is bad with directions, was able to enjoy a pleasant time without getting lost at all. What caught my attention was the toilet paper holder. It was positioned slightly behind, making it hard to reach. The Room was clean, and the staff's service was good, so overall, I am very satisfied.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed only from around 10 PM to 7 AM the next morning, but the courteous service from the front desk staff was excellent. The Room was not spacious but functional and easy to use, and the bed was king-sized, allowing for a comfortable stay. The bathtub was also larger in size, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, it was clean and I recommend it. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.
